We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is well located within 5-10 minutes walk from most sights but also in a quiet area for rest and relaxation. The hotel gave us an upgraded room which was lovely. The breakfast was generally good, though we found the hot dogs to be an odd thing to include. Friendly staff and all the items one would need for a nice hotel stay provided. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Segovia!

This is a magical place, it’s so beautiful, serene and peaceful, it’s easy to envision walking into a page of Architectural Digest. The architect and designer did a fantastic job. The surroundings are amazing. We woke up to a beautiful glorious red sunrise and when we stepped out, there were hot air balloons floating in the far distance and then over head right above us. Interiors are excellent. The only drawback is the service and maintenance. 2-3 lights in the room were not working. It made the room very dark and it was difficult to see properly (ex. to find things in the suitcase, write etc). On the first day, we asked the lady at the front desk to have it fixed before leaving for the day. We returned at night, it still wasn’t fixed and we were told by the evening person that there wasn’t any internal note so the next shift knew nothing about it. Too bad he said because maintenance went there during the day to fix things and since our room wasn’t in the list, there was nothing done. Wait for tomorrow, he said. The next day, we got back in the evening again, still the lights weren’t fixed. The evening shift guy said he would bring a lamp over. It took a little more than 2 hours to bring a lamp to our room. That was our last night. 3 days 2 nights. It’s disappointing that for a place as beautiful as this, the service is so lacking. The service doesn’t do justice to the beauty of this place. Unfortunately. It wasn’t a cheap place either so the expectations are higher for something as simple as ensuring all the lights in the room are working. Location wise, it was off the beaten track, about 20 minutes from the centre, walking. Not bad. Worth the view.

I took one ⭐️ off for rooms since the room we stayed had a broken body wash container. But generally it was good. We enjoyed the view of the hotel and it’s convenient to visit any places in the town from there. One more tip: parking is free but is hard to find the entrance. It’s better if you call the front desk to let them give you instructions.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous bath, the staff (especially Sergio) were lovely and accommodating. When we arrived we had two single beds instead of a double, but they kindly remade it into a double for us immediately. The view out the window was also beautiful and the location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. Will be recommending to friends. The only negative was the breakfast, quite expensive for what you get. For ordering you can basically only get eggs. Great if you love eggs but not so much if you don’t 😂 but still lovely.

Everything from check in to checkout was perfect. The room, the fabulous breakfast, the equipments, the personnel, the price, the location, absolutely nothing to complain about. I loved this hotel. Will definitely choose it again and would recommend it 100%

What a delightful find. Perfectly located to tour Segovia as it’s a short walk to everything. Rooms are excellent and the convent has been beautifully renovated. Only downside was that the pool is only available through a spa package which we must have missed when booking. Parking is an additional fee but worth it as is under the hotel. Highly recommend

Gorgeous hotel with cool history. Huge lobby and hotel is in a good location. No negatives to deduct any stars. Exactly as advertised. Only thing I would say as a tip is that the roads surrounding it are confusing to navigate in a rental car especially as an American used to larger roads.

The hotel falls well short of 5-star standard The reception staff are not friendly nor informative. The breakfast was ok with nothing special. In particular the room (401) they gave us in the first nite was not consistent with the pictures at the website. The bathroom dirty and so smelly and the room was not properly cleaned After our complaints they move us to a better room (102) with admission that the room we booked (deluxe queen,) was occupied by other guests. Not a good experience with 5 star hotel
