Au Cœur de la Forêt

This place has quickly become one of my favorites. The menu is creative without being complicated, offering dishes that are comforting yet elevated. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a staff that genuinely enjoys making guests feel welcome. Our meals were absolutely delicious, from the appetizers right down to dessert. The freshness of the ingredients really shined through in every bite. I look forward to returning soon.

A must go destination everytime I return to France 🇫🇷

Le cadre,le décor et l'accueil nous permet de nouveau d'apprécier davantage la cuisine du chef ! Une sélection de produits de saison cuisinés avec maîtrise! En plein cœur de la foret de Montmorency, parking privé a disposition. L'hiver....la cheminée allumée donne un aspect cosy a la salle! Réservation conseillée...Menu complet a 57 euros. A Recommander sans hésiter

I confess, I went to Paris American school in paris in 1953 (I was 8) and would go on walks to the Seine with my Aunt and I went online and am selecting a restaurant to take someone special (And probably her Chaperone) if I ever get to "The Heart of the Forest" with her. Moonlight dinner sounds just fine for me, the Son of a Yank Air Attache who I hope treated everyone fair and square... So this place looks just fine to me and a cab drive to the Seine. I doubt I will escape without wonderful reminiscences. In fact, I already feel that I've already been there and that we've Just been seated! John Matlick

Very disappointing dinner. Was brought there to have a nice French meal and we were treated very poorly by the manager. She must assumed we were not " quality" customers". We overheard her tell her poor young waiter to put her " habitués " in the back nice room while we had a bad table. Very expensive meal for two scallops in my plate and so did my sister and one side dish. We saw other plates pass us by with more. We were charged for a cheese we never consumed too. The setting is pretty and it could have been a nice experience. If I had not been a guest I would refused to pay and made a scene but apparently our host was too polite to deal with this woman ! In the USA she would not last a week. A shame to ruin such a nice evening. Disgraceful. Et Madame vous vous êtes bien trompée en nous jugeant si mal! Tant pis pour vous!!!!
