I had an amazing experience at this place and would happily go back. The food was incredibly delicious, and there’s such a wide variety to choose from. The portions are just right, so you can try multiple dishes without feeling overwhelmed, which makes it perfect for tasting a bit of everything. The vibe is super cool and the interior is beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Everything from the presentation to the flavors shows attention to detail. It can get busy, so I’d recommend making a reservation to secure a spot. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and will return to on my next visit.

This was our last dinner in Bangkok and it was truly memorable. Aunglo is the perfect spot for a date, with its open kitchen concept and chic atmosphere. Everything we ordered was delicious and flavorful. We started with coconut flat bread with curry hummus (so good and spicy) followed by the coconut pancake & grilled shrimp with southern curry sauce (highly recommend this!!). Our favourite was Aunglo’s Moo-Ping, sooo good. We also ordered Thai barbecue pork ribs and Chinese style bbq pork bowl, both amazing. I recommend trying their craft beers. I would love to repeat if I come back to Bangkok!!

Great dining experience at Aunglo by Yangrak. The charcoal grilling adds a unique smoky flavor that really elevates the dishes, and the balance of Thai flavors is excellent. The food is clearly high quality and perfect for sharing. The atmosphere is lively but relaxed, and watching the chefs work over the grill adds to the experience. Service was smooth, and the value for the quality is impressive. Definitely worth a visit and I’ll be back again.

Thai food tapas style - count me in! This charcoal bbq centred restaurant offers a great choice of appetisers, yakitori-style skewers, more substantial grilled items and great sides such as fried rice and veggies. Five or six different local craft beers on tap, and that’s pretty much all you need! The food comes out cooked perfectly and with great flavours. Spice level is great, not too touristy but also not soul-incineratingly hot. I’ve taken a star off service and atmosphere because you have to order using your phone. It’s impersonal and reminds me of the pandemic. Definitely recommended!

Simply extraordinary, every dish I tried fully deserved the star. I had: • Grilled Brioche with Curry Hummus • Chicken with Pattani Salt • Grilled Chicken with Panang Rice Bowl • Khanom Krok Brûlé The food was astonishing, visually stunning, full of flavour, and perfectly balanced. Some dishes are deceptively simple but reveal surprising complexity in taste and texture. The owner is surprisingly young and incredibly kind, and the service is equally warm and attentive. The kitchen feels like a clean, well-run family, which really shows in the quality of the food. On top of that, the price is very reasonable, I paid 494 baht for everything (including a Coke), which is exceptionally fair for the quality. Aunglo is a rare spot where taste, care, and presentation all come together beautifully, truly memorable.

Last day în Bangkok and before going to the airport we decided to have a last meal. We discovered this place as it was close to our hotel. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the place. The pork was literally melting in your mouth. And the desert was perfect to end the night. We also found very nice that we can order by your phone everthing. The service was very fast and thoughtful. Thank you ! 🙏

Their food is truly amazing! From the skewers to the rice bowls, it’s a flavour explosion. The meat quality is on point, the balance between salty, spicy and sour is beyond words. The dessert was delicious as well, perfectly balancing the grilled aromas of the main course. Service and location are making the experience even more enjoyable. Will definitely come back!

Aunglo by Yangrak is a very solid dining experience in Bangkok, focused on Thai grilled cuisine with a modern twist. The flavors are bold, well-balanced, and clearly intentional — you can taste the skill behind the seasoning and cooking techniques. Dishes are served hot, aromatic, and full of character, which really sets this place apart. The quality of ingredients is clearly noticeable, especially in the grilled dishes, and the menu feels cohesive and well thought out rather than random. Portions are satisfying, and the overall concept is consistent and refined. A big plus is the individual QR codes at each table, which make ordering fast, intuitive, and very convenient without having to wait for staff. The service is friendly, professional, and efficient without being intrusive, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet polished — ideal for enjoying the food at a comfortable pace. Not every dish was exceptional, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, but overall this is a place I would happily return to and confidently recommend to anyone looking for well-executed Thai grill cuisine with depth and authenticity.
