We discovered this restaurant through the Michelin Guide and chose it for the last evening of our honeymoon – and what a perfect choice it was. Although we had enjoyed many excellent restaurants during our trip, this was truly the crowning finale. We didn’t stay overnight, but only came for dinner, and the experience was unforgettable. The breathtaking view of Mont Blanc, the beautifully decorated interior, and the warm, attentive service created a unique atmosphere. Each course reflected the flavors of the French Alps with creativity and precision. The ravioli in mushroom and mountain herb broth was a highlight and one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. Meeting the chef personally at the end of the evening added a wonderful touch. Emmanuel Renaut, the 3-star chef and owner, has entrusted the kitchen to a head chef whose creations are, in our opinion, absolutely worthy of Michelin stars. We will definitely come back – a place to remember.
