Pretzels are my weakness! Whenever I see fresh pretzels I got to have one. I go to Dulles Town Center a lot, so I’ve been to this place many times and ever time the staff doesn’t “disappoint” me, they’re slow meaning they don’t care if you want to wait or not but they’re going to take their time. I wish there was another Auntie Anne’s close by.

Ordered via DoorDash. Of course this is Auntie Anne’s, but it was really good and great if you just want some pretzels and mini dogs. ✔️

Always, always, always have to get a pretzel for me the nugs for my daughter. Mustard for both 😉 This afternoon the pretzel’s aroma coming out of the oven hit me well before I could see AA. Warm and soft it really hit the spot.

Staff is really nice and patient because I never know what I want until after I've stood there wasting their time and holding up the line but they never try to rush me. Good prices too make this a fun spot for a quick bite. Mini Pretzel dogs are perfect on the go for a bite of protein that really fills you up. Love the new seasonings/flavors you can add!

Tree Nut Allergy Beware: I am a frequent visitor to this location and never had a problem. Today the person in front of me ordered the almond pretzel. I requested to the boy at the counter to please use different tongs when he got my pretzel as I am allergic to the almonds. He said it's already cross contaminated as they use the same butter. I said okay but sill use the different tongs as that would reduce the likelihood of a reaction.The boy at the counter and the other employee behind him said well we use the same butter and to request a separate pretzel be made just for me. I understand there is always a risk for cross-contamination, but the fact that they admit and do nothing to reduce the chances of cross-contamination of an extremely common nut allergy is concerning and disappointing. I left without buying anything as I was not waiting for them to make a completely different pretzel just for me. This would be a very simple problem to solve by just using different utensils as asked. Also, the employees should not be arguing about a simple request to use a different untesil to serve the food.

this place is the best thing to happen to the dulles town center. this stuff is made of heaven and is always fresh. you can smell the store from a mile away. clean, friendly, and welcoming to me as i approached the store. always a place in my heart

Always have to make a stop here anytime we come across one. Auntie Anne's is everyone's favorite aunt! They have the best lemonade and a wide variety of pretzel packed and flavored in a range of deliciousness!

They always have fresh pretzels. Great customer service. I wouldn't order the hotdog items, because I saw them just sitting out, not refrigerated.

It's hard to not love Auntie Anne's, it's always super clean, the pretzels and other noms are piping hot and there's always a bit of a line too which has got to mean they are doing something right if people are lining up! They probably have one of the most distinct smells in the entire mall, even beating out Cinnabon. That slightly sweet doughy smell with a hint of sea salt reaches out it's wafting smell clouds and pulls me over just like in the old cartoons where the cartoon just floated in complete ecstasy to the source of eye rolling back deliciousness. Mmmmmmmm....... Now I want another one, even when I'm not hungry I want one and could devour it! I come here for pretzels and even though they have extended their menu to offer a lol more variety.... It's still all about the regular pretzels!

Can I have some water? We only have soda water and bottles water. I just want tap water. Its not filtered So....Ill take it Its our policy to not give out water. You spend $8 on two hotdogs and they cant evem give you a cup of water. Want to suck every penny out of you and give a whack excuse why.

I love auntie Anne's. They have the best soft pretzels....I will have none of this wetzels pretzels business haha. This location is standard. They do a good job. But it can be really awkward if there's a line..because there is no real place to stand and everyone just starts standing out in the walkway, awkwardly blocking the entire thing.

Usually I like this auntie Anne's in the mall but I had an unfortunate trip on Monday 5/14/18. I told my friend to get me a pretzel as I watched from a distance. There was no line at all. He went up and the lady named Angie told him she was only Making special orders. He was sent on his way. I saw more people come and she took their order. I came up and asked her if she was only taking special orders and she replied she was busy making something so she told him that. I felt she was rude and unwelcoming.

Most locations no longer serve raisin pretzels but they will special order for you for a slight additional price. Finally can get my favorite once again.

ridiculous policy that there is no free tap water from soda machine even with a pretzel purchase. first time in my life I have been refused tap water at any retail establishment when is avaiable., but more than happy to sell bottled water. Ownership should seriously rethink this policy.. and it wasnt just one misinformed employee.. they all said the same thing. Will be taking my prezel purchasing to another franchisee.

Auntie Anne's is a great place, however, it is really expensive. I spent like $20 on 3 things. Also DO NOT GET THE FROSTED LEMONADE. It is actual trash. It is $5 of syrup: does not have flavor and tastes hot. I bought mango and strawberry and both are trash.

Friendly staff; We usually get the Cinnamon Sugar Bites, our favorite. They are soft and warm They make them nondairy as well upon request while you wait.

Who doesn't love Auntie Anne's? Quick, clean, decent service and oh yummy cinnamon pretzel sticks! So good it was a challenge to share with the kids. :)
