"Auntie Anne’s will also remain upstairs, so pretzels are still an option even as many corridor vendors shut." - Serena Dai

Nice little place located inside the HEB, was very clean and they had my order on time and as requested. My pretzel was warm and delicious!

This location has Never had any pretzel bites ready! Every time I go there's over a 15min wait for them. Service is great and staff is friendly, but today was my 4th time going and yet again, no pretzels!

I went in to buy mini pretzel hotdogs, cashier said it was a 12 minute wait for anything on the menu, you should have at least one of each food item ready for sale… and a better attitude about explaining this at least offer a fake as apology ;)

I Came At 8:10 They Suppose Close At 9 Nd The Man Wouldn’t Let Me That Is Very Unprofessional

Please don't get anything from this place. It's so disgusting. I found a hair in my food. 🤢 should’ve know by the way the workers were just lounging around all over the counters.

Kerry was AMAZING he was fast and pleasant and gave me a completely new outlook on this specific location I have been hesitant to patron because I was not previously pleased with the service or food and gave a 1 star review but Kerry was attentive and made sure the pretzels were fresh and weren’t burnt. I’m not sure if Kerry’s a manager but if not he should be he provided all around great service

Worst experience ever. I ordered the mini dog bundle which came with the pretzel dogs, medium lemonade, and dip. Thats what I ordered. The board said it was $8.03. I paid $9.67. Um I'm sorry. Tax is not that much. She didn't ring it up as the bundle. Then wanted to argue with me. The staff then began to speak in Spanish knowing good and well I didn't understand. I then asked for the manager. All three of them looked at each other. I said, oh I guess you don't have a manager either. I should have given the food back and asked for a refund but since it was on my card, I'm sure they didn't know how to do it. Do not go there. Poor service, poor food quality. And apparently no manager.

Worst location ever in Pearland. For the last 3 visits the pretzels were so hard (could not eat it) and just last night Burnt! So in total 6 that were not fit to consume. They don't answer the phone either. To give a paying customer a product like that is unacceptable. Won't be going back....I want a refund!

Yelp
This particular location of the nationwide pretzel chain is inside of an H-E-B. My auntie's name isn't Anne but Auntie Anne's really knows how to appeal to me. I've always been a big fan of soft pretzels. Yes, this won't be the best soft pretzel you've ever had but it's pretty darn good. I usually go with either the original pretzel or the cinnamon pretzel which is more of a dessert. Another thing I'm a big fan of is dipping sauces. Auntie Anne's doesn't disappoint here either. I usually go with either the cheese sauce for a savory pretzel or the sweet glaze sauce for the cinnamon pretzel. They have a couple other dipping sauces to choose from. I'm also a big fan of pretzel dogs and they have that too! You can either go with the mini pretzel dog bites or the hot dog size pretzel dog. Another thing I love is lemonade and they've got that too! Not only normal lemonade but other flavors like strawberry as well. I think we're starting to see a trend here. One thing I don't like is that the pretzels aren't 100% fresh. You're likely going to get one that has at least been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple minutes. I get that this speeds up the ordering process as this is more of a grab-and-go type place. The pretzels still taste great so I'm not complaining!

Yelp
There is something about the smell of this place as you're paying for your goods at HEB that just gets you. It's intoxicating. I'm usually strong enough to resist but this time I was with my husband and he INSISTED. So we got the cinnamon pretzel bites (I think that's what they are) and the jalapeño pretzel dogs. Both came out fresh. Sooooooooooo Gooooooooood!!!! Warm, fluffy , greasy and unhealthy AF. Definitely worth a try. I docked a point because the staff seemed a bit cold and not very warm and welcoming. But whatever. I got all the warmth and fluffiness I needed from the food. Final grade: B+ Definitely plan to return.

Yelp
I do these things because I love Yelp and I feel I owe you the truth. I'm not sure if it's new hires or old employees with grudges. But there is a certain quality mark an establishment should aim for, especially if you only have like 10 things on your menu and they're all like... pretzels. This site consistently serves burnt offerings. You don't even feel these foods should be "sold" but rather thrown out. Usually they're charred and hardened under a warmer. And you can't say it's because it's sitting out for a long time because the place gets decent traffic, which has been slowing down lately because of poor quality I'm guessing. I asked an associate why everything was so black and burnt looking, her reply: "it's because of the warmers, that what happens with the warmers. It normal." Normal? No. Normal is delicate, succulent, juicy, melt in your mouth, buttery, sinful Auntie Anne's. Not the Auntie Anne's from hell with mega-powered light warmers. I can't subject my stomach to the level of insult. I have to detoxify this out my system. Now or never. Maybe AA will steal my belly... but I doubt it, the memories are concrete and Auntie Anne's HEB Pearland has just about done it for me.

Yelp
Mmmm who doesn't love a good pretzel? If you don't, I don't wanna know you! The DH and I stopped at this location (located in HEB) because I had just gone to the RediClinic. I am on my third cold / sinus infection (with a side order of ear infection) for the year, so I thought I deserved an "I'm sick" treat. Plus, we had coupons from my last visit there. They have a pretty good selection being a little pretzel shop. We each got a pretzel dog (a hot dog wrapped in pretzel! What?!) and shared a pepperoni pretzel and a cinnamon sugar one. We had a coupon for a free signature pretzel with purchase of a pretzel dog (I think). [I had previously gotten a whole sheet of coupons plus a few loose ones when I was there last. I think the regional manager or someone important was there, because he was very supervisor-y and all official looking. He was overly helpful to the gal who was helping me (she seemed new and kept asking me to repeat my order). I actually got home and realized my order was lacking a pretzel but I guess it evened out because I got one for free.] Anyway, the pretzels are delicious. They are buttery and chewy and very satisfying. It's pretty cool to watch them make the pretzels, too, because of the technique. A flick of the wrist and a twist, and boom! there's your pretzel! The pepperoni one is a revelation. Pizza toppings on a pretzel! Get out! And the cinnamon sugar one, I kid you not, tastes like a doughnut! I definitely enjoyed them all because let's face it, when you're sick you just want to eat junk. (Okay, maybe that's just me.) Just go get some already. They usually have samples out so you can taste them, but it's really not necessary. They kinda sell themselves.
