Of the 70 craft beer establishments that I have ventured to, I have yet to find a singular establishemnt that every beer is enjoyable. This is, in fact, that establishment. Well done Austin Craft Brewing. I hope to see great growth out of you.
Tasting notes:
Copper MTN: delicately malted amber lager, i get a small amount of toffee.
Cinco Loco: normally not a fan of salt and lime beers, but this one is fresh and done right.
Ragland Road: Get the CO2, not the nitro. There is so much nuance to the malt profile that you can actually taste with the CO2 version.
Medicine Bow: one of a very few winter warmers I enjoy. Some fruity notes come through on the mid pallet.
