Had a PU here @10:00 according to rate. I arrived @9:30. Self check in on desk top computer, after self check in you go to window and inform them you have checked in, lady at window says we will call you when door is available. I sat till 12:00, no call for door. @14:00 I went back to shipping office, was told they have crane issues hence they delay. @15:00 trucks start moving off door, 16:00 still no call for door, I go back into shipping office give my PU # and was told I had 1 truck in front of me and would be getting a call in 30 minutes to an hours. @18:00 I see 2 trucks pull off door, and 2 trucks move to those door. @19:00 still no call, @20:00 again trucks move off doors and trucks go to those doors. I go back into shipping office and again give PU # and this time was told I was late for PU and my appointment time was for 06:00 and that they will get to me when they can and that there are currently 14 trucks ahead of me. Each time I went into shipping office there was someone different behind the window. Had the first person I spoke to upon check in would have mentioned that my PU appoint was different than what I had on the rate and I would be a work in, I would not have stayed and wasted a day there, I would have dropped the load and booked another. One star because of the lack of communication, information from this shipped.
