Food was ok mainly grossed out by the fact workers had no hat on or hair net while hair is all in their face, and no use of gloves.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Very unprofessional. These so called employees have the nerve to put a tip jar out LoL AMAZING. I spent 25 bucks for pretzels Wow 😲 couldn't even get a cup of water!¡!! What!!!!!

The manager on shift and two other employees starting ganging up on my 65yr old mom because she had a coupon and was told by corporate that she could get anything off the menu for free and the guy ask her, can you prove it? She said yes the corporate guy from St. Louis is the one that told her that and so, the so called manager on shift stated “ they have nothing to do with us”. One of the young girls standing off to the side started talking ignorant to my mom so I stepped in and yes I did say some very unkind words after now 3 employees are coming at her. They then say they’re calling security on us because we were being disrespectful. The Auntie Anne’s inside Battlefield Mall is a joke. So rude, disrespectful and just a bunch of kids that should not be in customer service. This place needs to be shut down or hire all new employees including management. This is not the first time they have verbally abused my mom but I can guarantee it will be the last. I’m not letting it go this time. I’m taking it as far up corporate as I can. This type of behavior has to be stopped.

Love eating here but the customer service sucked! Guy was rude and they didn’t have any pretzel bites like seriously. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t come back. If the dude had customer service I wouldn’t leave a bad review but he was extremely rude.

There was a young man and a woman working when we went in. He didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and the woman who was making the pretzels was coughing her head off for the whole time we were standing there. Both the pretzels and the pretzel nuggets in a cup were completely burned on the bottom. Won't be stopping there again. Very disappointed.

I was there on Monday and there wasn’t anyone else in line. But they didn’t have any product available. Had to wait 15+ minutes for anything. The tall skinny guy with the funny hair had pajama pants on totally inappropriate . When we got home (Lebanon)we found out that they were burned on the bottom. It will probably be some time before we get anything from there. At least until those guys are gone.

It says it doesn't close until 9 but I walk in at freaking 4:30 and their closed down. The aunties at the mall closed down. Aunties is apparently falling apart. They were my favorite craving but after multiple times of driving all the way across town to be disappointed I'm done. I will not be having aunties ever again. R.I.P. to what was a great place.

I am disappointed. The guys working had no idea what he was doing or where anything was and was rude like we interrupted him. Was not helpful at all. And it was cold. You could tell it had sat there most of the day. I like the idea of them paired with cinnabon but it does no good if you serve cold hard food and have ill-mannered staff.
