According to Grubhub, Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets are usually $6.79, Original Pretzel Nuggets $6.69, and Pepperoni Pretzel Nuggets $7.49. I’ll start by saying their small nuggets are more expensive than the Regular size around the nation. Without looking at any other item because I was so taken away by this, two regular pretzel nugget items were nearly 17 dollars, more than twice the usual amount at any other location in America - while the pepperoni nuggets are nearly 3 TIMES the national amount. Auntie Anne’s aren’t independently owned so the owner may not have set these prices, but if I were you, I’d wait to get back to your local Auntie Anne’s to save an amount of money you could literally almost fill your car up with

Absolutely TERRIBLE service! The manager Bill was extremely rude to us on the evening of 5/1. When we came into the store, there were absolutely no customers inside or outside of the building. As we walked in, we noticed there were some fresh salted pretzel bites coming out, we asked for an order of those and Bill stated that we didn't need those and could get the ones already made sitting under the heat lamp. We stated that we wanted the ones that were freshly made and Bill proceeds to say there was no difference between the fresh ones and the pretzels already sitting there "for just 5 minutes". He flat out said NO that we could not get the fresh order of pretzels. We opted to leave and not purchase ANYTHING! No wonder the store was EMPTY! With service like this - especially from a manager - they should be shut down.

When we walked in we were told today we were told that we were going the wrong way from a African american girl who had an attitude, we waited at an empty register only to find there was a girl attending register who was standing there looking and only gave me a compliment on my nail to get a tip..NO TIP for poor service, just awful

Staff were so friendly and their salty pretzels really pair well with sweets! 10 out 10 I highly recommend!

Nice fresh food i got a mango smoothie and pretzel dogs where good as always . Very friendly service the lady's are always sweet

Great service from the worker behind the cash register, who was also training someone at the same time. Very respectful with not only me but also the trainee. 👌

FIX THE ADDRESS, current address does not reflect physical location! Food is fine, but the management is horrendous. Needs new owners/managers

This is the first time I’ve ever been to an Auntie Anne’s where the staff was rude and unwelcoming. I asked a simple question about quantity and the answer I received was 125 grams. What in the world!!!! Am I in Europe with the KMS system. I also didn’t appreciate the fact that the little dude tried to force me to purchase a dip perfectly knowing that he had free mustard packets and did not offer them to me until I asked if they had them. The attitude and lack of customer service makes me wonder if this place should be renamed Auntie Angry or perhaps, the staff should go work at Dicks Last Resort.

I recently enjoyed a visit to Auntie Anne's Pretzel. The pretzels were hot and fresh, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant was clean. A delightful experience overall!

We LOVE Auntie Anne's. Problem with this location is the tourist-trap pricing. Staff was okay, but seemed a bit overwhelmed by a few people in line. Food was fine, but next time we'll get something else to eat on the way to Pier Park and then walk by Auntie Anne's, knowing we can have it some other time without a convenience upcharge.

Tried to come get a snack for my husband who has a dairy allergy. I have gone to auntie Anne's in the past and have never had an issue getting the cinnamon sugar pretzel, just dipped in water to avoid the butter. An employee laughed when I tried to order said that the mix won't stick without butter and they can't help me. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Best pretzels I've ever had!!! Also the staff was so awesome and helpful. They also greet you with samples and it's always nice trying new things!

Today, I decided to visit one of my favorite places, Auntie Anne well never in all my experiences at the various Aunt Annes did I receive such poor customer services not just by the workers but manager as well. I waited for 15 minutes to get to the front to be told we are not doing unsalted pretzels. Then when I asked to speak to a manager . He came to the front to place some fresh pretzels and wouldn't even look my direction and simply told his employee I don't have time to talk. I'm baffled at lack of customer care. It's obvious customer service is irrelevant when you know you can be rude because people will deal with the lack of professionalism for the product they really want.

We stopped by Pier Park to look around and decided to have some pretzels. The sign said open; however, the door was locked. So we wandered around and came back it they were open. The lady and man were very nice! The pretzels were fresh and yummy.

I should of looked at the price before ordering. $7 for one pretzel. It was good but not anything special. A pretzel at Sam's club is around a $1.50 and it's is bigger and taste much better. Would of cancelled the order but my 3 year old was with me. I understand that it is on the pier but that price is ridiculous. Rip off alert. There is another placed called the pretzel maker in the vicinity that is much better.

Visited this location on vacation and requested a pretzel straight from the oven and was told they wouldn't make it that they had to sell what they had on hand first. Stunned I contacted corporate to see if this was standard practice for them. Corporate states it is not standard for them and that I should be able request a fresh pretzel if I didnt mind waiting. This location contacted me only to say that they still refused to make the pretzel and that it is inappropriate for me to even ask. This ubserd. If you want a fresh pretzel DONT GO HERE.
