I did reach around 6PM. Actually not that comfortable to walk to reach here. However, it is worth to come. Food is actually a bit salty with seafood yellow curry but perfect with white rice. Pork belly fried.. crispy for real! Last dish such as a mini toast fried with minced pork?! Unexpected taste but still good. Above all, quite enough volume to fulfill your stomach. Michelin is waiting for you hahaha ~~~

I came here because it has been in Michelin guide, so want to try! Very homely ambience with friendly staff The food are amazing, I ordered "chef recommended omelette" is the must to order: salted egg, crab meat, fried lard, pork (I guess) on top of crispy omelette! It literally explodes in your mouth and curry stir fry with prawn and squid, not bad!

A Thai restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide. Perhaps because the chef is from a hotel, the food is not too spicy for Thai cuisine. The recommended dish is the omelette. It has a nice texture with crispy pork on top. Cash only.

Simple food served with rice. The thing that stands out here is the quality. The chicken green pepper stir-fry was seasoned well and the bell peppers were cooked but still crunchy, tasting amazing. The curried pork on rice, equally good. Mildy spicy but big on yellow curry flavour. Great value for the quality of food.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Aunt Aoy cooks and serves food with a passion, and the excellence of her efforts is reflected in the exceptional quality of her food. This is not a fine-dining establishment, but the homely ambience of the place has its own charm. The friendliness and warmth of the service more than compensates for the simplicity in the ambience. The food is trully exceptional, and I trully believe Aunt Aoy deserves another Michelin. The "chef recommended omelette" for example, is one of the many must-haves...... The crispy, fragrant egg is literally drowned in crab meat, fried lard etc..... It literally explodes in your mouth..... My only regret is that I have only just discovered Aunt Aoy's. Needless to say I will return, and return, and return.

I came here for afternoon tea so there were not many people at the restaurant. Had one of the best omelette and yellow curry ever in my life!! Strongly recommend!!

This was outstanding. I had chef’s omelette and curry with seafood on rice - both dishes were excellent. The omelette’s flavour are very intense, don’t forget to get some steamed rice on the side. Honestly, I have no idea how this place’s rating dropped below 4 stars.

Ordered the Clear Soup with Egg and Fried Bread with Minced Pork. At the first bite into the latter, there was definitely a wow! The minced meat which had been chopped into a paste, was bursting with flavours, peppery with umami from the meat. There’s bits of onion in there too. But after 4 pieces, the greasiness starts to get to you. The soup was also delightful. The egg and mince meat balls were well paired and the soup not too salty. Great place for dinner amongst friends to share small plates. Be prepared to wait as the kitchen meticulously cooks every dish table by table. I had to wait 30 minutes but I still think the place deserves its Michelin Bib Gourmand. Must come back to try the other items on the menu which others have recommended.
