I usually love Wetzel’s but haven’t had Auntie Anne’s in a while. Ordered online for togo. Got the cinnamon bites. They were definitely coated! Grabbed one and it felt like I was digging thru sand lol. They made them fresh when we got there. It was delicious then I thought. Would try the pretzel ones next time.

My wife and I stop here for a quick snack on our way up north. So far, every time, it has been fresh and good. The people working have always been friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We like the many different drink options as well.

Pepperoni pretzels good,,,, but the service was terrible. Ordered at 1158 am, girl making the pretzel said 8 minutes…. Well 1240 pm, she tells me she didn’t see the ticket until just now. All the girls working, laughed and made snide facial gestures…. I’ll pay to get better service elsewhere next time around….

Yum, fresh salted pretzel and a lemonade. It is a public eating area but it is well maintained.

Every time I come her3 they are always out of regular pretzels.... she always saying they cooking about 6-8 mins... never fails always that way when I come ...I have been here 3 diff times and always the same ...

Located in Anthem in the Outlets but every time I'm in the area, I have to stop and get my Almond Pretzel. So warm and fresh and worth the stop.

I absolutely love all the pretzels here! They're always soft and warm and I'm never disappointed. The dipping sauces are a bit more expensive nowadays, and they're never warm anymore, but overall I'm never disappointed when I come here.

Oh yes, still love the pretzels here!! And now that I am a Senior citizen, I get discounts through AARP....I love it!!!

Salted pretzel was soft and delicious next time I'll definitely pass on the cheese sauce!

Horrible pricing, an average pretzel for $5??????? Lemonade tastes artificial .... This place should be avoided.

My wife decided to get a peach lemonade before sitting for the food that we got from another restaurant in the same food court area. Check-out was quick, the place was clean and the lemonade was ready in no time. The staff attending us was welcoming and nice too. Taste & menu is same as other Auntie Anne's location. I would recommend this place in Anthem outlets.

The WORST pretzels I've ever had. It tasted like they used windex instead of butter. I don't know how you make pretzels this bad. So awful. One star because the employees didn't spit in my face.

The coffee here is just okay but it's the only place in the food court that serves it so no options. Wish they would offer a wide variety of less sugary drinks. Pretzels are a bit under baked.

Only way to pay for your pretzel's is to use cash.... Your system is down there has to be another way for o fix the issue. That is where good customer service comes from... so think outside the box.

Always good, great for kids and the location is perfect so the kids can play after and it's walk up so your not rushed.

We always grab a pretzel here when we make our annual trip to the Nike outlet store for my son's shoes for the new school year. Anyways, this location is limited as they don't offer everything that a traditional in the mall Auntie Anne's would as far as pretzels are concerned. I was craving the cheese jalepeno pretzel or even a pepperoni one but they didn't offer it. The pepperoni one they did actually have but only as pretzel nuggets/bites whatever they call it for a higher price. However, they did have a promotion of two classic pretzels for $6 so I got the cinnamon and the wifey got the traditional one. See you next year!

Normally a fan of Wetzels, but this location seems to have good, hot pretzels. THe main draw here is get your VIP card for free and then you can partake in a BOGO offer for any flavor pretzel. Another bonus while we were there was Happy Hour on Frozen Lemonade. It was only 2 bucks for a medium and they were quite refreshing as well. There are coupons also at the conceirge desk, so keep your eyes out and you should never pay full pretzel price at this food court location.

Gosh, these pretzels are getting pretty expensive! My little cutie pie and his cousins love them. I bought 2 combos bite size pretzels with cheese dip and lemonade for like $15 bucks! Mind you, that's only a snack. Sure you're full right after that, but with carbs it doesn't last long until you're hungry again. Once in awhile is okay...I tell my child. It's ingenious to have the place right across from the outdoor playground where you can smell the buttery fresh baked goodies.

Mini Pretzel dogs r awesome ! Friendly workers. Speedy service. The Kiu pretzel dogs are the best when their fresh and hot . With the cheese sauce they are yummy

Can you say pretzel? Duh! If I could live off pretzels and cheese I would! Come on! Love this place and the workers are super sweet!

This location seems to attract many customers. I have had nothing but good food and service from them. It is almost a mandatory stop every time I go to Anthem outlets.

Great friendly service, prompt and so tasty. Great snack to hold you over while shopping.

Their pretzels are always fresh and good - I don't mind waiting five minutes to eat my just out of the oven mini dogs

One of the best Pretzels I have ever had (not over salted). The Pretzel Dog is simply the best thing that has ever happened to a wiener. Yes it is primarily a mall chain, but a damn good snack just the same (how poetic).

Ordered one parmesan garlic and one pepperoni. They were very bland and undercooked. The dipping sauces were cold. Only good thing was the service. Kids working there are nice. Aside from that, I'm not impressed.

Matt & Jess are great! Service here is friendly and helpful. This location always has fresh pretzels and great recommendations for the products they personally love and let me know what the new products are, so I never have to choose the same thing twice.

Probably the best part of the Anthem Outlets food court. Pretty friendly and efficient workers. The mini pretzel dogs are the best! You usually have to wait for those to be made, but the pretzel dogs are even better when they are fresh and hot. I am so glad that this is an Auntie Anne's vs Wetzel's Pretzels.

decent spot, however there's a quite a wait. I went on a day where it was busy, but food wasnt really worth waiting for. One of the worser Auntie Anne's in the area.
