I moved in a couple of months ago and wanted to express the positive experience I've had. I love the amenities, especially the beautiful resort style pool setting and the observation areas within the community of Symphony Park. The staff has been very helpful and always accommodating with my endless Amazon deliveries. A big thanks to Auric for a great experience. :)

I’ve lived at Auric now Going on 4 years and I absolutely LOVE it here. The Management team goes ABOVE and BEYOND for me and the property was exactly what I needed after a hard Divorce. I’m great friends with all my neighbors to the point we can show up at each other’s doors and ask to borrow sugar or anything else. The social events are always fun and anytime I’ve have an issue, because we all know after time appliances or whatever get damaged or worn out, but maintenance is always very timely and helpful. I can’t say enough amazing things about Auric And plan on staying in my unit or moving to the new high-rise tower Once it’s open. Downtown Las Vegas living is where it’s at And I’m so happy to call Auric Symphony Park home. Xoxo Jay

I wouldn’t live anywhere else in Las Vegas. The community is safe, friendly, and beautiful. The property management staff is the best of any apartment I’ve ever lived in. Christina, Juana, and Mel have gone out of their way to help insure the place runs smoothly. I’ve lived in 3 separate units since choosing this apartment and it’s always made easy by these three. 6 stars. 🌟

I just had to post as a perspective tenant. I just saw a post from the community saying that even though the tenant had issues, And has repeatedly complained about them due to a health issue, they were required to give two months notice and pay a penalty? Oh heck, no! That’s against the law! If things are not addressed by a community over and over, the tenant has a right to dissolve that lease with no penalty. If your landlord does not provide habitable housing under local and state housing codes, a court would probably conclude that you have been "constructively evicted." This means that the landlord, by supplying unlivable housing, has for all practical purposes "evicted" you, so you have no further responsibility for the rent. Nevada law sets specific requirements for the procedures you must follow before moving out because of a major repair problem. (Nev. Rev. Stat. §§ 118A.360, 118A.380, and 118A.490.) this alone, freaks me out enough to not move here. I do like the no smoking on the balcony policy though — but the owner’s responses to some of these reviews are really pathetic

Where do I even begin??? :) My experience from the Very beginning has been absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! From inquiring about the property, potential units, amenities to general knowledge about the new Up & Coming Symphony Park neighborhood, my journey with Auric has been on another level. Having lived in the Las Vegas area on & off for Twenty plus years, I have lived and rented and Many different properties. I have Never experienced this Extraordinary Level of customer service. LIGHT YEARS above and Beyond the rest. From the very first contact Courtney Marie has guided me on my journey from simple inquirer to future resident. Starting with offering Every possible floor plan & unit location that Best suited my lifestyle and needs, there were So Many options to choose from. The next step in our journey together was their Hard Hat Tour, unlike anything I have ever experienced in the Las Vegas rental market. I was able to see the property go from bare bones and transform into the Lively & Vibrant community that I will Soon to call Home. Courtney was there to keep me up to date and excited Every step of the way! The Management / Leasing team that she has assembled to keep a watchful eye over the community are also Stellar in Every Way! Cristina, Andrew and the rest of the team that I have met so far are ALL ROCKSTARS!!! I Cannot say Enough Kind words to describe how Phenomenal this entire experience has been from start to finish. I Can’t WAIT to call Auric Symphony Park my New Home! :)

I'm writing this review to help future renters avoid the multitude of issues I have encountered at Auric Symphony Park. Since moving into Auric on February 27, 2025, my experience has been marred by mismanagement, neglect, and outright deceit from the management staff, especially Juana Jimenez. The core of my grievances stems from a non-functional bathtub, crucial for my medical conditions, which remains unrepaired despite my repeated requests. This problem is exacerbated by constant construction noise and the complete absence of cell phone reception. Reliable WiFi is not a luxury here but a necessity for basic communication, restricted to use within personal apartments due to zero reception outdoors. Juana Jimenez has consistently responded to these critical issues with rudeness and deceit, proving unhelpful and dismissive. The lack of professionalism from the management starkly contradicts the shiny facade presented by Auric Symphony Park’s marketing. Additionally, those considering breaking their lease due to these unresolved issues face a punitive policy—requiring four months' rent—even when faults by the complex justify a resident's departure. I have already given a written notice demanding repairs, as per Nevada law. Despite my willingness to compromise and continue issuing rent into an escrow account until the necessary repairs are made, there has been little response. I am also in the process of contacting the Nevada Department of Health & Human Services to report this situation and exploring the initiation of a lawsuit due to the severe impact on my quality of life. Furthermore, I am reaching out to other residents to confirm whether this issue is widespread across the complex. I strongly advise anyone considering a tenancy at Auric Symphony Park to reconsider. The management's blatant disregard for tenant welfare and the problematic living conditions should serve as a stark warning. If you value a responsive management team and a peaceful living environment, you would be well-advised to look elsewhere.

Wow! This place is awesome! Finest community in the market. Sizeable units, a resort-style pool, yoga classes, monthly "yappy hours," an on-site restaurant coming soon - what more could you want?

Yelp
I renewed my lease for another 14 months. Absolutely love it here. Friendliest staff, with world class amenities offered: two inclusive community lounges (one with a panoramic view of Las Vegas, remote workspaces, a high tech gym, beautiful outdoor pool and sauna with cabanas, a dog park, free workout classes, free coffee and non-alcoholic beverages, and weekly Friday donut day! A monthly catered community brunch and occasional social activities. Superb location with access to Hwys 95 and 215. Gated parking. Dog-friendly. If you can afford it, this is the spot!

Yelp
Went along with my sister to see a couple of Apartments at Auric.. I was truly impressed with the staff's customer service and their communication, and the complex itself! So much so that I actually want to move in myself... !! The complex is absolutely stunning and looks well maintained. The entire staff seemed very friendly and the lady who helped us was very charming, knowledgeable and professional. So far Auric seems to really live up to Luxury Living, as advertised.

Yelp
If you want to pay over $2,200 for a "luxury" apartment just to have thin walls and hear your upstairs neighbors screaming from the top of their lungs and can hear all their conversations at night from your bedroom, have cracks and paint falling off on the hallway walls and dirty carpet, sit on dirty and sun burned cabana and pool chairs, and have your guests pay for parking, this is the perfect place for you!

Yelp
Overall, I had a negative experience living here. On the plus side, the apartment community is new and the unit itself was spacious and comfortable. The community is for the most part, clean. The location is also very central and easy to get around the Las Vegas area. However, the negatives far outweighed the positives. First of all security. Some of the community common areas are completely open to the public on the ground floor, which is a huge concern. The garage is gated, however, anyone can walk past the gate on the ground floor and the gates were constantly broken. I had an extremely uncomfortable interaction with a homeless person on the property at 5AM....for that reason alone, I would not sign a lease here. Secondly, the service. Most of the front desk/concierge staff is completely clueless and doesn't solve problems or even know how to communicate. The budling is set up with a texting system and you're lucky to get a response or any type of follow up. For the prices you're paying here, this should be perfect. Management was always very reactive. Third, the prices. Mandatory fees galore....and for services/social events you may not even use. Really insulting how much they charge....definitely not worth it. Lastly, is the immediate location. Although the location is central to Las Vegas, there is not much within walking distance. No restaurants in 2+ years on the ground floor and I wouldn't dare walk thru the underpasses to downtown...full of homeless. The outlet mall is a few blocks away and is walkable in cooler months. There is also construction going on next door to the property for the next 1-2 years which will make your life a living hell. Due to the extremely poor service of this community, the excessive prices/fees, the lack of security and endless construction, I would recommend not renting here.

Yelp
The team at Auric goes above and beyond. They are always so nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and amenities are better than any other property in Las Vegas.

Yelp
cannot sit on these dirty chairs. they've been filthy for a long time. No plans to fix it. Too ghetto to keep the furniture clean for residents. rent is high but they dont care about what it looks like. gross pool. Dirty place.

Linda F.

Yelp
Yikes...beware the move out. It appears although they keep $300 pet deposit and also intend to keep the other $500 security deposit. You simply will get nothing back they will ask for more. I was a 25 month resident. My $500 deposit was kept and asking for $522 more. If you consider this affordable next you move, this is your place :) $169 was legitimate as my dog ate the blinds. But they chose to paint and carpet on my dime at very high rates (over $800 for carpet), plus blinds by dog ate, and charged me $125 to clean although I cleaned and some is wear and tear is cost of being in business. I am not the only one...see other reviews that had the same experience. When you move in, they know they will not be returning that security deposit and will ask for more at the end so they can make their normal and customary improvements.

Yelp
Do not move here, maintenance enters without permission, leasing will give anyone your personal information to include your door code. LADIES BE CAREFUL ... apartments are poorly built. Parking fee is 150 but the gates are always broken. Not worth the cost .

Yelp
I wish I had a single nice thing to say about this place, but I sadly cannot. My favorite part was leaving after touring.

Yelp
Do not move here! This place is absolutely beautiful but the floors/ceilings are thin! I can hear every step my neighbor above makes loudly. Also, he/she/they plays their music EXTREMELY loud often. I've contacted the leasing office SEVERAL times about this problem. I was told by the leasing manager Don that it was normal & everyone has the right to enjoy their apartment. I'm assuming that excludes me. I've been waken up SEVERAL mornings or at 8 ish or not able to sleep at night because quiet hours 10pm- 7am so at 7:01am you can start blasting music. They have not respected those "quiet hours" on several occasions. I'm not new to living in this type of apartment building and I've NEVER had an issue with noise in other places I've lived. I really wish I could leave some videos. It's not peaceful living here at all! For the price it's definitely not worth it.

Yelp
I've had several problems in the year I lived here, toilet backed up several times, dishwasher broken over a month, the elevator near my apt was down a few times, living next to a freight train isn't fun either. The most disturbing and dangerous thing was someone from the staff walked into my apartment unannounced with no notice. I was home in my underwear. She was fortunate I didn't shoot her as an intruder.I will not only not renew my lease but I regret ever living here.

Christina Z.

Yelp
Not worth the price what's so ever. Seems like it was perfect when I first arrived now it's just getting horrible. Elevators smell like urine half the time, always people running in halls loud, and disrespectful staff. Just not what I expected from Auric.

Yelp
NO PRIVACY OR RESPECT!!! Maintenance entered my apartment without my permission after they've been informed the first week I moved in several months ago not do to so unless I'm home. He completed ignored the work order given to him from the conceirge showing what work needed to be done but did not say PERMISSION TO ENTER!! He knocked on my door and I was not home and my music was playing in my place. He came into my apartment anyway which was caught on my ring camera!!!! I could've been in the bathroom and didn't hear the knock!! I would have walked out and saw a man in my apartment!!!! Very scary as a single woman living in Las Vegas with health issues and I'm fearful of someone blatantly ignoring and disrespecting my privacy. This is already the second incident with the same maintenance man after he pointed in face and chastised me over my carpet being cleaned after my toilet overflowed the first week which the cleaning had already been scheduled by management. This was done in front of the assistant manager which she then asked him to leave my apartment. Am I even safe here? Why does it feel like he is out to do something to me?? I asked to speak to the owner and the manager and still NOTHING!!!!!

Yelp
Wow! Where do I begin! I have lived in Las Vegas for many-many years and never knew there could be a Luxury Apartment Home community such as this one AND located downtown. A TRUE HIDDEN GEM! The staff and management at Auric Symphony are absolutely AMAZING, professional, and super helpful! They make you feel like family. They know everyone by name and that speaks volumes. To begin, I called Auric Symphony Park to inquire about the units. Instantly I felt calmed and reassured by the representatives welcoming tone and information that he provided to me. We all know, for some of us, when looking for a new home it can be stressful and tedious. Before I ended the call, my interest in Auric Symphony was 10x greater which prompted me to schedule a tour! When I arrived for my scheduled tour, the representative was ready for me. The concierge offered me coffee from the lobby's coffee machine (which makes specialty coffee of your choice), tea, water, or a soft drink. The lobby itself was so beautiful. I felt like I was at a resort. It was just an overall great feeling. Everything was immaculate! They have several bar/lounge areas inside the club house that provides space for you to relax outside of your apartment. They also have a large patio area if you just want to relax, read a book, have a drink, or just enjoy some fresh air. They have an enclosed bike rack/repair area, doggy park (super clean and kept up), a beautiful pool with cabanas and additional tanning areas, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, big screen TV's in the pool area, fully equipped gym, enclosed-secured mailroom, a lounge that oversees Southern downtown and the Smiths Center, which is a beautiful addition to the scenery. You can also rent the lounge for small intimate gatherings, or even for a fun night of karaoke! They have a deck with games like oversized Jenga, cornhole, and extra space for you to enjoy your own specialty games, as well as a nice cozy firepit! Inside of the lobby area they have big screen TV's and a few conference rooms as well. They also provide a calendar with free on property community events for Auric residents to enjoy! The apartment itself....omg it just feels so good inside. Marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove WITH A GRIDDLE, industrial sink, front load washer and dryer, walk in closet, celling fans in each room, a spacious shower or tub, and the bathrooms come with a super huge mirror. I know all of these amenities can be seen online, but I am a witness that online doe this place little justice. YOU MUST SEE IT IN PERSON! They will schedule a tour with you, take their time showing you all the amenities, and answer all your questions. Everyone at Auric Symphony Park was so warm and welcoming. I mean everyone- the staff, the residents, even the residents' pets were well mannered! If you're looking for an upscale, diverse, but subtle community- this is it! I made the move and 100% happy and excited about my new Empty Nester life ahead of me here at Auric Symphony Park!
