Manager Mr Kuno has served me in a really good manner. Also the showroom was big and wide, it also has downstair which has more clothes. Some people whining that staffs were unfriendly, but it actually not. Planning to shop again for 26ss

The staff all have a super unhappy face and cold when it comes to customer service. I asked them for a size but the male staff was just talking to his colleagues and ignoring me. When it was my turn to use the fitting room, the female staff pushed me when I was about to enter the fitting room. Also the vibe in the store is snobbish and pretentious. Clothes are definitively way overpriced. Cotton and rayon materials priced like linen and cashmere. Overall I’m not impressed with their design, quality or service. Very subpar shopping experience, rarely happens in Japan.

Terrible service from the male staff. Unfriendly is putting it lightly. The brand needs to train its staff better. Very few items on display and most sizes out of stock. Better to buy online rather than wasting a trip to this shop.

Not many products are on display but still managed to get a top. The girl that helped me was really friendly.

Auralee is one of the most exciting brands in Japan at the moment, fufilling an aesthetic niche similar to Miu Miu except for men(that said their womenswear is great too). Went in here late one night to find a pink mohair sweater I saw in Isetan earlier in the week. Tragically I found out the sweater was sold out in Japan. At least I got to enjoy the shop interior with is spacious and bright.

Not even worth a visit. Probably one of the most disappointing flagship-store.

Love this designer. Great workmanship. (No need for logos because the quality speaks for itself.) The service I received was excellent. Quite possibly my new favorite designer.
