Aurora Italiana

I just want to start by saying that the ambience is an absolute dream. You can really tell that they put so much effort into all of the decor- I immediately felt like I was stepping into Amalfi. I really enjoyed the colorful accents from the plates to the lemon trees, along with the modern flair. Our server was attentive, but I did feel that we missed a couple marks for a fine dining restaurant. While serving our bottle of wine, she broke the cork and did not offer to get a new bottle. Also, we had a reservation at 7 and did not receive our entrées until 9. We did have the calamari appetizer and bread, both being delicious, but I felt that we weren't compensated for having to wait so long for dinner. The chicken Parmesan and filet were very good. I asked for my filet to be medium rare and I it was closer to medium, but it was tender. I felt that for a place like this, they should have asked me to cut into it when serving. We shared the pasta carbone which was definitely spicy as advertised, but good. I love that they make the pasta in house and I'd want to try a different pasta dish next time. The tiramisu and chocolate cake were rich and delicious. Overall, for the 45 minute drive to get here, the ambience is the biggest highlight. The food was good- I would not say it's my favorite for Italian food specifically and for the price point the service should have been a little more authentic for the upscale atmosphere.

I wanted to treat myself after a long day of work and was craving Italian. So I looked up good Italian restaurants near the area, saw this place drove to it and just walked in. And WOW… what an amazing service! For a one person walk in, I was seated right away. My server was Kayla W and she did a fantastic job at recommending certain foods, I wasn’t sure what I specifically wanted and simply explained that I wanted something a bit spicy and a tomato base alongside some appetizers. She recommended me the Arancini Primavera as the appetizer, Caesar salad with breaded chicken, and a small Pasta Carbone(I also ordered a Strawberry Nojito Mocktail 10/10 refresher). Let me tell you she hit every single craving I was looking for! She truly elevated the experience at the restaurant for me and made sure to check in that everything was good! All in all, from the lady that greeted me at the front and seated me, to being served and assisted by Kayla W, to the atmosphere of the restaurant, it was a FANTASTIC dining experience. Worth every dollar I spent. Thank you so much for a great experience! Definitely adding this place to my list of go-to restaurants, I do recommend getting reservations if your party is 2+ since that seemed to be the case for other parties, but if you’re a one person walk-in, you should be fine. Thank you again for such an amazing dining experience!

Upscale dining atmosphere, especially as the evening wears on. However, you could also get away with business casual, especially at the bar. Interesting, colorful coastal/Mediterranean decor. Some of the best pasta I've had in the area. All of our meals tasted fresh, healthy, and flavorful. Highly recommend ordering a few dishes and sharing 😊 There is valet parking available, or a regular lot.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marie at Aurora seriously went above and beyond for my son’s birthday! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcomed and took care of everything with such care and detail. The service we received was top-notch — she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly the entire time. My son had the BEST time, and honestly, so did we. She really helped make the whole day feel extra special and memorable. Can’t thank her enough! Highly recommend asking for Marie if you want your experience to be amazing.

Top tier restaurant. This location has had a turnaround of so many restaurants and it finally seems like a good one has landed. The Aurora team has CLEARLY been trained very well and I was super impressed by all the staff, especially Nick. I came in with my family this past Sunday evening and was very happy to have had this first ever experience here. Nick was quick, witty, and all around an excellent person to have on the wait staff. He accommodated all requests and was brutally honest about any questions we had, which was appreciated. The food was very good. What stood out to me was the Caesar salad, the New York strip, and the corn believe it or not lol. Highly recommended to come here. Dress nice.

Music was too loud ppl were louder to talk over the music, our host was only there to take orders, after food came he was no where to be found we had to scream a couple of time to get his attention. They have halal options but for a fine dining it was lacking customer service. I enjoyed my food which was great but price did not justify the whole experience.

The overall experience was lovely. The overall ambience was upscale, inviting, and relaxing. The music was nice and relaxing, I appreciated it was not too loud. The decor was also lovely. They had some nice pieces and art throughout. We had made reservations for a high top and were seated directly behind the host stand, and this was okay expect it was cold out and it made sitting a bit cold. This was not the restaurants fault. Our waitress was really attentive and responsive, as the night progressed she was more scarce. This was okay because the secondary staff were also really helpful and prompt. We tried two mocktails. The strawberry mojito was okay. A bit sour for my taste but the blueberry spritz was amazing! Both tasted fresh. The bread and flavored oil was a wonderful way to greet diners. It was delicious. We started with Arancini. Loved the size, sauce it was served with, and the coating of the balls. For dinner we ordered Rigatoni Al Bosco. The pasta was perfectly Al dente which I appreciated, and the sauce was nice. I wish the steak in the pasta had a better sear on it. It was nice and tender though. My boyfriend ordered the Branzino, which is really enjoyed. It’s served with a side of veggies which is mostly sautéd bell peppers. We also ordered Fries. Those were awesome for fries. Thin, crispy, and served with a nice aïoli. For desert we ordered the tiramisu, which was classic and nice. Exactly what you should expect. No complaints. And the orange crème brûlée was also well made and had a lovely orange flavor. It was a nice twist on a classic.

Great experience for a group of 8’s first time. Celebrated a 30th birthday. The service was great, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was elegant. Pizza, house made pastas & the Caesar salad which was prepared table side was DELICIOUS!!! Abdul was so friendly with some entertainment too.

Such a great experience at Aurora! The service is always great and our server tonight really was so sweet. We were celebrating a few things and she brought out tiramisu and candles for us. We ordered: Calamari Aranchini Carbone Pasta Steak Tip Pasta Brussel Sprouts Picante Drink Everything was delicious! Highly recommend for your next night out in the area!

My husband and I came to Aurora for his birthday dinner! I've enjoyed a number of Italian restaurants in Chicago and so far this is the closest that I've come to that in Michigan. At the end of the night they kindly served a free dessert with sparklers and sang for us! It was so sweet of them! Here's my thoughts: - Service - waiters and staff were checking in on us and the waitress kindly cleaned the table in between. - Free app: bread and oil - very fresh and delicious bread. Loved the mix of cheese and herbs in the oil. Not dry at all! - Speciality Stawberry salad with Rasberry vingarette - super fresh salad with fresh fruit. Vinagarette tasted like they just made it and it has fresh goat cheese that tasted so good. I don't love salads but I could eat this every day. - Mango mocktail - good balance of sweet and tangy. A little kick from the peppers -Strawberry mocktail - both were nice and sweet and tangy. You could tell the fruit was freshly squeezed and not a syrup - Pollo Parmigiana - was good but not as special as the other items on the menu. The tomato sauce tasted kind of bland. Wouldn't recommend getting it! The chicken was halal in this dish. - Rigatoni Bosco - this dish was phenomenal!!! The tenderloin tips were cooked to perfection, right amount of tenderness and flavor. The sauce had so much flavor that I could not stop myself from eating it. Would come back to Aurora for just this! The tenderloin tips were halal. - Torta Capri - a delicious soft cake with the right amount of sweetness and pistachio combination.

This was a lovely experience from top to bottom. Very fun decorations throughout. We were seated after a short wait and service was lovely throughout. Nice warm bread to welcome us, which was delish, and we got the arancini starter, which was also great. I went for the lamb shank for my main, which was fall off the bone tender and had a lovely bed of risotto. We went with the torta capri for dessert, which was a pistachio and ricotta cream sponge cake. Everything was great throughout our meal. Nice cocktail list, good wine list. Great service. Highly recommend!

I really like this relatively new Italian Restaraunt. The service was personable and warm. The food has been great so far. The last time I got the lamb shank and it' was so soft, moist and seasoned very well - not gamy. The vibe is upbeat, dress to impress, with a slight step down (minus DTI). They have a really cool bar area and a nice semi-private dazzling dining area that serves around 20 people. The rest of the Restaraunt is very pretty. They have entertainment on some nights, I will call to find out when.

So glad to have a nice place to dine with great service and food in the area. We sat in the bar area and our bartender/server was so welcoming. Drinks were great and the filet was one of the best I had.

I brought my fiancé here for his birthday, and we had a great time. From the valet, to the service, to the food, everything here was great. I had pasta which was perfectly spicy, and my fiancé had the steak. On top of everything, the decor was also super cute. We loved our experience here, so we will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was just ok, the food was just ok and the kitchen forgot one of our dishes. Most of the food had a very similar taste. Our steak was under cooked asked for medium rare and they brought out close to rare. Likely won't be back. Pretty disappointing , we expected more from a place like this.

Delicious! The restaurant is decorated beautifully, it makes you feel as if you aren't in Michigan lol. Service was pleasant, the bartender was great and made an amazing Mocktail. We named it "Turn The Paige" (since her name was Paige lol) We ordered the Arancini Balls for the Appetizer and I had Cacio E Pepe which was Delicious! Creamy and Cheesy with homemade pasta, I will be back for this for sure

I've been to several other restaurants that have been in this building, but I didn't even realize this latest iteration existed until a recent Yelp search. The inside is beautifully decorated, but we opted for an outside table.The outdoor seating area is quite nice - it is shaded (which was helpful on a very warm day) and secluded from the road. This may seem like an odd thing to comment on, but the chairs in the outdoor area were probably the most comfortable outdoor seating I can recall! Our server, Mohammad, was an absolute delight! He was friendly, efficient and had a great sense of humor - he made our experience very enjoyable! We started our meal with the Arancini, which was delicious. This was followed by the tableside Caesar Salad. I haven't seen this anywhere else and it was a fun experience. Abdul was very friendly and the dressing he created was amazing! For my entree, I had the Lobster Ravioli special. The sauce was basically lobster bisque and was out of this world! I look forward to going back and sampling some of the other delicious items on the menu!

Beautifully designed restaurant, great food, and excellent service! I love all of the trees and lights that make the space. Our waiter was very attentive, kind, and went above and beyond with service to make sure we had a great dinner. We had the table side Caesar and it was truly the best Caesar salad I've ever had. Chef Giuseppe is the heart of the restaurant and our dining experience would not have been the same without him! It was our first time trying anchovies in Caesar salad which was an excellent complement and it was Chef Giuseppe's expertise who recommended that a Caesar salad is not really a Caesar salad without anchovies! He crushed them up finely, and he walked us through step by step as he made the salad with so much kindness and laughter! I can't wait to come back and see Chef Giuseppe again! For pastas, we tried the truffle risotto, pasta carbone, and spicy rigatoni. All were delicious with generous portion sizes that were great for sharing. My favorite was the truffle risotto. The combination of flavors was unreal and it is an absolute must try for those who love truffle! Pasta carbone is a classic for pasta lovers, and the spicy rigatoni had a hearty meat sauce. For dessert, we had the tiramisu which was so delicious and creamy. It was layered to perfection and had a nice amount of cocoa on top. Overall I loved this restaurant and I can't wait to come back!

The food was exceptional and the bread was awesome with their dipping oil. Both the food and wine list are priced higher than they should be even with the high quality food. I recommend you take your own bottle of wine and pay the $30 corkage charge. I thought the mixed drinks were reasonably priced. The manager provided our wine service. Both he and the host were great; our server wasn't at the top of her game, but met our needs. If someone in our group wants to dine at Aurora gain, I will go and enjoy the experience. I really enjoyed the design and decor of the restaurant. If you are considering Aurora, I recommend you look at the menu online to make sure you'll be comfortable with the pricing. If you see items you like, I am positive you will enjoy them.

Our first experience at Aurora was something special. Celebrating a birthday, the food was plentiful, service very attentive by our server and the manager stopping by to check in. The calamari appetizer perfectly large to share with the table, and our Pollo Limone, delicious and lemony; Whitefish Siciliano served with vegetables so good. A birthday surprise dessert the perfect ending. We arrived at 6, and as the evening went on, there was an energetic vibe, with the dining room and bar full by the time we departed with patrons waiting to get in. We'll be back!

This is such a cute and delicious spot! This area of Michigan doesn't have too many restaurants like this so I was really excited to try it out after I heard it opened. The decor is so pretty. They have a lot of different seating options from high top, bar, smaller tables and large ones for parties. Everything was really clean also. The staff was very helpful and nice! Attentive but not coming around too much. They were helpful choosing options to eat and letting us know which ones are favorites to other customers. The food was so good! We had the carpaccio appetizer, the meat was so fresh and thinly slices with this delicious sauce on top and arugula. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked and had a great taste, not too gamey at all. The mixed seafood pasta was fresh and the sauce was a little spicy too. Everything tasted so good! I can't remember which drinks we had but they were such a nice presentation and tasted great also. For dessert we had the tiramisu, it was the perfect balance of espresso and sweet. Check this place out!

Our experience was awesome! We had chef Abdul do a table side Caesar salad and he made the experience so much fun! He sang and danced with us for my friend's birthday. The food was great and he came back out and sang happy birthday and just rocked with us. Great experience

Had such an amazing time here. Two of us Walked in at 5 pm on a Saturday and were sat at a high top immediately. The atmosphere here is so romantic and beautiful! I was in awe looking at the graphics on the wall. Our server and his assistant were very friendly, and attentive. They seemed to work well together. We got an espresso martini, Negroni, and I got a red wine. The truffle risotto was amazing! The truffles and mushrooms paired so well with each other. I also got the Aurora salad which was delicious. I could have even used a bit more lemon juice in my salad dressing but otherwise great. My boyfriend enjoyed the chicken parm and we also got corn to split. When we got our check we found out it was happy hour! They have it everyday from 4-6! Which is great for a nice place like this. Next time I will check out the food items they have for the special. I would 100% recommend coming here. Get a drink and a meal for a discount and experience this place!

Food was good - but what a clown show for getting seated for a table. Nearly an hour after initial reservation. Generally loud atmosphere and slow service.

I went to Aurora for a bridal party/shower and it was great. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Service was great! The restaurant itself was beautiful. The food was really good and portions were on the larger side. We decided to split a few apps and a three entrees and it was plenty for six of us. The meatballs were delicious. The arancini were good - not too fried. Burrata was great, served with crostinis, tomatoes, and pesto - had a really fresh taste! The Caesar salad was fantastic! Loved the experience of having it made table-side! The entrees were all good but the stand out was the pasta carbone - everyone loved it (although some thought it had some heat to it). Will definitely be coming back!

Really beautiful restaurant and good food too! A little on the pricier side but standard for this area. We really enjoyed the tableside caesar salad which has a lemony flavor in the dressing that is different but tasty. For dinner I had the frutte de mare (squid ink pasta with seafood) and it was good. It had a generous amount of seafood in it but definitely needed some more spice or something. Adding Parmesan to it didn't make it that much more flavorful but I did enjoy it. Our server was really nice and efficient even on a busy night.

Food was very good. But I have to say that I was quite shocked when I received our bill and we were charged $2.00 per cocktail for ice. Not Cool at all. Plenty of other great restaurants in Metro Detroit that I'd rather dine at that don't "nickel and dime" you.

I was happy to try this restaurant in West Bloomfield. I will say getting into the restaurant was difficult as it was very busy and cars were lined up on Orchard Lake Road trying to get in. When I walked in the three hostesses that were standing made no eye contact or acknowledged that I walked in the door, which I thought was somewhat rude. Our waitress was great once we sat down. They were very accommodating to our group of nine people. Giuseppe came out and made our Caesar salad and he was a joy. The gnocchi was delicious and so fresh. The Restaurant was an enjoyable experience overall.

Wow! I have been wanting to try this restaurant for sometime and let me say, when we finally did, it was awesome! Starting off with the table side Caesar salad.. I have never had such a gourmet salad, it was so fresh and had tons of cheese. We sat outside with a last minute reservation and it was super nice out. The server was nice and everything was great.

We had an evening with a party of four. We had a reservation and were promptly seated at a nice table with comfortable chairs. Our waitress was friendly and attentive without being stifling. She was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful in suggesting dishes. The room was a little bit loud, but otherwise the ambiance was fine. Every food and drink item was borderline exceptional. Absolutely not to be missed are the fried risotto ball appetizers. They're light but cheesy, which is a combination I can't believe is possible. Prices for dinner with drinks was under $75 per person, which is right where it ought to be for the level of experience. Bottom line: perfect for date night, and we will certainly be returning.

Our first time at Aurora was excellent. We were looking for a new restaurant for dinner, and chose Aurora based on the high reviews. It did not disappoint! The inside is beautiful, the food is phenomenal, and the service was absolutely amazing. Our server Niko went above and beyond for us, and based on that alone I will be returning. Aurora offers both valet and self park options. We arrived at 5 PM on a Wednesday and were able to be seated without a reservation. The restaurant did get quote crowded after we arrived, so I would recommend reserving a table ahead of time. First, I was pleasantly surprised that they offered multiple mocktails and at a reasonable price. I ordered the mango mocktail which had hot peppers in it. It tasted great, but definitely got spicier the longer it sat. Next time I would definitely try the blueberry cocktail. When we were seated we were given warm bread with a side of olive oil. They added grated cheese in with the olive oil which was also a nice touch. For our appetizer we ordered the Arancini Primavera. The breading was not too thick, and the sauce it was served with was very flavorful. One order came with 3 pieces, and I could have eaten 2 orders easily. For the salad we had the Aurora salad. Good overall, loved the roasted peppers in it. We couldn't detect a strong lemon flavor in the lemon vinaigrette. Most tables were ordering the table side Caesar, which I think we would get next time instead. For our main dishes we ordered the Truffle Risotto and the Salmone Capri plus a side order of the Crispy Yukon Potatoes. The Truffle Risotto was AMAZING. Would absolutely order again. As someone who is not a huge fan of mushrooms, I still loved it. When I ordered my salmon I made the mistake of ordering it medium well instead of medium. When Niko noticed I wasn't a fan of my dish he immediately took it back and brought me another cooked medium. The salmon was very good, but I personally was not a fan of the citrus sauce that it was in. The green beans that came with it were nicely cooked and had a good amount of garlic. We did have to wait for the Crispy Yukon potatoes but it was worth it! The Truffle salt on top took them to the next level. For dessert we had the Tiramisu and the Chocolate Temptation. We would absolutely order both again. The Tiramisu was so light and fluffy, and also not overly sweet. The Chocolate Temptation was definitely a lot sweeter, but the flavors were great. We finished everything off with a cappuccino. The meal was as paced very nicely and we did not feel like we were being rushed at all. As someone who historically does not choose Italian food over other types of cuisines, Aurora absolutely changed my mind. Everyone was immediately welcoming, and Niko went above and beyond for us. I would absolutely recommend!

Stoli has done it again! The best Italian in the region. Super modern decor with an eclectic crowd of beautiful people. Food makes you think you're in Tuscany, service that pampers you and attends to your every need.... with a smile! Right out of Lifestyles of the Rich and famous right in Wedt Bloomfield. Not to be missed! We just celebrated birthdays, had a wonderful time with lot's of personal attention.

Went here on a Saturday night with my husband and a friend. My husband and I arrived earlier than our reservations so we decided to grab a drink at the bar while they prepared our table. The restaurant itself is very elegant with a lively ambiance, the music was a little loud but I didn't mind it. We ordered espresso martinis which tasted great, not the best I've ever had but pretty darn close. For dinner we ordered the Caesar salad which is prepared table side, delicious. I ordered the pasta carbone which was very flavorful and had just the right amount of heat. My husband ordered the salmon which he thoroughly enjoyed. If you're looking for a new place in West Bloomfield with a lively scene and great food check this place out!

First visit to Aurora and we really enjoyed it. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were seated right away. The restaurant was packed and had a great vibe. Terrific job on remodeling and decorating....its a beautiful place. We started with the tableside Caesar...one of the best we have had. Our entrees were veal parm and the bolognese both very good. The veal was excellent quality. Tiramisu for dessert was also very good. We will definitely return. (Oh, bread was great too!)

The food was excellent. The Caesar salad prepared at the table was generous in size and delicious. Veal thin sliced, tender, and very flavorful. Other entrees for our party of five were also very good. Bread fresh and warm. Our server was very attentive and helpful. He gladly took some photos of us, gave a good Italian wine recommendation, and was friendly and personable. The ambience was nice. The chairs at our table were padded and very comfortable. Nice soft background music. There was a moderate noise level but we could hear each other fine. Overall, a five star experience.

We sat at the bar at opening on a Friday, it was me and my sisters first time and it was great. We had great service at the bar, the food was really good and came out hot and the drinks were great.

Everything is delicious, love their Caesar salad. Great staff, we were a party of 10 and still felt like the waiter catered to all of us.

Everything was wonderful here! From the welcoming valet, to the inside hostess & management... Our waitress "Kim" was very attentive, & just the sweetest! The ambiance is off the charts..I absolutely love the place.The bread & dipping oil was delicious. I had the Aurora Mediterranean salad. It was five star!!! From the ingredients to the dressing.We ordered the veal & requested artichokes and capers on it. I love that chef was open to fixing it that way. Absolutely delicious. I Can't wait to go back! The music was perfect. It was not too loud. Just a wonderful wonderful experience. So glad to have another wonderful restaurant in West Bloomfield.

First and foremost I am a huge Italian food fan so when this opened in the west Bloomfield dining corridor I was so excited! This place is definitely seeking to offer a higher end experience and the ambiance inside is really nice and well decorated. The restaurant offers valet OR self parking options which I appreciate. It is located on orchard lake just past 15 mile near La Marsa / that plaza. When we got in, it was a very busy, buzzy style environment. It is spacious and has ample outdoor seating under a covered patio I believe. The aesthetics here alone are amazing and deserve a visit. The restrooms even are pretty glamorous even though there are only 2 stalls for women (cmon). They gave us complimentary bread when we first sat down which was served with some sort of amazing spicy chili aioli I believe. It was so delicious! We also ordered table side Caesar salad to start from the Chef who was super nice and it was pretty epic to have him making our salad fresh in front of us. The salad was also delicious. For the main course I ordered the spicy rigatoni and that was amazing. The service here was really good/ everyone was nice and friendly and happy to be serving us. The cocktails were good too. I would definitely come back as the food here is truly delicious. My only complaint is it can be loud in here with the music (club type atmosphere on a Friday) and a little dim in the restaurant also.

Ambiance as cool, there was live entertainment, which was really nice and cool. I enjoyed my salad, but I wasn't crazy about my pasta. I had to add so much cheese just to make the sauce the consistency it should have been. We were there with maybe 13-14 women, none of us were really wowed by our meals. The service was good and we enjoyed our drinks though. From what I heard, this place is a hit or miss. It was a miss for me, idk if I'd come back for another chance.

Ambiance was great. They really invested a lot into making this a beautiful unique place to dine. The service was great too! I believe it was the manager who checked on us and ended up making our salad! The bread was fresh. The salad was my favorite very fresh and delicious. Fettuccine wasn't bad it just didn't have a ton of flavor so ordered a side of extra parm! There is gluten free options!

Excellent food and amazing service. Kayla, our server, was extremely attentive and she made sure we had a wonderful experience. All of the food was cooked to perfection. The vibe of the restaurant was lively. Great atmosphere. We will definitely be back again soon.

Food and portions were good, nothing too unique but everything was tasty and served hot. However, the service was very rushed, our appetizers were boxed and placed in a bag on our table before we even received our entrees. The front of the restaurant where we were seated was quite loud and hectic, I'm sure the actual dining room was a better environment to be in. Overall I would recommend for a quick bite with friends but maybe not a special occasion.

The calamari appetizer was delicious. The Caesar salad that is prepared at your table was excellent. Unfortunately the noise level was so high the waiter didn't understand what I was saying and I couldn't totally understand him either. The prices are high and the decor is beautiful.

Fantastic! Great decor inside. Wonderful outdoor seating! Fantastic service throughout! I appreciated how they were able to accommodate our party's food requests and were super attentive! Everything we ate was DELICIOUS! Every dish was amazing! Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant! I came for a special dinner with family and could see this being great for any occasion!

The decor is stunning, very cool vibe! Love Aurora, finally a 10 for a community restaurant. I walk in and am immediately greeted by smiling Ahmed, the manager. He always makes sure I'm happy with the table location...FYI, no bad tables though. I Always start with the Fritto Misto and the meatball apps which are amazing. Entrees, I've tried Almost everything as I usually go 2xs/week. Pasta carbone or strozzapreti amazing, Dover sole is a big portion, usually share & branzino both delicious. Chateaubrian tableside shared 4 is outstanding. My husband love the chicken, usually goes for the pollo paillard. Haven't tried the desserts yet as Im so full but eventually ill get there

Table side Caesar salad is a MUST, by far one of the best Caesar's I've had. The main courses were fantastic, the fish was cooked perfectly, pasta was spicy and had so much flavor. I didn't care much for the appetizers, meatballs and arancini, I probably would try something different next time. Overall great ambiance and service. Shay was not our waiter but was helping out and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided us with amazing service. Highly recommend you trying this place out!

I loved this place so much. Kid friendly and amazing staff. Cocktails and desserts were great as well.

Good food. My only complaint is they don't always have my favorite chicken dish. It's a little noisy on weekends

Went recently for a birthday dinner, the food and service were fantastic. My only complaint was that the restaurant was a little cold, consider bringing a light sweater!

Fantastic ambiance! Lovely live singer! Food was great! Even the sweet elderly man that cleared the tables was so incredibly kind and fun!!! We loved Aurora!

I found the staff, including the manager, dismissive and rude. Price may be high but class is definitely low. Although I live 5min away, because of the feedback from my friends and the staff's mannerism and attitude, this is the third time that we decided not to even bother with the place.

The aesthetics, from the website to the restaurant itself are well-executed, creating an inviting ambiance that sets the stage for a great dining experience. Pasta Carbone was excellent, mussels were fresh, and the limone chicken was also great. Reasonably priced cocktails were extra refreshing. Two standout moments of the evening that I highly recommend not missing are the tableside Caesar salad and the tableside tiramisu for dessert. They were both done to perfection. Another pleasant surprise was seeing the manager Kurt. The familiar face from other local favorites was a promising sign of a well-run establishment. It's clear that he and the team at Aurora Italiana are dedicated to providing top-notch service. This restaurant has all the ingredients for success and I can't wait to return. Bravo, Aurora Italiana, for setting a new standard in the West Bloomfield area.
