"With its cosy mountain-style decor, this converted 18C coaching inn on the road to the Gorges de la Diosaz is home to a creative restaurant that piqued our curiosity. Over the course of a single multi-course set menu, the young chef cooks up dishes that draw ingredients both from the lakes and the mountains, such as Arctic char with beurre blanc, cooked to perfection, or crayfish ravioli enhanced by a beautifully emulsified bisque. On top of that, the welcome and service are the epitome of charm. Six guestrooms for an extended stay, and view of the summit of Mont Blanc." - Michelin Inspector

Delicious, Creative, Fun, Fusion, Romantic Just some words to describe the experience in Auberge Les Gorges. We had a fantastic Anniversary Dinner during the cold skiing season and we felt super comfortable and relaxed while dining there. The 400 wine labels are also astounding very delicious and special wines only found at that restaurant for the food they served. I will be cheering on for the team to be awarded many accolades in the near future! They deserved more recognition

We had a fantastic experience at Auberge des Gorges restaurant. The food was exquisitely prepared, beautifully presented, and full of refined flavours. The service was outstanding: attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout. The elegant yet cosy atmosphere further enhanced our dining experience. We were thoroughly pleased with both the food and service and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a top-tier culinary experience in Chamonix. We look forward to returning.

Hidden gem in Chamonix Valley. Exquisite food, super service. This restaurant is not to be missed if you are in this area.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Auberge towards the end of 2023. The host was very friendly and professional. While our stay itself was comfortable, we were actually most impressed by the restaurant. The food was excellent; imaginative and well-balanced, and presented at a great pace. The dishes looked great and tasted even better, and there was a wine pairing that was very well-considered. A special mention to the hotel's canine guardian, Truffe, who made sure all guests were safe and comfortable.

Enjoyed an amazing evening in the restaurant. The staff are warm, attentive and friendly. The food was incredible, loved the surprises. The dining room is gorgeous, very romantic with fantastic views. The artwork has a fabulous story behind it, so don't forget to ask. Please pass on our warmest regards to Truffe 🙂

A wonderful spot for lunch. Superb food, beautifully served in a gorgeous location. We had a wonderful time. Only small piece of advice would be to offer a better non-alcoholic drinks choice please.

I have frequented the Hotel Gorges de la Diosaz many times over the years and have always had a fabulous experience. After the change of ownership the other year the experience has changed significantly. This is a small village restaurant aspiring to be something its not! This is not Michelin star but the prices are! After my visit on Wednesday evening I returned on Thursday to question the bill (not wanting too do this at the time as I was with clients). We had been charged for a bottle of water we had ordered but never received (9 euros a bottle). Three of my guests asked for the cheese platter as an extra. I asked to try small piece of the Beaufort cheese but I didn't want a full platter. Despite this we were charged 4 x 18 euros! The attitude of the owner when I returned the following day was very poor, dismissive and rude. Working in the tourism industry myself this is not something that you would expect.

We hadn't been to the Gorges de Diosaz for a while but we were pleasantly greeted like regulars and we were very happy to discover the food was even better than before. The 29€ menu is a steal, excellent value, beautifully presented and really delicious. We loved the ravioli with goats cheese and leek and the artichoke veloute was smooth, subtle, full of flavour. We had pork for the main with accompanying vegetables and it looked very pretty on the plate. Pudding we shared, the half cooked chocolate gateaux and the pear tatin, both delicious. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed, the wine well priced. Another point worth mentioning is the kids menu, 15€ for a half portion of a main course and a pud from the menu so budding foodies and cheffy kids wilth love it! I think its a little gem and well worth a visit to Servoz.
