Au Moriane

We had an excellent dinner at Au Moriane. The food was excellent (we loved the beetroot sorbet, it was fantastic), everything prepared with the utmost dedication, and seeing the kitchen working in the background shows the attention to every detail that goes into the food and the restaurant. The atmosphere is also wonderful, very intimate and makes you feel very comfortable, as the tables are at a great distance from each other. The staff is super attentive too, all of them without exception. We also loved the wine list, and we drank both the sparkling wine and white wine from Belgian, what a wonderful surprise, we had never tried Belgian wine and it was something incredible.

Excellent experience whether it is visually, for the mood of the place or for the taste of the courses. It is definitely worth trying and as the menu changes regularly, it is worth trying ... regularly 😋

Incredible ! The best chef in the area. They made a special menu lactose free, gluten free and vegetarian just for us ! They were beyond our expectations. If you are around Liege/Luik you should go there for sure !!!

Belle découverte ! Un des meilleurs restaurants qu'on a eu la chance de tester. Les plats sont excellents, l'accord des vins est juste parfait et le service plus que sympathique! Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain!

Magnifique découverte de ce restaurant gastronomique en plein cœur de Liège. La cuisine est raffinée, digne d'un étoilé, et le personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. La sélection des vins était incroyable avec une diversité et une parfaite association avec chaque plat. Probablement le meilleur restaurant de la ville de Liège.

Superbe expérience, plats de qualité et super service. Il ne manque plus qu'une vrai carte avec l'intégralité des boissons (et les prix), pour faciliter le choix.

Une expérience exceptionnelle. Le service est parfait. Les plats sont succulents et recherchés. Je conseillerai vivement le restaurant à mon entourage. Je tiens également à souligner leur sélection de boissons non alcoolisées qui en vaut vraiment la peine.
