Unbelievable! This restaurant is a can’t miss in your life. The chef and staff are awesome! I’m vegan and the chef paired my five courses to match my non-vegan wife’s courses. They looked similar but we’re obviously different. Highly recommended!

An Incredible Experience – We’ll Be Back! This was our first visit to the Auberge de l’Abbaye de Montheron since the change in ownership, and it was truly an incredible experience. My mum and I enjoyed the lunch dégustation menu, which was beautifully crafted with fresh, local ingredients. The dishes featured plenty of vegetables and aromatic herbs, and the portions were perfectly balanced for a longer menu; satisfying without ever feeling heavy. Everything was absolutely delicious, light, and full of flavor. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Magical place with fantastic food. I hosted a large group with specific requirements. The restaurant team was very flexible and delivered absolutely fantastic service. Everything was super tasty and sophisticated.

We tried the 115 chf menu for lunch. The food was good. The duck breadt was cooked to perfection. The amuse bouche was the best in the set. On top of everything, the services was incredibly good 👍

Once again a fantastic experience at the Auberge Montheron. Thank you Domenico for the perfect service and the matching wines, even though a bit more champagne was missing for my taste ;) Nevertheless, this place strives through its authenticity and customer experience. The details on the plate and the quality is just exceptional! We ate there for more than 3 hours and didnt see the time flying. Thank you for this wonderful evening, I will be back again soon! Absolutely incredible quality of each and every ingredient! Great service, food is beyond expectations. I truly recommend this restaurant to anyone who fancies an excellent cuisine. I shall definitely return.

Peace, quality and competence! We had a great experience at lunch during the Desalpes wine fair. Excellent food and service, wine pairings made with expertise, plus a generous list of natural wines including some jems. Five stars to the sommellier for interpreting the different preference of the two of us, and changing the pairings to serve something personalized and spot on - we felt very well cared for! Price is fair for Switzerland. Merci et a bientôt!
