I just signed my lease at Aurum Apartments in Golden, and I’m genuinely impressed with both the property and the leasing experience. From the start, the team was professional, responsive, and welcoming—but I especially want to recognize Gus, who has been an absolute gem throughout the process. Gus went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule, even offering to show the property at the end of the day and staying late to finalize paperwork. His flexibility, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with modern finishes and well-maintained amenities. The location is ideal—close to downtown Golden, with easy access to trails, shops, and restaurants. It’s clear that the management team takes pride in creating a high-quality living environment. If you're looking for a place that combines convenience, style, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Aurum Apartments—and be sure to ask for Gus!

Great community. Dog friendly. I am spoiled from the surrounding walkable amenities. The storage unit facility across the street is amazingly convenient. I could walk to the gas station any time I wanted. The hotel next door attracts an interesting mix of people headed to the Red Rocks Amphitheatre down the street a short ways, along with the town of Morrison and Bear Creek Canyon ;) Its fun to watch i-70 traffic build from one of Aurum's balconies during any season. The location shaves 30 minutes off of a mountain commute compared to Denver. Highly recommend air purifiers and shower/bath filters. I appreciate the work of the new management and staff who continue to put together fun and cool events. I really liked the furniture in my furnished apartment (smoothly operated Murphy bed!), and being able to live in a furnished apartment made moving easier.

Living at Aurum is fantastic. We initially chose this location for its proximity to my workplace, but over the months we've discovered a welcoming, inclusive community where there's mutual support and camaraderie for both human and four-legged friends. I was a little intimidated by the big city of Denver, but in Aurum, I feel just far enough away from the action and safe enough, while still having access to downtown Golden and Denver and, more importantly, the mountains! If you like skiing, it's only 45 minutes to Loveland and A-Basin, 55 minutes to Winter Park and 1 hour to Eldora. If you like hiking, trail running or mountain biking, you have access to world-class trails literally from your doorstep. The size of the apartment was a concern at first but the way the units are designed, even the 3 1/2 offer ample space for comfortable living. All my visitors were equally impressed by the look of the apartment and how convenient and modern it was. The weekly events make everyday life interesting (shootout to Cesar for the elevator apero) and Morris and Mae is simply amazing (and a life saver... too often lol!). When I moved, I was still working remotely and the working room were a game changer in my work from home experience. Could not recommend more.

Excellent sales and installation support. Available at essentially all hours for assistance during the installation. Audio and video are stunning in our view and of those visiting our home

We spoke to someone called fatima to reserve 3 apartments and she assured us they will be available when we travelled down from faislabad to lahore. When we got down there a person named Hassan Who was also the owner of the apartments used threatening disgusting language in-front of the family and children the apartments were not ready and the keys were not available it was so unorganised and when questioned they got very aggressive and abusive. Avoid these apartments the one they did manage to show us was very dirty and had dirty towels on it.

Since the new management came in there are a lot of sketchy people that now live here. It doesn’t feel safe anymore with residents getting arrested or just the nuisance of the fire alarms blasting in the early hours of the morning once a month with no reason to why and no response from the management team.

Lived here for 2.5 years and were some of the first tenants. The staff was always fantastic - nice, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping resolve any issues. The location is perfect, gym is nice, and community spaces are large. Move-in and move-out were both painless and easy.

Do not move here. Loudest area right next to highway. The mines open at 4am and have trucks coming up to use the gas station here. The restaurant in the building was horrible and is now been closed with no new option. Not to mention no kitchens in the apartments just a sink and a hot plate. No real food options around. Management is strict, but do not provide the amenities they promised. The property manager lady is awful, rude and you really don’t want to have to deal with her. There’s better options with better communities around for a cheaper price. Mostly tech bros and elderly live here.
