Auberge de la Baraque

This is a gastronomic heaven for those who love French food and French style of service. Tucked inside mountains few miles away from an extinct volcano Auberge de la Baraque is an amazing restaurant. The food is creatively made and presented with artistic touch, entices anyone at the table. The food is incredibly tasty and it indeed Pampers anyone's taste buds. The vegetarian dishes are interesting and wonderfully tasty. I shall credit Chef Géraldine Laubrières for her style, taste and presentation. The staff are commendably friendly and enthusiastic. The main dining is cosy and creatively arranged. I shall plan more visits to this wonderful place.

Love this place. I havent be there recenyly. ButI have never been disappointed. Geraldine is a fantastic chef and his dad a lovely man. I need to plan a trip thete one day. Regards from Jean-Louis

Un sans faute pour ce haut-lieu gastronomique que nous avons découvert hier, emmenés par un ami. Cuisine élaborée, savoureuse. Un régal pour les yeux d’abord puis pour les papilles. Le tout dans un décor auvergnat soigné. Dernier détail : le service est bien rythmé, souriant. Nous sommes repartis comblés.

Depuis le temps qu’on en parlé, on est enfin venu déguster les bons plats de l’auberge. C’était très gourmand et succulent. Nous reviendrons. L’accueil est irréprochable. Super soirée d’anniversaire, merci

Nous avons passé un excellent moment ce soir ! Le service était très bien, dynamique ,agréable et souriant. L'accord met et vin, très bien construit. La salle et les WC très propres. Pour la cuisine je tiens vraiment à remercier la cheffe pour sa gentillesse et sa générosité. Des plats excellent et vraiment généreux. La passion ce fait sentir à l'auberge de la baraque. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
