Le Beauharnais - Sherri et Nicola (Auberge Le Beauharnais)

Delicious and extraordinary. The team was very friendly and the dishes very elegant and an experience in local flavours. We called ahead to make a reservation and to inquire if a vegetarian menu without fish or meat was possible. The team happily made a vegetarian menu for us. Their vegetables are home grown in their permaculture garden. At home we eat mostly vegan but felt that asking for a vegan menu was a bridge to far to ask. By accident 3 of the dishes were vegan. Every vegetable was cooked and prepared to perfection. We will be back!

We per chance discovered this lovely restaurant on a stop off for one night, and were completely amazed by the quality of food and service. The flavours were totally unique and cooked perfectly. Service was friendly and not at all rushed. Everything about the evening was very high quality, I would definitely recommend visiting.

We expected a good meal, but we received instead so much more, a very special experience that we will always remember fondly. Nous sommes venus passer un week-end en Sologne et avons eu la joie de réserver au beauharnais. Nous nous sommes laissés tentés par le menu dégustation en 5 plats, accord mets et vins, quelle belle surprise ! Une cuisine fine, de terroir, produits extra frais et du jardin. C’était créatif et savoureux. Le tout avec un accueil chaleureux de Nicola et Sherry. Merci encore pour cette belle soirée !
