We went to Korolova’s DJ set on Friday, and it was sold out. Everything was well-organized, and the music was amazing, but the place was too small for that many people. The event didn’t start until after 11 pm (or even later, lost track of time), but until then, another DJ was playing pretty good music. There was a food truck outside on the street with Mexican food and we enjoyed their tasty burritos. Korolova is top-notch, everyone was dancing. I would definitely go again if she comes at back to the city! Glory to Ukraine! It’s a shame we don’t have a larger nightclub of this level.

I got tickets to go see yungbae with my friend, the tickets said doors open at 9:30 so we left the parking lot at 9:10/9:15 ish, we get to the doors and they said they wouldn't open till 10, which is understandable. In the venue they had a 2 drink minimum, the lady behind the bar tried to keep my card on hold at the counter not in the computer system. She said I could only get my card back if I paid in cash. I told her no, I only had a vodka sour, and now I'm getting water. I had my two drinks for the night to not get my card held. I do understand drink minimums but to pay cash back(a $15/almost$22 amount) for MY card is wild business. Please artists stay away from this venue 🙏🏻 It is a pretty venue but the staff for the bar wasn't it.

Google
0/0. This place does not feel welcoming or safe. We were the first customers in, spent $60 on drinks, and when we politely asked for a glass of water, the bartender said, “No, we’re too busy. Go buy a water bottle.” If this is how they treat paying guests, I can’t imagine how they handle a crowd. Rude, dismissive, and downright hostile.

Great layout for a dancefloor. Upstairs skylight windows with the ceiling vines make it feel a little like an open air atrium (spoiler: it's not).

Went to dance with a couple of friends. The sound was great, the crowd was meh. It was my first time at this venue. Not sure if the crowd is consistently tech bros that rolled in straight from work leaving any individuality, decency and spacial awareness at the door. Drinks are about $20 each and very inconsistent in alcohol. A male friend bought the same drink from the same bartender and while mine did taste like tequila, his was just soda water. This is not unlike most bars, but I wish for $20 people aren’t getting stiffed. The stage area looked great. Above the dance floor was a weak attempt at foliage. There’s a couple of disco balls placed just out of reach of the lasers, which seemed like a missed opportunity. The entrance fee was maybe $12 if you purchased online ahead of time and $20 at the door.

Google
The attitude of the girl who keeps the sweaters was unpleasant since she made gestures because I didn't pay in cash, the bald bartender also has a bad attitude , they have good sound equipment but I wouldn't go back because of the service.

It was my first time visiting Audio SF on Saturday night. The security guard was impatient with me and grabbed my arm to stamp it. The venue is relatively small. The AC system is outdated, and it feels stuffy. The average price for one drink is 15 bucks. The sound is loud and not as good as one of the establishments next door. They have one of the best in-town lineups of world-class DJs.

Google
Came here on a Saturday afternoon for Chromeo’s DJ set, the crowd was an eclectic mix of funk lovers. We had fun dancing for hours, the temperature was a bit warm and it was quite stuffy, but they managed to pack in great sound and tons of people for such a small space.

Yelp
I was back here last Friday for Sam Collins and boy Audio didn't disappoint. The club's got nice decors and the crowds are very friendly and everyone's dancing. I want to give kudos to bartender Matthew for providing the best bartender service as always. He was super friendly, fast, attentive and he really made the experience feel personal. Coming back to Audio because of him is already worth the trip!

Yelp
This place is our absolute favorite club. Probably hit it every other week. Solid dj's and super cool lasers!.

Yelp
audio nightclub is amazing for daytime events too. There are well tuned funktion 1 speakers everywhere! This is pleasing on the ears. we went to see wuki there on 02/24/2024 and it was packed. Best dance club in San Francisco IMHO. lights and laser installation is killer! the patrons were happy making the ambiance all the better. they dont serve food so not sure why yelp care about that.
google avatar

Jesus G.

Yelp
Loved audio until today. Bouncers kicked me out after brushing past the wrong person. Came to see Lee foss and was kicked out over brushing up against the wrong person. Oh well! Lesson learned. Someone who has cash and can get anyone out of the club! Careful who you walk past.

Yelp
Trash place good music ................................................................. Service isn't the best It's filthy trashy

Yelp
What a great place to visit! The DJ is magical !3 knows exactly what he's doing. He knows how to bring every genre together 10//10
google avatar

Yelp
Went last night to see a DJ set and was super impressed. Lucena and Eli at the door were super kind, despite a rowdy crowd. Bartenders were efficient and also really kind. Vibe was good and so was the space. Definitely an easy place to be in for good music.
google avatar

Yelp
Although they bring my favorite DJs but I really try my best to stay away of Audio as much as I can, why? Glad you asked! The place is very small and easily get packed with no real ventilation so it gets really hot inside. The main reason I'm giving it a one star is their staff! Omg! Staff is rude!! The worst is the bartender there the rudest you will meet! Last time after party I asked for a cup of water he totally ignored me after I asked him 3 times, when you order a drink he treat you like you stool something from him, not sure what his deal is. I understand that they get really busy but that doesn't mean to be horrible to people. I see many negative review already so I hope really they would do something about it.
google avatar

Diego F.

Yelp
Good music and atmosphere, but THE WORST BARTENDER EVER!! I didn't know that there is a minimum to use a credit card to order a drink, and a bald bartender load of testosterone, and toxic masculinity start to treat me like shit without explaining himself first, I didn't had cash by then and if he asked politely I wouldn't hesitate to go downstairs to get some cash from the ATM, and when he realized that I didn't had cash with me he asked for my credit card with a very rude behavior and then he through my bill and my credit card back to me without explaining any of the politics of the nightclub... what a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Next time I'll probably go but without asking anything to that bald diva.
google avatar

Mila C.

Yelp
the ambiance is on point, but the service here is atrocious. Bartenders mad dog the shit out of you when you ask for water even if you've bought drinks before. The bathroom attendant grabbed my arm and started pointing at her phone telling me to tip her for handing me paper towels. I'll gladly tip but not when I'm forced to.
google avatar

Nav G.

Yelp
Yea I am going. The last night I was in The city I wasn't able to go to any clubs. Definitely going on a weekend.

Nicole C.

Yelp
If I could give this place -10 stars I would. Worst experience of my life without a doubt. My boyfriend paid a $50 cover for the bartender to come up to us and HARASS us. He was screaming in our faces demanding an extra tip (we tipped 15%). And we had to get escorted out of the place. The person who stamped us (a petite Asian male) smacked my phone and hit me in the face and all of the security guards did not seem to care and were even screaming in our faces. If you want to get abused please come here or else save your money!

Sofia R.

Yelp
Let me just preface, I never write bad reviews so this says a lot. I went up to the bar, asking for water, and the bald bartender told me that it would cost me $12.00 for water. I told the bartender that I did not want to pay that much for WATER and he proceeded to yell at me and aggressively hand me the waters for free. I told him that I was a bartender and I understood how stressful it can be but to at least offer customers water for free and he started yelling at me saying that it cost so much to have a DJ, bar, etc. I completely understand how stressful it can be as a bartender, having to have to mange a bunch of drunk people, but I HIGHLY recommend that 1) This bar provides its customers with a free water station 2) This bar doesn't shame customers for simply wanting water. Again, running a bar is very stressful, but the least you can do is offer your customers water.

Yelp
This place is literally the worst. I am 22 years old and the bouncers took my real Minnesota ID because they're untrained and unfit for their jobs. I waited 45 minutes outside for the police to come while the bouncers denied my persistent requests to review my ID / social media / life story. I was treated with the utmost disrespect from all of the bouncers and despite paying a $30 cover I was not able to experience this bar simply because the bouncers were unable to do their job and properly check my ID. I strongly urge the management of this bar to properly train their staff to prevent such horrible experiences for their paying guests. Photo is taken from the booth in which I was told to wait for police.

Yelp
BE AWARE OF THE BOUNCER HERE! HE DISCRIMINATES AGAINST PEOPLE!! On 7/17/2022, we were waiting outside of audio for our Uber. For the context, we were 4 asians. All of a sudden, one of their bouncer (for the context, a white tall guy) said: "YOU CHINESE OR MEXICAN, move to the other side of the road!" We were so stunned and speechless. And then he asked the group: "DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH?"... The other bouncer knew he said something really f*cked up, and she said: "Oh, no, no, no, I am half asian too"! (Like what...this doesn't help!) Tell me, is this 2022 or like 1950? AUDIO, HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. You were supposed to be a cool club. You can do better.

Yelp
So I guess the last time I went to Audio was in 1/2017. It is like 2 years later 1/2019, and I decided to revisit Audio. On the website, you find their calendar. It has a list of events. You can find events where you can sign up for the guest list and if you arrive before 11pm, you get in free. You don't have to pay. That may be a good way to go to Audio. Most of the electronic music ends up sounding the same..unless the EDM musician is more notable. When I say that the floor is a walking lawsuit because of the steps that go downwards into the floor, I mean it. I went to Audio again today(after last night) for a day party. And as soon as I got to Audio, a woman tripped on the steps by mistake and got injured. Her arm was wrapped and it took a while for EMT to take care of her. It was not a nice sight. So watch for the steps I say because these accidents really do happen. An amateur designer can see that. Today, I went for a day party. It was hosted by DirtyBird events. They had free pizza and it was enough to go around. They had a bunch of DJs from about 2-7pm or so. I stayed for a good 2-3 hours..and walked outside a bit. The day-time party was well-attended and busy. People were friendly. When is this event a "rave," but that is not my intention to go to a rave anyway. Audio is fun. I am going again with free guest list events.

Yelp
One of the clubs in San Fransisco with the most mean, rude and underpaid staff. Everyone are rude from the security outside the door to the bartenders. We arrived there and since they share a door with Bergerac it was confusing that if the line was for Bergerac or for Audio. I go up to the security (the over weight Asian woman) and ask her if this the line for Audio? She doesn't make ANY eye contact with me or answer me. So I try to get in the line from the other side thinking this current line is for Bergerac and she starts yelling at me saying this is the line for Audio please get in the line!! Like I literally came to you and asked you if this is the line for Audio and you totally ignored my presence and as soon as I try to get in the other side you yell at me? Shoutout to one of their bartenders (I don't know his name) but he has long hair. He is the sweetest guy, but besides him all the bartenders in the club are rude and mean.

Yelp
Audio nightclub is one of the best DJ venues in San Francisco. The sound system is out of this world. It isn't huge and has fairly low ceilings which give it a feeling of an intimate speak easy. The lounge downstair - Bergerac - is a huge plus if you want to take a break from the dance floor and get a drink. The staff is the more efficient, professional and friendly that I've met. Love going back to the Audio every time! The manager, Pamela, knows how to run the ship and instills in her staff to make every guest feel special.

Yelp
I have to say I'm surprised at all the negative comments about the staff and bouncers. They were the highlight of my visit. No wait. Mat Zo was the highlight of my visit. The DJ, not the soup. Seriously, the people were awesome and so very sweet. The drinks here were so strong, they made me vomit. That's a good thing. And thanks to the bathroom attendant for helping me out with that. :D What sucked? The HEAT! Awful! Made me feel so sick. What's the point of having so many broken fans on the walls? Terrible. Really killed my birthday experience. No, it wasn't from drunk dancing. Purely a sh*thole as far as comfort. Their VIP table service isn't worth the price either. Pretty stuffy and crap.

Yelp
The bald guy bartender needs to get his FACTS straight. I paid 20 dollars to his bar back who literally hid behind the bar. Me and all of my friends were kicked out because we didn't "pay" for our drinks when this guys poured them and literally gave them to us and took our money.

Yelp
Back again after 4 years. Once again bartender matthew is on point! Honestly amazing person! Audio is fun and music is always amazing! Great place to let loose and have fun!!!

Shoha N.

Yelp
Good place some of my favorite djs have played here. Very loud and energetic selection of djs from quality checker behind the djs. I like going there but drinks are expensive like every clubs haha

Yelp
By far the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a SF establishment. Went here with my bf and friends for the first time. Bouncer really tried to be slick and wouldn't let my bf in at first saying I only had two tickets and was suggesting since he's a guy he can't come in. We went inside and stood in a crazy line for coat check for about 15 min, but it was fine since it was cold out. We gave $20 for 3 jackets and the lady had the audacity to act like we were drunk and tried to not give us the change. She kept denying we gave her a $20 even though the girls behind us saw it and backed us up...???... We finally got our change and made it upstairs. Literally not even 30 min in, we step out for fresh air and I made sure to ask 2 security guards if re-entry was ok. Again, this is my first time so I was just asking questions to make sure. They said yes, and made sure we all had stamps. We were sitting outside and a security guard that was short with long hair was glaring at me like his life depended on it. I think he works for the bar next door Bergernac, but not 100% sure because he came out of no where. I was getting freaked out for a bit. We try to go back in and he tells us to leave. I try to ask him what the problem is out of genuine curiosity as a paying customer with no tone and he tries to say that it's because my bf and I were having inappropriate conversations (about our relationship). Then he says it's because we were smoking. Then he says it's because we are too drunk. Dude what is the reason? Are you drunk? How do you not have a straight answer or logical reason? He had the nerve to ask the same bouncer that let us in if we were too drunk and he agreed which I was baffled with because he let us in literally 30-40 min ago. What did we just take like 20 shots when we got in and all of a sudden we are drunk?! Just shows how fake the staff are here. We demanded for our jackets and we left. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't spent money on a cover just for the workers to take out their hostility and bad energy out on me. Don't go here. I've been to plenty more establishments in SF that care about their customers. They kicked out my two friends that had nothing to do with the situation just because they could. If we ask you what's the problem, then have a straight answer and be ready to communicate like adults. Being hostile isn't going to get you anywhere. The ticket girl inside also proceeded to butt in and was screaming at us. Yes screaming and yelling like she was the owner. Other reviews state the same thing about the security which should have been my warning sign. If the owner sees this, please retrain ALL your staff. Review any footage from the security cams too, and see if this is how you want your customers to be treated. EDIT: looks like another girl had the same experience as me! They lied to her and us about being allowed to step out. The fact that I asked two workers before stepping outside and they lied straight to my face is disgusting. They clearly know what their doing and I'm not sure if this is how they're trying to crowd control or scam customers but I'm not tolerating that.

Yelp
Vibe is cool but don't pay for ur drinks with ur card! They charge themselves generous tips at the end of the night!

Yelp
TL;DR: Staff talked to us so rudely that it wasted our evening. Don't go there if you want to keep the mood up :-) Long version: Went there for the after new-year party. We brought a group and booked a table, we had a good time, the staff inside the club was great. We decided to head around 11:30PM out and went down to the ground floor. Because it was cold and some of us were lightly dressed, we were hanging inside waiting for cabs. At this point we were only 3 people, and the lobby we were in was empty. After several minutes, 2 people came in to buy tickets, at this point, the cashier lady started to yell at us that we had to move. Then the door lady picked up on it and told us very aggressively to "get out now!", and kept repeating that with a very rude, aggressive tone, a threatening one. We were all shocked as we were getting out. I was looking at the door lady as I could not understand what happened, she told me "you can keep staring" and mumble something aggressive I could not get, with a very rude tone. You can be a good customer, leave a 4 digits bill in there, and still get talked at like a dog and get your evening trashed. Everybody was in a bad mood. I understand that staff may need to be firm with customers who over-drink or misbehave people but that was clearly not the case. I am a business owner, I get it. I also understand that it's probably a policy of the club and that they were doing there job, but there we NO reason to be disrespectful. I am not looking forward going back to Audio to be talked at like like that.

Yelp
My phone was stolen from here and I met someone the same night who had hers stolen too. It was in my pocket which was a mistake but security should be more alert to watching for theft and monitoring people coming in and out

Blair P.

Yelp
This place agreed to $1,200 at the door for a table and charged my card $1,650 (I had tipped not knowing I was getting additional charges that I was unaware of). When asked about this they said theres an additional 20% gratuity applied to all reservations. None of this was communicated at the door. This place is a sleezeball scam organization. I would bring cash if you're going here because you can't trust them with your card. They also have no security to ensure general pop is not stealing your bottles, which happened to our party. Do not give this place your money. Also some of the staff is rude af.

Joshua N.

Yelp
Actually the worst music I've had to endear. If you like the same beat over and over and OVER AND OVER AGAIN, then this is the place for you. I don't have anything against EDM, but the DJ not having any ability to read a dead club with awful repetitive music with NO CHANGE FOR THIRTY MINUTES kinda ruins the experience. Hire a DJ that actually has decent taste and doesn't just play the same thing. Maybe someone with actual ability. Just a thought. The bartenders were super chill though. The drink they made was a bit strong, but that's the way I like. In in my eyes, that's the only reason to go. Make sure to tip something unless you're a cheap POS.
google avatar

Carrie C.

Yelp
The security guards were super helpful last night after helping me deal with a rogue weirdo. Definitely appreciated it and will be back for more good vibes. thanks will!

Alexander A.

Yelp
Best club in the city. Matt the bartender is one of the kindest dudes to do it and deserves all hospitality awards. The staff is so kind and the crowd is even better. Highly recommend for a fun dance night!
google avatar

Victoria D.

Yelp
I had terrible experience with this person the picture I had attached below. She was very rude. I said that I need to take my jacket but she said that I can't . I showed all my stamps but she didn't let me go inside to take my jacket. She was very rude and I don't understand how this tape pf person can work in customers services. She is terrible She ruined my evening. It's not supposed to be like these, I don't want to see her ever again!

Nathan G.

Yelp
I'm a early 20s dude, a dj myself, and I love house music but If I could give 0 stars I would. I came to go see a great dj today (and usually I love audio it's a good vibe) and meet up with friends inside who said they paid $40 to get in. I arrive at 1:15am--not much longer until they shut down. This lady with an attitude (and I reviewed other reviews that name an overweight asian lady as a horrible, rude, and just upright nasty human being--this is who I got and who I am talking about lol !!!) looks at me with a disgusted face and says that it's $50 to get in. I try talking to her but she continues to give atttiude and states "listen, I repeat, excuse me, I repeat, ha you're not going to get it cheaper" and I simply politely avoided her as she was clearly being of no help and not understanding how to treat a paying customer. I politely ask to speak with the manager, a brunette lady. She knew she just charged my buddies $40 and was tryna up charge me. I offered $80 for me and my girl then $90 and she was just as awful and disrespectful. The workers here really don't know how to treat a customer with respect and they treat you as if you are some scum on the side of the street. I love the djs but gosh the people that work here just Make you really want to rip your hair out and yell. I hope the young security guard lady finds some happiness in life because she was just out to spread anger this night and I was unfortunately a target. Like Gahdamn woman chill tf out, it's house music. The fact that I post this and then read others' comments and come across the description of the same rude lady is hilarious. She's like the audio security guard grinch version. Watch out guys!

Jack H.

Yelp
MATT IS THE BEST BARTENDER!! Treated us so sweet the whole night, saw us and immediately greeted us with a smile and hug, so much love for him and this venue as a whole - come for the music, stay for Matt!

Yelp
Went last night for a friend's birthday and was there for about 30 minutes. My bf and I got drinks then went to the restroom. As soon as I got out, our friend told us he was taken outside. The bouncer told us he was "too drunk" to stay inside. When my bf asked him what he did, the bouncer said "see that's what we mean by too drunk now stay out here to sober up." Idk how we would be too drunk on one shot but okay.. never coming back here again.
google avatar

Daniel E.

Yelp
I've only been to Audio three times and each time is better than the last. I typically start the night with a few drinks at the bar next door and then head into Audio to enjoy the music and drink some more. My friends and I love this venue because there's space to dance, the bartenders are fun, and they have great music. I read people's reviews about the staff being rude and cold, which is further from the truth from any experience I've had. They are really kind and look out for their guests. I dropped my phone and lost it there and the staff made it easy to pick up. Shout out to Pamela the assistant GM for coordinating and making sure I got my stuff back. I definitely recommend Audio to anyone that listens to house or techno because it's one of (if not) the best club to visit in the city.
google avatar

Malissa N.

Yelp
Come in early for a table or couch and free entry seriously It's packed all the time. Good drinks, pretty good DJ And the servers are super quick and nice Only bad part is, it can get hot and crowded But check it out ! I would go again.
google avatar

Mia D.

Yelp
Matthew was an amazing bartender!! I love his vibes!! Come here for great vibes and a good time!!

Jackie C.

Yelp
I've never experienced something worse. The staff for some reason was targeting me. I got yelled at for "standing on a toilet" but i was just standing because i'm tall and can see over the stall. I then got followed into the women's restroom twice by a security guard that is a man because he was accusing me of being drunk even though I wasn't. I'm not gonna lie my group was the only white people in there and I think they had something against me for being white because I've never experienced so much unwarranted disrespect in my life.

Yelp
Hard to find places in SF that are open late I believe this place was open till 230-3? Don't recall but while visiting this was the best place we could find so we decide to check out for our party night out. Music wise, it was house music the DJ for the night was EDX not bad never heard him before but it was a pretty decent night. Drinks stuck to beer since it was easier, I had some Lagunitas not bad my company had Stella good as well. Club itself is small , nice set up good lights & sound system overall it was a fun night.

Nicole S.

Yelp
Worst night of my life thanks to their staff. Audio seems to only hire the least intelligent and absent minded people to work their door. There is nothing redeeming about the them and no construct or understanding of what it means to operate a club entrance. Bouncers, security guards, check-in people were all collectively narrow-minded and rude for no reason. Kept making excuses as to why we couldn't get in, security aggressively grabbed my friend and kicked him out while he was outside just trying to look for us in line. I expressed concern while in line and as I got to the entrance, the bouncer asked to see my ID and proceeded to tell me verbatim "I hate seeing people cry, don't be a pain in my ass". Absolutely bizzare, no reason why anyone should expect to be treated this way. I know I'm not the only person who felt like this tonight.

Adriana P.

Yelp
The club itself was cool. However the staff was extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily mean!!! Specifically one of their bouncers who is an Asian woman, in her mid to late twenties, and a bit on the heavier side. She had some weird vendetta against my friends and I and claimed we were all "too intoxicated" to get in. She made us do a sobriety test, twice, and when we passed it she still refused to let us in. We were definitely sober enough to be let in and and one of my friends that she had claimed was too drunk to be let in literally does not drink alcohol and was completely sober. We are also always kind to customer service workers because we also work in customer service and understand how rude people can be. Our friends on the inside had a section and our friends got us in but only after we were told we had to apologize to this miserable woman. In the end, we were able to get inside and have a great time despite her efforts of spreading her misdirected unhappiness onto us. I guess some people are so miserable and frustrated with their own lives that they feel need to build the illusion that they are gaining power or leverage over their customers at work. Pathetic and very embarrassing for her and the image of the club. Management should really look into this because after this experience, she has forever tainted the view of Audio for my friends who she did not want to let in, our friends who had purchased a section, people in line that could hear the unfairness and very possible discrimination going on, and every person we share this experience with.

Yelp
Bring high fidelity ear plugs if you can. The bass is good and strong. Drink prices are average and reasonable. It's located above Bergerac, another dance club / restaurant / bar. You can enter and exit from both venues as long as you get your wrist stamped. The dance floor is a decent size and it can get really crowded. There is good ventilation if you stand around the dance floor but some areas like against the walls, can get stuffy. There is also in an outs if you want to get fresh air and a couple of nearby pizza joints.

Yelp
I am genuinely BAFFLED about the way me and my friends were treated at an establishment that is so recommended. The staff and security were the most rude people I have EVER met in my entire life. We came to audio for bottle service, ready to spend a few grand on their services but we left immediately. The employees audibly and publicly called the people in our group "dumbasses" to their face and said "get the fuck out of my face". It is fundamentally disgusting that Audio allows this type of behavior to paying customers. I wholeheartedly recommend that NO ONE spends their money at a place where the employees are so rude and demeaning. I was disgusted and had second-hand embarrassment for the employees because who is so sad in their life that they have to act in that manner. NEVER GO TO AUDIO!!!

Conor B.

Yelp
Went for the first time this past Saturday and it was really fun. Venue was cool and the music/atmosphere was great. Definitely somewhere to go if you enjoy vibing to house/techno. Weird to see people shitting on the bouncers and staff because that was not my experience. I lost my phone pretty early in the night and only realized after leaving the venue. When I went back, the bouncers/bar staff were really helpful and let me back in to try and find it. While I didn't find it on the night, the staff searched the venue and got in contact with me later in the week so I could get it back. Overall a very positive experience, and, after looking at the upcoming events, I am defo excited to go back.

Yelp
I love this spot but security... Very questionable but also the venue crowds are a big part; readiness for verbal combat. Lol. Always a great experience otherwise

Yelp
Terrible establishment. Manager takes no pride in his venue or the customers that visit. Dirty, smelly, and bad music. Go elsewhere

Yelp
Hire better people and change the attitude Audio. You have so much potential and it's wasted on nasty attitudes. I've seen your staff say rude things to too many people. For being a place where people want to have a good time, treat others better. Don't waste your time, money or energy going here until they figure it out.

Yelp
It's a shame that I even have to write this review because I actually have had many enjoyable nights at audio but this had been happening to me every time I've gone so far . The bartenders add themselves VERY GENEROUS tips a couple days after you've been there . And I'm not talking about a cute little 1-3$, no they like to add themselves a $12 tip on a tan that was for 3 drinks. Not only was it the $12 but it was a total or $35 from 3 transactions. INSANE !!!! will never be going back and if anyone decides to go there make sure you take cash ! I Can imagine how much they've stolen from people

Yelp
Had a great time here visiting from nyc. The dj was great, sound system was great, bartender was great, security was great. Treated my gf and I respectfully and personably. Would make a point of visiting when I'm in SF. The place isn't too big, and the dance floor gets packed and the crowd is fun, regardless things are moving and you are bound to have a great time
