YUM! The sourdough bread here is super good (crispy outside, soft and warm inside) and combine them with soup/ mac n' cheese it's to die for! Their bread bowls are big, filling, and flavorful! We got their clam chowder and mac n' cheese bread bowl. Would definitely recommend this place! Yummy and worth the price!

The Baseline: For theme park to-go food stands the food must be tasty, have an experience, reliable service, and be a part of the experience. Food: Bread! You come here for the sourdough and the bread puddings. Tonight’s visit was for the sourdough loafs and the Mickey-shaped sourdough. Great bread. Service: Great service but use the Disneyland Mobile order app to time your food pickups. Love the service from the cast members though. Ambiance: Total San Fransokyo vibes via Big Hero Six. This is an awesome themed establishment in an awesome themed land.

Timing is everything for this place, I would no recommend coming here at the end of the day. We unfortunately did just that. We got a large sour dough mickey bread and it was fantastic. My only complaint on the food was that was about all we could get. The themeing is a little missed on interior. Overall it was still a fun bakery but didn't really feel like one.

Got the turkey pesto club. It was really good! The bread and the pesto were the best part. It’s a really big sandwich and it comes with sea salt chips. Also tried Japanese-style fluffy cheesecake. It was very sweet and moist

We love walking through the Sourdough Baking tour, but the sourdough bowl dishes we ordered at Aunt Cass Cafe were DELICIOUS! We tried both clam chowder and the Mac & Cheese and couldn't decide which we favored more.

Absolutely the best clam chowder I’ve ever had in my life! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served super fast. We also tried one of their cocktails — delicious and well-balanced. The only downside was the long line and how crowded it gets, but honestly, it makes sense given how good the food is. Totally worth the wait!

Food is great at this place, but the seating area could be better. There are too many birds around which make it challenging to find a clean spot to sit and enjoy your meal. I would recommend taking your food outside of San Fransokyo Square.

I missed an opportunity to get the clam chowder at Cafe Orleans in Disneyland but got my chance at Aunt Cass Cafe at DCA. Very good soup. I'm not a fan of sourdough bread but this was mild enough that it was delicious. The crunchy crust and the chewy inside were delicious.

This place is amazing, I mainly go here for the sourdough bread, but I need to try more items here. This time around, we tried the yuzu bread pudding. It was warm and comforting. The flavors complimented each other. I stayed in line waiting for them to open. It wasn't too bad. Service was fast, and staff that work there were super friendly. Baymax sipper was so cute. Did you know Baymax sourdough is more expensive than Mickey? I bought both, lol.

The food was good here. You can do a mobile order, sit and chill, and grab your order once it's ready instead of waiting in line. * San Fransokyo Clam Chowder 4/5 - Nice and creamy clam chowder with miso soup flavor. It was different but still pretty good. It came in a bread bowl and they gave extra butter so you can eat it with the leftover bread * Creamy Mac & Cheese 4/5 - Good mac and cheese.

Same pacific ward cafe with an Asian twist. They're still cranking out bread bowls and sandwiches, but now they're even better. The beef curry in a bread bowl is exactly what it sounds like. Japanese curry with chunks of stewed beef and topped with pickled ginger. Delicious! This past trip we had the California roll sandwich! It tasted exactly like a California roll in milk bread! So good! The shrimp chips are an added bonus! Don't sleep on that yuzu lemonade. The popping boba is a nice touch! It's magical. They offer mobile ordering with pick up windows. Makes ordering quick to avoid lines. Shared seating with the other restaurants in San Fransokyo.

Gotta give it to auntie Cass for providing some solid food/drink fare (so, great in terms of amusement park food standards lol). Where are the chicken ~wiiiiings~ tho?? --------------- San Fransokyo clam chowder: good ol' reliable Boudin sourdough bread. Wildly fluffy with a decent tang. Hearty clam chowder but I didn't notice the white miso taste in it. Upside-down pineapple bread pudding: the pudding is fritter-like in that it has a crisp on the outside and is soft on the inside. Pretty pineapple-y delicious and not overwhelmingly sweet. Peach soju citrus cocktail: light in taste yet still refreshing. Crazy overpriced for what it is though? Yeah.....but if you have a hankering for some soju at the park, here it is lol.

Had to check out the newly revamped Aunt Cass Cafe when they opened in San Fransokyo Square in DCA! The curry bread bowl was very filling and the sour dough bread was very fresh and chewy. Rice was a little hard. The curry sauce tasted like Ottogi curry powder which is a Korean brand - not necessarily a bad thing, but I think there are better curry powders or sauces out there to use. The shrimp katsu sandwich was decent. It had a good crunchy texture and mixed with the sauce and vegetables made for a solid meal, but I've had better shrimp katsu sandwiches at other places. This is Disneyland - the food is not going to be top tier compared to how other places do it. Japanese cheesecake was also just decent. It was a bit dense and would have liked if it didn't have the powdered sugar on top. Again, you can find better Japanese cheesecake at other places. Also had the peach soju cocktail and it tasted just like Calpico. Not a bad thing, because I love Calpico, but it seemed like something I could just make at home.

I love the atmosphere outside of Aunt Cass and bread bowl soups are always a must when I'm at Disney. Compared to Royal Street Veranda, there is definitely more seating available and the lines move faster since there's more than one cashier taking orders. I got try some new menu items such as their curry, bread pudding, and their shrimp katsu burger. They were all very tasty! The curry tastes a bit more like Thai curry due to the consistency and spice. The shrimp katsu is perfect and I would definitely reorder that if it becomes a permanent item. The pineapple bread pudding is okay for me, but I am also not a huge fan of bread pudding.

We were at Disneyland and California Adventure in December and got to try the new food options in San Fransokyo. Love the new variety of Asian foods Disney is finally offering after all these years. It's nice to see some more culturally diverse cuisine in the parks! We tried the curry beef and peach soju cocktail. The curry beef was delicious! Definitely has a kick to it but lots of chunks of beef, potatoes and carrots. This was a nice choice on a cold winter day. Please keep this option on the menu! Definitely a positive addition. The peach soju cocktail was also tasty but had a lot of ice. Will definitely be back to order the curry again. Don't forget to use mobile order, makes it quick to pick up your food and magic key discounts are automatically applied.

Stopped by to try the Japanese cheesecake and it did not disappoint. My daughter really enjoyed it. We came back later to try the macaroni and cheese bread bowls and they were so great. We would come back again.

Our absolute favorite food experience at Disneyland and in fact we came back for seconds!! We used mobile order both times and had nearly instant service. The sourdough bowls are the bomb. I am afraid I'm now spoiled for them. The flavor and texture are stars. First we had mac and cheese and I was in heaven. I ate the entire huge thing! Yep! We came back and I tried the curry bread bowl and moaned in delight and got our neighbors inquiring about the meal. Seriously fun and creative. I barely tasted any meat so it was perfect for me anyway. So legit just come. And grab a local beer or try the fun beverages.

The upside-down pineapple bread pudding was great. A little disappointed with the cheesecake, was more like angel food cake. Quick service and friendly staff. Plenty of outside seating, especially for the weekend.

We really enjoyed the beef curry in a bread bowl. Strong curry flavor. The pickled ginger gives pops of spice and acid. Green onions provide a bit of freshness. Sourdough bread has a great chewieness to it. Sourdough is Boudin's Sourdough. This is such a hardy dish. My teenage son barely finished his bread bowl. I shared my bread with my youngest. Mac and cheese stayed creamy to the last bite. An adult order of the mac and cheese would have been too much for my youngest, yet the children's meal was not quite enough. The children's meal was a cup of mac and cheese, a Gogo Squeeze pouch, a cutie, and a drink. Thankfully, I had all that bread to share. Orders may be placed via the app or in person. There are separate lines for app and in person orders. For Disney, there is not much here in terms of decor. This is more like a counter service restaurant one would find anywhere. There is a display of breads and other baked goods. Seating is outside. Tables have umbrellas.

Every time I come to Disneyland I always wanna get the mac & cheese bowl literally six years. I'm like I'm getting it today ! Finally at the end of the night I'm like, let's go get my bowl. Even if I have to eat at home . Last minute I got distracted by noodle. I don't know why in my head I thought they were gonna come in a Sourdough bread bowl but they were cold salad. Delicious salad just not at the end of a cold night. Great idea to order if it's super hot day . Till the next time I will get you mac & cheese bowl, one day.

Aunt Cass Cafe has taken over the former Pacific Wharf Cafe with the new San Fransokyo area in DCA. I came to check out the Japanese Fluffy cherry cheesecake. The mobile order line was too long so I decided to hop into the regular line to order and it was a less than 5 minute wait. The cheesecake came out fairly quickly. I sat down outside and dug in. While it was tasty, it wasn't exactly what I was expecting in a fluffy Japanese cheesecake. The white powdered sugar on top was a little grainy. The cheesecake wasn't quite the texture I was expecting. The other items they have are really tasty so I'll be back to try the bread pudding (seasonal) and the new soups.

I really like the new upgrade to the Big Hero 6 themed Aunt Cass Café. It is adorable and awesome that there are a lot of Asian dishes at Disney! I recommend mobile ordering because the line is always super long. The clam chowder bread bowl deserves more than 5 stars! The added miso and bacon to the clam chowder gives it a rich, umami flavor. Never thought miso and clam chowder would mesh together well, but it just does. Definitely one of my favorite dishes at the parks now. The shrimp katsu burger, however, is a 1/5 star. The patty consisted of a few tiny shrimp mixed inside a huge patty of batter. The shrimp texture was pretty odd as well. I think if the shrimp were bigger and battered individually, it would've been better. The fish chips that it came with were very crispy and had a garlic taste to it, which was yummy. Overall, love this place and would go back over and over again for the clam chowder bread bowl!

Aunt Cass Café is where Boudin's used to be, so it's located to the left when you take the bridge or it's on the right if you're coming from the Ghirardelli's side. Love the new Big Hero 6 theme, it was so cute to see all of the artwork and nods to the movie! Placed a mobile order for the turkey pesto club and honey lemon-ade, it was ready almost instantly! The sandwich is fairly big and plenty of food for 1 person, although my husband and I ended up sharing and it was just enough for the both of us. It was delicious and we both agreed we'd definitely get it again. The honey lemon-ade comes with strawberry popping pearls and it was very reminiscent of strawberry lemonade, so delicious! Loved the ambiance, the cast members were very nice, and the food/drink was good! Would definitely recommend!

As a hardcore curry lover who's grown up eating curry as a staple food, I was very impressed with the beef curry bread bowl. Dare I say, it's a great introduction to good curry for anyone who's never tried it before and gets this for their meal! Ordering is easy and straightforward like most of the other Disney eateries, with mobile order & pick up making ordering ahead of time super easy. You can enter thru a dedicated side door to go straight to mobile pick up. Condiments and utensils are located just outside those doors. I'm surprised at the inclusion of Lee Kum Kee sriracha and soy sauce! A very well-respected Chinese sauce/condiment brand making their Disney appearance in San Fransokyo is something worth mentioning. The beef curry was very flavorful and rich, very comparable to Japanese store-bought curries. There were decent-sized beef chunks in the curry, along with sliced potatoes and carrot/onion bits. There were some green onions and diced pink ginger to add some freshness to the curry. The only drawback is the tiny serving of rice. Maybe a mochi sized ball of it? Definitely not enough to clean off the generous curry portion, but the sourdough bread down is more than enough carbs to soak up the curry. Pricewise, at just below $13 it's one of the more reasonable meals for the price in San Fransokyo. For the taste and close resemblance to the real deal curry outside of the parks, this is as good of authentic Asian food you'll find anywhere in Disneyland or DCA!

*** Vegetarian Review *** It's San Fransokyo! The music in the common area feels like I'm in a real world DDR game. Service always top notch. Use the app to Order Online people! You'll have plenty of time to stand in line everywhere else throughout the park. Soba Noodle Salad ($13.99 / Grade C) - I preferred the mandarin orange salad when it was Pacific Wharf Café. They need to add mandarin oranges to balance this dish. Ditch the soft tofu ... it can't hold up to the dressing and it crumbled with horrible texture. Adding medium or firm would definitely be an improvement. Or ... bring back the mandarin orange salad. Cream Mac & Cheese bread bowl ($12.49 / Grade A) ... nothing really to say about this. In this case, the picture really does say it all. I would just say to grab a handful of complimentary butter packets at the counter and about 4 fork and knives. This is big enough to share with the family. Please don't order this for your kid to eat solely. They ain't gonna be able to finish it. Take that savings and buy a churro or a sundae just down the block at Ghirdadelli. Bottom line - it's Disney. This is still one of my favorite places to grab a bite between rides and shopping.

This is the Boudin restaurant but rethemed for the San Fransokyo Big Hero 6 redo. Still sells Boudin breadbowls but has a few new items that it seems Disney thinks are Japanese or, at least, Asian inspired. The beef curry in a Boudin sourdough bowl is not bad. The flavor seems closer to Singaporean curry than Japanese curry and has a tiny touch of heat. It's a good flavor but could use more beef in it. They also have clam chowder in a breadbowl still, if you don't like curry. The shrimp katsu sandwich is a definite pass. The patty is a strange filler with very little shrimp and the sauces/slaw on top is not doing it any favors. Pass on this sandwich.

Finally had a chance to eat at the newly re-imagined Aunt Cass Cafe (formely Pacific Wharf Cafe) and it was great! Definitely an upgrade from its previous menu, though they still have the beloved bread bowls that many have come to enjoy from the previous location. The Japanese-style Fluffy Cheesecake is also a noteworthy item that may make this place a must-stop-shop for foodies. Overall, a good first impression. Aunt Cass Cafe is located in the new San Fransokyo Square in Disney California Adventure. Guests have the option to order through a regular standby line or by mobile order through the Disneyland app. There is plenty of seating options shared among the other eateries in the 'square,' so feel free to take a seat and maybe share a little bit of everything San Fransokyo has to offer for the hungry park goer. I ended up trying the Shrimp Katsu Sandwich. Flavors were on point. The shrimp katsu patty was prepared much like a crab cake, but with shrimp. It was delicious. The garlic chips reminded me of garlic flavored shrimp chips which, I'm pretty sure are what the side really is. They complemented the sandwich perfectly. Without a doubt, I would reorder this sandwich over and over again on future visits to the park. At the time of my visit, Aunt Cass Cafe was taking applicable discounts; Magic Key discount included. Note you must have a valid park admission into Disney California Adventure to dine at Aunt Cass Cafe.

It was the end of a long (but super fun) 12+ hour day at Disneyland and California Adventure and we wanted to grab a bite before heading out. After taking a stab at a few very crowded eateries, we wound up stopping by Aunt Cass Cafe. I had tried some of the sourdough at the attached bakery earlier in the day, so I knew I wanted something involving bread. I eventually decided to go with the Curry Beef ("Beef, Carrots, Potatoes and Onions cooked in Classic Curry topped with Rice, Pickled Ginger and Green Onions"), which is served in a bread bowl. I was expecting a curry of the Indian variety, but it actually turned out to be a Japanese curry. It was seriously delicious. It was very flavorful and even a little spicy, and the various components within were cooked perfectly. (That beef was so tender.) The icing on the cake was that bread bowl, which was a perfect vehicle for the curry. It's just darn good sourdough, so why wouldn't that be the case? We finished off with a Mickey Gingerbread Cookie, and it too was terrific. The cookie was irresistibly soft and flavorful, and that ginger taste really came through well. I loved it.

It's been so fun trying all the vegetarian Disney food and for this trip's meal we had the mac n' cheese bread bowl! The food wasn't mindblowing or anything but I still really enjoyed it. I liked how they really pile the mac n' cheese in there, like it was sticking out of the bowl haha. Much different from the veggie gumbo bread bowl that seemed to be such a small scoop. Got some Tabasco and butter from the condiments bar and went to town. Couldn't finish it all and was very full. Like most casual food at Disney, prices weren't bad at all. Ordering was easy- just walked right up and food was ready within a few minutes. The cast member was lovely and helpful. Currently my fav veggie DCA food is: 1. Impossible chili cheese fries at Paradise Garden Grill 2. (a very close second and sometimes I think it might be first) double Impossible burger at Smokejumpers Grill 3. this mac n' cheese.

Ok can I just say...definitely the freshest amusement park food I've ever had. Fast service, got our food within 7min of ordering. You order and sit outside in San Fransokyo square, which is crowded tbf but cute ambiance and ample seating if you just walk around for long enough. They get their bread fresh from Boudin in San fransisco, so you know their sourdough is FANTASTIC. My family tried the bread bowl chowder and loved it, wasn't overly creamy/heavy and the bowl kept its texture after the soup was in it. We also got a full baguette as our to go park snack because we loved the bread so much.... Bread aside, I tried the soba noodle salad which came with tofu as a protein. Wasn't cheap (around $15) but it was a full sized lunch meal. Tons of veggies- extremely colorful- and everything tasted super fresh. I left feeling so happy and not at all weighed down for the rides afterwards. Highly recommend when you visit DCA!

The newest upgrade to California adventure! Went here for the opening weekend of San Fransisyoko and just had to eat at the themed Aunt Cass restaurant!! My friends and I tried the curry bowl and shrimp Katsu sandwich. I was expecting both items to be bland because it is a theme park but the Japanese inspired menu was delicious! Not only did it have enough spice, the price was worth it the money and wait! Just for fun we also ordered the last Vampire Mickey Boudin Shaped Sourdough Bread! A great way to start the Halloween holiday! Service was fast and ! Thanks Disney!

Only two stars because their caramel cold brew is horrible. Almost disgusting actually. However, I have not tried their food so I will update this review when I do!!

We were on a mission to try all of the culinary foods at the Disneyland parks, that we have not tried before. This was one of the stops for their strawberry bread pudding that you have to try at least once. We showed up towards the end of the day, so they were slammed. It was packed on the wharf pier, so there wasn't any where to sit either. The bread pudding was pretty good, but it's not my favorite type of desert. I am glad I tried it, and we shared so it wasn't wasted.

The soup is nice especially their bread but it could be better, and more options on the menu, the service was pretty quick so the food was warm, and the vibe was nice on the deck

Unfortunately, this place with their new menu, isn't as good as what it used to be, Pacific Wharf Cafe. Their highlight here is the bread. Its ALWAYS fresh. So if you get a bread bowl here, be prepared to take the leftover bread home. Toast it the next day, spread some cream cheese & jam on it, with a nice hot cup of earl grey tea, you will be in heaven. It'll be the best souvenir you got from the Disneyland resort. The food: I had the Curry beef. It's got small pieces of Beef, Carrots, larger pieces of Potatoes and Onions cooked in Classic yellow Curry topped with Rice, Pickled Ginger and Green Onions. The curry isn't like sweet coconut thai curry. Its a pretty spicy asian/indian savory curry with not much depth. Very curry powder forward. I would've preferred sweetness to it. Everything was cooked well, quality ingredients, but the flavor wasn't something I want to get again. Its spicy, thick, taste of ginger and beef stock curry flavor, with wonderful rice. The bread is really fresh and crispy outside, fluffy inside. Unfortunately for this place, the real gem of a spot to eat is right next door, Lucky Fortune Cookery. Skip this curry beef unless you are a huge fan of asian curry with not much else to it. The place is always clean, seating is always full in San Fransokyo. So take your food for a 5 minute walk to Carsland and sit with the view of the mountain range. It's BEAUTIFUL.

So recently, California Adventure's Pacific Wharf transformed into San Fransokyo Square - changed their decor and menus, and play continuous upbeat J-pop. The Pacific Wharf Cafe is now Aunt Cass Cafe, with Japanese inspired menu items. They still sell sourdough bread (the popular one being the Baymax shaped one now) as well as serve sourdough bowls (curry beef, creamy mac n cheese, and clam chowder with a a hint of white miso). I tried the San Fransokyo clam chowder ($12.49), shrimp katsu sandwich ($14.99), honey lemon-ade ($6.99), and the specialty caramel cream cold brew ($6.79). Hmm...maybe I'm the minority here, but I wasn't as impressed with the food. I'm not a big clam chowder person, but it wasn't bad. No hint of clams nor miso. The shrimp katsu was way too fried and too salty, I couldn't really tasted the shrimp. The "garlic chips" that came with the sandwich were like those puffed up Chinese prawn chips. Tasted the salt, but not much else though. Loved the honey lemon-ade. Sweet with enough tartness, and the popping spheres were fun to eat (the sweet syrup is at the bottom so make sure to stir it). The cold brew was ok, just straight cold brew with a mound of sweet cream foam on top. The main reason I used to come here was for the bread pudding...always looked forward to the seasonal versions, so I'm really sad that they scratched that off the menu.

Got a honey lemonade, soba noodle salad, clam chowder and a baymax bread. I will say I did a mobile order, they are usually pretty quick with it, but I think it was really busy. Food was good.

4.4 stars The beer cheese bread bowl is delicious! It's cheesy, bacony, and peppery. Luckily, I got a fresh bread bowl...those bread bowls aren't always so soft, so I'm grateful for this experience. Definitely worth a try and way better than the corn chowder!

Located at Disney California Adventure, this place sells all the delicious bread bowls. I ended up getting the beer cheese soup. Pros: -offers mobile order via the Disneyland app Cons: -in my opinion, the beer cheese soup was a bit on the salty side and the bread/pretzel pieces on top were a bit stale. I would recommend sticking with the clam chowder if you're planning to get a bread bowl.

This place is so cute!! staffs were super friendly and I love the way they decorated it. From the tiny little details and the funny baymax posters, so cute! I had the clam chowder bread bowl and it so so delicious, so glad to have the annual pass as I will be coming back for their clam chowder. The sourdough is yummy but kinda stale and cold but apart from that everything tastes amazing! 10/10

Get your Mickey Bread here! It goes fast. So you know I live in SF, and frequently eat at Boudins, so I can say that this place is legit. Their sourdough was fresh and their clam chowder was hot. They split it like I had asked, and they pointed us to where the butter and utensils were. It was pretty quick from ordering (especially if you do mobile) or if you went to the cashier like we did. Our food was fresh, and I think this is one of the best tasting restaurants in this park.

A great option at Pacific Wharf! After a day of brown foods (corn dogs, pretzels, and churros), I wanted something with a bit of greenery on it haha I decided to head to Pacific Wharf Cafe for the Grilled Peach Toast and Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. It did not disappoint! Both dishes felt filling but also refreshing in ways due to the fresh ingredients. The Chipotle Chicken Sandwich was a great sandwich! The chicken was juicy, the bacon was crispy, and the bread was flavorful. The avocado was creamy and helped add that creaminess/moisture the sandwich needed. It also came with a bag of chips! The Grilled Peach Toast tasted like a charcuterie board on sourdough bread! And ain't nothin wrong with that! I loved the contrast of sweet and savory on the toast. The ricotta helped add fattiness/creaminess and the balsamic drizzle added a nice contrast to the sweet peaches. And of course, the sourdough is great! Two great options if you're looking for something that won't sit like a brick in your tummy haha

This is a great spot to pick up soup (in a sourdough bowl, of course), salads and sandwiches --- but our favorite mid-day snack is some sourdough and butter. And this past time we were there, they had a sourdough baguette which was perfect! The also have cute Mickey loaves - my favorite one is during Halloween when they make a Mickey Dracula loaf of bread! If you and your group just need a little snack to hold you over to dinner, go get yourself some bread and butter and maybe a little drink. It's delicious and very reasonable!

Did a quick visit to the counterpart of the Happiest Place on Earth and made our way to Aunt Cass' Cafe. We wanted to try out the Japanese-Style Cheesecake and possibly get our hands on a BayMax sourdough bread or Vampire Mickey one. We ended up getting one of our go-to Mac and cheese Sourdough bread bowl to share cuz with all that bread it gets quite filling. It is definitely a Must with all being so cheesy and we love to sprinkle Some black pepper on it. Also enjoyed the caramel cream cold brew using which for my daughter was a little on the bitter side for her taste. I thought it was delish but she got some Sugar to sweeten it up more. And to the main reason we came here... the Japanese style cheesecake. It wasn't much a soufflé as we expected considered we've had it before at different locations. It was more on denser side. It was topped with a raspberry syrup/fruit. It was good. Would we order it again or a must to grab. Not for us. But would say you always have to try for yourself. Come to think of it after all that... we forgot to buy our sourdough Mickey/Baymax... food fail! ‍

We love San Fransokyo Square--the cute aesthetic mixture of classic San Francisco and trendy Tokyo is nothing short of phenomenal. Aunt Cass's Café is nestled in this beautiful space just steps away from a giant "Golden Gate Bridge" in Disney's California Adventure Park. I had the honey lemonade, which included popping boba pearls, and the clam chowder bread bowl, which was so fresh and had a bit of a kick. Our boys had the beef curry. Every bite was delicious and comforting. I want to try everything on the menu.

I ordered my meal through mobile order. I recommend only going through mobile order when you're at Disneyland. I usually set a time to pick up the food so it's ready once I'm there. I already wait in line for rides, I don't want to wait any longer for my food! My partner and I would rate the Mac n Cheese and the Clam Chowder 3/5. There's definitely more bread than Mac n Cheese / Clam Chowder! The bread can be very filling. I would recommend getting the bowl version so you don't pay a hefty price for the bowl

Mobile order available. The line was long but it went pretty fast and the service was great. We ordered clam chowder and the beef curry. Both were really good and had so much flavor. The beef curry was a bit on the spicy side but very good. I would definitely order from them again.

Aunt Cass Cafe seems to provide a satisfactory dining experience with its clam chowder bread bowl being a flavorful highlight. While other offerings like the Mac n Cheese and shrimp Katsu sandwich are fairly standard, the service is commendable. The ambiance hasn't changed much from the previous establishment, but a tip to enhance the visit is to use mobile ordering to avoid unnecessary waits. It's clear the restaurant maintains Disney's standards, offering familiar comfort foods that many enjoy.

If you want a good clam chowder this place isn't it. It's weird because you would think that the recipes would be the same at all Disney dining but harbor galley is the place for the chowder. However, if you want a good sourdough. This place is where it's at. Unfortunately their baymax bread machine was broken so we couldn't get a cute shaped bread but the basic sourdough was still delicious and we snacked on a full loaf all day.

Day at California Adventure and we had to go to four restaurants to get all the items our group of 6 wanted. I know, I know. Niece wanted the clam chowder in the sour dough bread bowl so she came over to pick up the bowl we had ordered. When she got back she really enjoyed it but it seems that not much of the bread was taken out so there was NOT a lot of soup in it. We all normally share all the items but we kind of let her finish the soup because it was not that much. We did enjoy the bread bowl. I didn't see the location itself because we ate at Flo's not to far away where the other kids ordered their food; well at least some of it.

The Mac N Cheese was good but you really don't get a lot considering how big the bread bowl is. The sourdough was nice and soft but almost too acidic compared to others. Finding a seat in this area is almost impossible. You have to get lucky and catch someone as they're leaving. You'd be better off taking your food around the corner to the seating at Flos. The cheesecake was good, I'd never had something like that before. Could have done without the cherries and sauce. Very interesting texture that kinda just melts in your mouth. Mostly just tasted like powdered sugar. Wish you could mobile order it as the standard line gets very long.

Trying to find reasonably priced and tasty food anywhere in Disneyland is a bit like trying to find gold in a silver mine (apologies to Elton & Bernie). I think I may have gotten close though. The bread bowls at California Adventure were always a good bet in years past and I'm happy to report they still are. I had the San Fransokyo (I am not making this up) clam chowder bowl while my wife had the curry beef bread bowl. The bread was just as scrumptious as I remembered it from the days we would bring our kids to the Disney parks when they were much more reasonable and slightly less crowded. My wife found the curry to be rather spicy but I found it to be on the mild side. We also shared a seasonal dessert item, the Upside Down Pineapple Bread Pudding made with pineapple custard and caramel creme anglaise sauce. I thought this was an exceptional treat that was definitely worth $7.29. Unlike some of the desserts found in other eateries in the park, it wasn't overly sweet and we enjoyed every last bite. I also added a Honey Lemon-Ade that turned out to be a sugar free beverage made with yuzu puree and had these little fruit flavored balls that look a lot like ikura (salmon roe) but were actually passion fruit and strawberry "popping spheres". For under $40 with our annual pass discount, I was very content with tonight's meal. If only our experience with the rides had been as satisfying. Well, you can't have everything.

If there is one item you should get from here, it is the curry bread bowl. My expectations for the curry were low, but it exceeded my expectations. The curry had the right amount of spice for me. It wasn't too bland or my mouth felt like it was on fire. The curry had a decent number of potatoes and meat, so the meal was filling. The bread bowl tastes great with the curry. The cold brew, on the other hand, is a disappointment. The drink was too bitter and watery. Even mixing the topping with the drink didn't do anything to improve the taste. The extreme bitterness of the drink was overpowering.

This is the place for a nice bowl of clam chowder and a fresh bread bowl! This used to be the "Pacific Wharf Cafe" previously. Lots of options for soup, and you can get a huge sourdough baguette to go! The recipe for the clam seemed different than before, and tbh I prefer the previous recipe, but still good! My boyfriend got the Mac and cheese bowl and enjoyed his as well!

i've never had their food here, but it does look amazing. I've always gone for the bread. I love their sourdough bread, and they even cut it for you to eat that while I walk around in California disney.

I grew up coming here to Pacific Wharf. I was excited to try the new version of this cafe, but unfortunately the quality of the food has gone down. I feel the quality of the service has as well, unless today was maybe an off-day? Food: the Sanfransokyo clam chowder is a twist on the original, but I did not like it at all. (And I am a huge fan of miso) I wish I knew it had bacon in it, too. :/ Shrimp Katsu sandwhich was very heavy & bland. Cheesecake was light and tasty. I'm giving a low review, because the food made all of my friends and I very sick. Let's hope it's better next time. I'm a little afraid to try again.

Our mobile order didn't print or something so we waited a long longer than we would have if we just stood in line and ordered in person. That really defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The $16 soju drink was watered down and mostly ice while also being excessively sweet. The turkey pesto sandwich was wet and messy. My daughter liked the mac and cheese bread bowl.
