Excellent solution to repair and improve upon existing built in whole house sound system. Ragan's knowledge and professionalism made him easy to work with, and he quickly honed in on my and my husband's priorities for our system, and helped us make efficient choices for lasting quality. Super worth-it.

This is a go-to place for audio/home theater systems. I was very impressed by the presentation held during their open house last Friday evening; and the furniture is created by a designer who uses an sleek organic style that blends beautifully with a home.

Super cool intimate setup. I tested out some Audeze LCD headphones (2, X & 3) for about an hour and a half on various amps/DACs. I got to use my own source (iPhone). The owner, Ragan, was nice, conversational and knows quite a bit. If you're seriously looking at some headphones or speakers, there's maybe nowhere better in Austin.

I came to Ragan with a challenging space and a bunch of crazy ideas. He was a fountain of vision, sanity, and problem-solving. He presented a clear written plan. Then he delivered. Over several months a projector system, custom screen, video game system (Xbox with Kinect), Sonos system, custom cabinetry, new electric, home network, headsets, Apple TV, Roku, all came together with professionalism, follow-through and grace. Clean install at all levels, with a commitment to detail. The space now rocks for both business and personal use. You could not possibly be in better hands than Ragan and Audio Zeal.

Ragan who runs Audio Zeal knows his audio, hands down. He customized an amazing turntable, floor speakers, amp, and wireless solution for my digital music. He got all the parts in in a reasonable time frame and installed it all in my home. He cut all of the cables to fit and made everything looks clean and seamless. He has really cool products, like my new white System Audio speakers, that I have not seen anywhere else. If you shop around for audio gear you'll find out that his prices are reasonable too. A+

I bought a Rotel amp from Ragan. He was very patient, took his time demoing the unit to me. The amp sounds great but the power button has a defect (he's not the owner and it's a cosignment unit). Ragan disclosed this information to me when we met, and took the responsibility. From my experience, he's very dependable and trustworthy.
