We had a great experience and thanks for all staff. We went to one year old baby and it was very easy to go Alhambra. Thanks to staff we were very comfortable with our baby. We will come back soon.

This is the room I regret after booked. The location is next to the Alhambra Palace where is up to the maintain. It’s not convenience to go to city area. The room is very dirty and squash. When we first step in the room is smelly, so we have to ask to get air refresher from the hotel. The most disaster is the safe and toilet. The safe is made by plastic, even the kid can take it. So, it’s ideally designed for the thief. The toilet is sit at the corner that you will only can open one leg and the other leg against to the wall.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The service, especially from Maria, Cristina, Ricki, and another helpful gentleman whose name I didn't catch, made us feel completely at home. Our room was new, clean, and spacious, providing a peaceful retreat. Just a short 5-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace, the location is ideal. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and serene environment!

It was fantastic experience being at this hotel with epic view to alhambra palace . The rooms are clean and wide. So thankful to Ricky and Markeen for providing best service and helping us during our stay 🤍and sorry if i write your names wrong 🙏🏻 and also fo Zainab with her beautiful smile ✨ note the smells of the room and lobby is fantastic I wish I can have the name of what is it .. Superb hotel. Perfectly located for visiting the Alhambra. Modern, stylish, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Nice to find coffee making facilities and a kettle in the room. Reception could not have been more helpful. And the car valet parking service (from a small lay-by almost opposite the entrance) was the icing on the cake! A first class experience and we would definitely return.

My father and I stayed here for one night. From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service from the hotel staff (Ricky, Marina, and Aiona). We had a great experience and it was very convenient to access the Alhambra from the hotel. The breakfast was great. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here in January 2024 I. Room 108, a suite. The room was quite comfortable, with a good bed in the bedroom and a separate living room. There were two balconies with the view on the walls on Alhambra. The room was well soundproofed as the hotel stands right on the main road and the traffic is right below. But it was not noisy. The living room had the tea and coffee machine. The closet was good but a bit tricky with sliding doors and inside lights. The bathroom was decent, there was a bathtub but it was very narrow and difficult to get out. It was a real disappointment. The breakfast was OK, nothing special and the atmosphere unpleasant, guests talking loudly and on their phones, ignoring others. There is no parking even for unloading the car, it's a bit further but they help with the bags and valet parking (for a fee). Overall a good hotel in an unbeatable location. We rested well there and it was easy to walk to Alhambra.

The good news: location is perfect for Alhambra and the shuttle to the center frequent. For a 5 star Hotel a lot of the rest is mediocre. In random order.. The restaurant serves uninspired dishes with paper napkins, no bath robe in the room, you have to walk outside to access the spa, carpet in the corridor needs to be changed, sinks are minuscule, the tv shuts down after a while and loses the channel you are watching and…. overnight water was seeping in through the upper floor into the bathroom… none of this is acceptable in a Hotel that charges north of 300€ a night. The manager has offered a 10% discount on the next stay.. will certainly not be back there.
