Augurio Ristorante - Trento

I have come all the way from Bolzano to visit this place and was totally worth it. My 5 stars are both for food and the service. Impressed by the taste and gentleness of the staff. You have to know though that the Lunch menu is different from the Dinner one also with slightly different pricing. Desserts also are delicious, don’t forget to try one. Many thanks to the young guys who were during today afternoon 🙏

This is a gem of a restaurant, with refined innovative cuisine staying close to its roots in the region in terms of ingredients and with great staff. I can only imagine the one star reviews which have clogged up in a very short time are fake, because some of the things they talk about are not even related to the restaurant. We had the tasting menu and, after having a few of these experiences in various Michelin starred/guide places I think this was actually one of if not the best. Seeing them prepare the food in the kitchen, the attentive but not overly present nature of the serving staff and the little extra touches (thanks for the rose :) ) made this a memorable night. Please go and support great local cuisine and the efforts of the owners. It's worth it.

So glad we stopped here for lunch; everything was super delicious, our waiter was charming and well informed about the menu and Mikey the Jack Russell was welcome. We enjoyed relaxing on the shady terrace with excellent food prepared from fresh whole ingredients & all beautifully presented.

Really good restaurant and very friendly waiters. Extraordinary food and sense for details. Definitely a Top recommendation for trento. Don’t trust the 1 star google ratings that were given. When you look at them in detail you see that most of them come from fake accounts. A lot of times its exactly the same text on multiple reviews. It looks like someone tried to attack the restaurant on purpose.

Worth every penny we spent here! Everything was perfect! This is definitely now my favourite resto here in Trento. Delicious and unique taste, you just want to keep coming back for more..Prices are just right for the quality. Will recommend this resto to my friends. Thanks for the wonderful experience! Staff are all professionals as well btw!

All was perfect. Worth the visit and it’s Michelin star Confirm. 👍  This restaurant  is run by three  younger Brother's  very Hospitalitem.  . We had a fabulous meal here. Delicious, inventive food, but regional. We had a menu gourmand and wine pairing. It was absolutely perfect! X
