I needed a cozy place to relax, and this spa was perfect. After the massage, all my fatigue disappeared. My shoulders and neck were especially sore, but now I feel like I can go on for a few more weeks. haha.... Thank you for always relieving my stress! Went for Valentine's 2025 to treat my girlfriend receptionist asked for a tip before any service was even given the spa itself looks super sketchy the massage was horrific for $300 also paid for the crystal package there were no fruits or champagne the refreshments were a full sized water bottle and a mini water and they also tried to take the sheet off of me while i was naked I voiced that i was unsatisfied with the service and the receptionist and masseuses gathered in a group to still suggest I give a tip 0/10 experience would never recommend unless you're having a bad day and want to make it worse also the 5 star reviews are bots

one star for the friendly receptionist. the massage was not relaxing and felt rushed, my preferences were totally ignored and movements so hectic! the masseuse followed me to the reception after the massage making sure I‘d leave a tip but I really didn‘t want to, paid 130 for the worst massage! so she starts commenting on the brands I was wearing, when I decided to leave 15$ tip, she said I was cheap and should give 25!!! I would have, if she wasn‘t rude and actually did a good massage. even the receptionist felt embarassed and apologized for the masseuse who just left without a comment. Eventually cancelled my tip. just don‘t waste your money and time here!
