Incredible food, great wine and 10/10 service. Augustin himself is super knowledgeable about wine, charming and very funny. It was a great evening!

Very cute little bar à vins / caviste with great wine selection and great home made food. However, what would make this place a recommendation would be realistic prices. I really do not like to use „pricing“ as a criterion, especially if something is good, but e.g. 45€ (!) for a appetiter sized -if at all- portion of (yes, very nice) morrell gnocchi (cf the photo) is just too much. This is not L‘Ambroisie and the food is good, but in the end simple (which, again, is not a bad thing). (For perspective: 200€ total damage for a bottle of Jura (72€) plus two starters, the gnocchi and a stuffed paprika…).

At €55 for a very small entrée and main, the meal was disappointing. Both dishes felt homemade, but not in a refined or appealing way. The wine was decent, though overpriced and with so many excellent wine bars across Paris, the food here simply doesn’t measure up.

Upscale wine bar with some small dishes to share like rilletes, veggies, and cheese. The poached pear with red wine as dessert was delicious. Very nice selection of wines. Everything was tasty and you can tell that quality ingredients were used. The venue was very cozy and the ambience was calm and relaxed. A great place to hang out in Paris.

Oh, what a fantastic little bar this is. Augustin is an absolute delight. The food is really quite wonderful, and the wine is perfection. Augustin himself gives Parisian waiters a bad name (because he is incredibly nice attentive and quite frankly a joy to be around) he also gave us some fantastic recommendations for Nantes. We loved our visit here and would go back in a heartbeat.

We had no reservation and got curious about this shop after seeing the beautiful decor and atmosphere through the window. Luckily someone had canceled and we got a table… As two wine rookies sitting in Augustin’s shop we felt a bit overwhelmed. Though he took time to teach us and recommend things for us… His service and storytelling was amazing even though one of us didn’t speak French. The food was very good and clearly made of high quality produces, though it was quite expensive. Highlight was the sardines. One of the highlights was the "performance" when another table ordered a special dish. It truly felt like being in a movie about Paris for an evening (in a good way!).

We had a wonderful experience. Augustin is fantastic very knowledgeable about everything and so much detail. Though the wine was amazing the food was also incredible! We’re so glad we were able to get a table for 3 very last minute by calling ahead. The space is also beautiful very dim and romantic ambiance. It was our favorite dinner in Paris by far!

I am so happy I decided to have my last meal in Paris here. As a solo diner, it was comfortable and a very lovely atmosphere. The waiter (owner? I should have asked for his name!!) was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He had fun stories about all the night's wines-by-the-glass and he even remembered that I put "vegetarian" on my reservation. The food was phenomenal, but the WINE. Oh my god. I had a Jura Chardonnay-Savagnin, which are difficult to find in the US. It was so good I asked if he would sell me a bottle. I'm very shy and don't like to cause problems, but he made me feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to get me a bottle. Don't miss this place.
