It offers a wide-appealing drinks menu with specialty coffees, alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails, including CBD and THC-infused options. The venue features two food trucks, Dripping Springs Tender Co. and Santo Patio, and serves various foods like gluten-free pastries, prepared meals, kolaches, and ice cream. Stargazer is co-owned by Moya McIntyre and Colin McIntyre, who also run the next-door event venue Springdale Station. The cafe and bar will operate from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, with indoor and outdoor dining areas." - Nadia Chaudhury
"The locally-based cidery closed down its last remaining public tasting room in mid-October. A rep for the business told Eater that the closure happened so that the company could focus on producing ciders. It’s being turned into a new all-day cafe and bar called Stargazer, run by the co-owners of neighboring event venue Springdale Station. Austin Eastciders opened this taproom in 2017, and then the business was merged with Michigan-based Blake’s Hard Cider in November 2023." - Nadia Chaudhury
"Austin Eastciders’ Collaboratory closed at 979 Springdale Road, Suite 130 in the Govalle neighborhood on October 18. Austin Eastciders opened the Collaboratory tasting room in 2017 as a destination for people to drink its core ciders and experimental ones (hence the name)." - Nadia Chaudhury
"Local cider company Austin Eastciders created a special can design in honor of its 10th anniversary, available for its original dry cider flavor. The design was created by artist Raul Urias." - Nadia Chaudhury
"Austin Eastciders and Austin-based hot sauce company Yellowbird teamed up to create a special cider. The pineapple habanero cider is a combination of Eastciders’s popular pineapple cider with Yellowbird’s habanero hot sauce. The drink is available at Eastciders’s two tasting rooms on Barton Springs and Springdale roads right now." - Nadia Chaudhury
