A great place to stay with warm and welcoming hosts Philippe and Raymonde, with good advice about what do and where to go in the area.
Meals in the restaurant were delicious, and the team is friendly and helpful. Make sure you book your dinner in advance as the restaurant is very busy. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with local produce such as home-made jams and local cheeses.
The location of the hotel is ideal, with stunning views. Although the train station is in full view and trains are busy running back and forth, they did not really disturb us. Guests get free public transport as far as Montreux and Lausanne which made it super easy to get around.
Don’t forget to stop by the chicken coop where tiny heritage chickens sit on swings or strut about.
