"Perfect linens, café au lait bowls, and enamel numbers, line the shelves at this truly eensy shop. There's also a great selection of ephemera—signage, menus, et al."

Google
The store looks cute from the street, I was particularly looking forward to checking out the enamel ware and possibility of antique fabric. Google said the shop would open at 11:00, and the little hands on the sign in the window said the shop would open at 11:00. The front door was propped open. The owner was in an engrossing convo with his friend , and when he looked at me I had an inkling what was coming and he said " we are not officially open yet" and he indicated he would be in one more hour. As far as I am concerned make that never never ever. Ninety degrees, blisters, and a long list of NICE places to go, I couldn't go back there for any reason.

Yelp
Today was my 3rd time shopping at Au Petit Bonheur la Chance. I love this fabulous vintage shop, make the trek to rue St. Paul on all Paris trips to shop here. The merchandise here is impeccable. Today I bought two amazing vintage thermometers and some wonderful vintage Christmas ribbon. The owner was incredibly patient and nice with me. Understand this is a crowded shop packed floor to ceiling with merchandise. It is not easy to shop here and takes patience.

Yelp
I bought two vintage French tablecloths here - one circa 1915, the other 1930, both in impeccable condition, 58 and 75 euros respectively. Very happy. The store is small and loaded with merchandise. Be aware this isn't an easy place to browse. The owner knows what she has and the prices seem fair.

Yelp
Apparently not everyone appreciates the amazing stock and organization found at this store. The owner is quite friendly and helpful for customers who are careful and respectful of her quality, vintage goods. Others who rush around and dig through her stock no doubt displease her. If you can be respectful, this store has myriad treasures you'll rarely find anywhere else.

Yelp
I was disappointed to be shooed away from the shop when the proprietor declared "we are not officially open", despite the sign on the door said open at 11:00, google said open at 11:00, door was unlocked and open. Just take time to go to marche Paul Bert at the Saint ouen flea market, that is my suggestion.

Yelp
If you had purchased all the wonderful NOS vintage french school and kitchen items from the late 19th through mid-20th century ever listed on Etsy, you MIGHT be able to rival this tiny, wonderful little boutique. Although not the cheapest shop in the world, it is certainly one of the most unique and there are plenty of inexpensive little treasures to discover. Totally worth a visit. Rating Scale: 1 Star: Avoid the town in which this place is located just to be safe. 2 Star: With so many great places to choose from, why risk this one? 3 Star: I'll try it again or consume here in a pinch. 4 Star: I go here regularly if financially and/or calorically feasible. 5 Star: I look forward to taking my wife or friends here.

Yelp
Saw this place on Pinterest and knew I had to check it out when I was in Paris. Loved it. If you pick through the items you will see all kinds of prices. I was able to pick up a vintage tablecloth for 28€ that I love ( they ran 20-60€ ) 2 sturdy vintage dishcloths for 9 & 13€. ( they ran 8-13€) and a sweet little enamel number to hang in my kitchen. It is a bit pricey but this is what I wanted to spend my money on and I'll treasure that it's from Paris. Fun shopping experience and staff was really friendly

Yelp
This is the place to find that beautiful vintage map or incredible school teaching poster. The proprietress is lovely and helpful. Every time I visit this place I want everything.
