I went to see one of my favorite artists here. She was amazing, but I didn't enjoy this venue.
The worst part is the stage. It's not high enough. When you go to see an artist perform, you want to be able to actually SEE them. I could barely see her head through the crowd. I'm 5'2". That might not be very tall but it's an average height for a woman. I feel bad for people shorter than me who definitely wouldn't have been able to see the artist on stage.
The next thing is that there's only one wall with seating available. In a room that holds hundreds of people, only about 10 people would have seating.
Thirdly, the service at the coat check is subpar. I had to check my things since I had a backpack coming straight from work. Once the show was over, it literally took 30 minutes to get out of the building. At the coat check, I gave them my tickets, they gave me my coat, but then they ignored me and passed many other people. I was standing there for 5 straight minutes trying to get their attention before they finally gave me back my backpack. I thoroughly regretted tipping them since you have to pay in advance.
