What makes this comfortable, updated auberge, located on a beautiful lakeside spot, exceptional, and well worth the 4 hour drive we made to get here, is the outstanding restaurant, recently awarded their 1st well-deserved Michelin star. Chef Samy Benabed and his well-trained staff are preparing a locally inspired Menu that rivals, in creativity, execution and quality of ingredients, some of the best Parisian restaurants. In addition, all the Menu wine pairings were excellent, with a couple that were truly unforgettable. This was our first of hopefully many visits.
