We came a year ago and since June 2023 a new team is in charge , i.e. Noemie and Mathieu. It was a surprise, but overall a pleasant one. Note: there are two restaurant in one, a gastronomic style (1set and very short carte) and a bistrot menu. Noemie was always smiling and pleasant. The Chef was happy to offer something special not on the menu that day. We started with 3 different and excellent “Amuse bouche”, with a special mention for the “Kougelhopf”. We follow with asparagus with sabaillon & a trout, tasty and refreshing. Finally for the main, Sweetbread & a duck filet both cooked to perfection served with fantastic veggies.
One can confirm that Mathieu is enjoying what he does, cooking simple, fresh and regional produces.
Overall, a must see and experience if you are in the area. We surely will.
