This was such a great wine tasting experience. The grounds were laid out as such where each group felt secluded and having a private tasting. We were fortunate to have Karen as our wine educator. She was fantastic! I don't know if you can request her, but if so, do it. She's a pro. There are so, so many facets about making wine. It was good to hear about topography, climate, co-op sourcing, micro climates, ... And yes, bottling and labeling. We liked hearing about elephant-influenced artwork for some of the labels. It was such a delight all around. Oh, did I mention the wine? So great! I'm glad we spent part of our day here. It was the highlight of our Central Coast wine experience. Cheers!

My husband and I decided to go on our very first wine tasting trip together, as a little belated anniversary gift to each other, and ended up visiting Paso Robles for a few days. We wanted to expand our palette for different wines, but something that we have always loved is an Austin Hope Cabernet. So visiting the Austin Hope tasting cellar was a must-do on our list...and it did not disappoint! After being greeted with a delicious Rose as soon as we got out of the car, we were seated inside on a beautifully decorated loft area. Matt lead our tasting and he was incredible! We learned so much from him, enjoyed all of the wines, and just overall had a great time chatting with him! We will absolutely be back next time, and we hope to explore some more of the outdoor patio area.

All around amazing! Make reservations. They greet you with a refreshing rose as soon as you enter. All of the staff are incredibly kind. Our server was super knowledgeable and poured generously. The wines are delicious and go great with the charcuterie board. Definitely bought several bottles which they save the tasting fee for.

6 stars if I could! Maddi was a wonderful host, sharing insights about all the wines and she was super flexible, willing to go off script to suit our preferences. The 2022 Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon was amazing! Very nice first tasting of our week in Paso!

I'm partial to Austin Hope as their Cab is one of our favorite wines. We got a chance to visit here in March while we were in Paso for a wedding. Did not disappoint. When you walk up to the tasting area, there are multiple greeters there who greet you with a glass of wine. They handed us a glass of their Sauvignon Blanc. I'm not a white wine drinker, but this wine was very crisp and something I could definitely drink on a summer day. They sat us in a separate, secluded area for our tasting appointment. Definitely a nice touch as other wineries and clubs we have been a part of all did tastings standing at a bar in their tasting room. It was nice to have our own little area and personal attendant. Speaking of the attendant, we were able to do our tasting session with Dina and she was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. Really made for a great experience. As part of our tasting, we sampled the Cab (again, one of our favorites), Malbec (one of our new favorites :)), Pinot Noir, Mourvedre, Grenache, and Syrah. I'm normally not a big Pinot Noir fan, but loved how they made theirs. Mourvedre and Grenache were also very good. Least favorite was the Syrah, and not because it was bad, but for me, just didn't measure up to the others. One word on the Cab is that somehow Austin Hope is able to create a similar taste profile year over year and since we love the wine already, we know what we'll be getting with each bottle. We have been members of other wineries, and while we appreciate variety, even within the same varietal, sometimes the quality would drop or you would get a completely different taste profile. So, we appreciate the consistency here. And then the Malbec - normally not one of my favorites, but Austin gave it a resemblance to the Cab while also maintaining the Malbec flavors and lighter body. A really, really good wine. So in the end, we ended up joining the wine club. Was really a great experience here, cool environment, great service from Dina, always great wines, couldn't have been better.

Me and my boyfriend had the best tasting experience here with Travis. Travis was so kind and knowledgeable about Austin Hope and the wine in this region. He really made the extra effort to make our experience unforgettable, and we are so appreciative!

We had a great experience tasting here for my Mom’s early birthday. Our server was incredibly kind and we felt very well taken care of. The wine was super yummy and we went home with 6 bottles. They are also super dog friendly and my dog loved all of the attention she got from everyone. I definitely recommend stopping here on your wine tasting adventures!

My husband and I stopped here on our honeymoon - what a special place! Tyler was so wonderful and helpful. Reserving the outdoor private space is so worth it. We highly recommend to anyone in the area! 💕

Yelp
Food and wine were amazing. Our host Maddie was so knowledgeable and fun. She made our experience entertaining and easy. I would recommend anyone come and enjoy the best wines out there along with amazing views.

Yelp
Austin Hope is one of our favorite wines from this area so we decided to stop in on my birthday. Unfortunately, we didn't have an appointment so we weren't able to do a formal tasting from their menu but they seated us on the patio and let us find our perfect glasses of wine to enjoy. Michael was such a great host and even gave us dinner place options around the area we were staying. I loved my rose and my husband loved his glass of Cabernet. Definitely go here. Beautiful grounds as well!

Yelp
Austin Hope was the last stop of our winery tour. We had a lovely view of the grounds from the patio. It was Outside of a glass of champagne, we were given all reds in our tasting. Our server was great and super helpful. She spaced out our tastings we'll. They also gave us a glass of champagne to cleanse our palates before we headed to dinner. Also the charcuterie board is a great add on. It isn't meant to pair with a specific wine, but it was really nice to have because we didn't eat lunch and this was our third winery of the day. It truly was a lifesaver.

Yelp
Great experience at Austin Hope. We have enjoyed Austin Hope and Treana for a number of years though first time going to winery. We were greeted by charming hosts who immediately hand you a tasting of rose. We were then escorted to a private cabana which was no extra charge it's just how they do tasting. They have large trees and bushes surrounding it so noise is muffled which helped put our guests w heating challenges. The tastings were reasonable though we chose to enjoy a glass of wine. The servers were very knowledgeable and priced excellent service Tip: if you want a slightly quieter setting let the host know. Both times we were seated it felt very private and intimate though there were other sections seemed much louder a music and likely groups. I would imagine this place gets very busy so choose wisely when you want to go. The bottles are also reasonably priced make sure to ask for explanation on the brands which will help you navigate through your choices

Yelp
Quality/Quantity - After the generous (excessive) pours from Vina Robles, I asked my daughter if we could skip the second winery as I was sure I did not need to drink any more today. But she said she fell in love with their Cab at a company event and really wanted to come here. So here we are... Beautiful setting, private "cabanas" - Sorry, my pictures did NOT do it justice. Two tasting rooms. Atmosphere - See above. Beautiful vineyard. Clean restrooms. Small parking lot, but with the exception of Daou, we were practically the only customers in the other 5 wineries we visited. So easy parking. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm, reservations suggested. But again, not too many day drinkers and/or weekday day drinkers. Service - Good. Actually the least quality of service, sorry. It was not bad, but the other 5 wineries exceeded expectations! See all my other reviews. Price - $150+, I believe for every $100, it waives a tasting fee. See bottom of the tasting menu. I gave all the bottles to my daughter. :) And of course, we found their wines at Costco for cheaper; we are paying for the atmosphere, service, etc. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1978 and with your 6 brands. Liberty School, Treana, Quest, Austin, Troublemaker, and Austin Hope.

Yelp
As a wine enthusiast, I've visited numerous wineries across the Central Coast--from Santa Maria and Edna Valley to Paso Robles--and I hold memberships at two of them. I've experienced tastings ranging from complimentary to $100. Today was my first time visiting Austin Hope, and it instantly became my number one favorite. It's an absolute must-stop in Paso Robles. Their tasting flight features exceptional, top-tier wines. A special shoutout to our server, Michael who was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire experience outstanding.

Yelp
It was a first here even though having spent so much time in Paso. Obviously we heard a lot of good things about this place so a visit was a must. Right from the beginning, with the welcoming glass of rose at the check in. Weather was a little off when we arrived so we ended getting seated inside one of the high tables. It was nice, but got moved back outside as the weather started to corporates. We were seated at one of the lounges area by the vineyards. All covered with umbrella and a heat lamps. Also blankets and pillows were supplied which made it very cozy. The wine selection on the tasting flight was excellent. Locally sourced and bottled. Our pourer was excellent, very knowledgeable in his craft. He explained everything to the tee and detailed. Service was great. All The wine poured was amazing, one after the other. There was not a bad one which is a plus and for sure a must visit again. Red was a favorite in all our case. Also, some bubbly at the end was perfect. Inside of the tasting room was very well decorated. There's two side, the main one with a second level of seating was decorated with amazing rugs. A cool vibe. Not only that, there were alpacas behind the tasting room. Top notch service and excellent wine. A beautiful property and a must whenever you're in Paso. Also the tasting flight was very affordable compared to loads of other wineries. Spend a certain amount and your tasting is covered. We enjoyed our visit here and the service was great. Definitely will be returning for more bottles to take home.

Yelp
I was in Paso and decided to stop in to Austin Hope. I was lucky enough that they could squeeze me in for a tasting. My server was very friendly and knowledgeable. He navigated me through the menu to find exactly which wine I wanted to order by the glass, and a bottle to take home. The weather was beautiful. The grounds were extremely well kept. I would definitely recommend coming here when in town

Yelp
I've enjoyed my Austin hope wine from Costco and decided to make a visit a few months ago. Truly loved the winery during our last visit that we became a member of Austin Hope. This trip we came back and were able to enjoy their twilight tasting for members. The experience was overall great, we were greeted with a tasting as soon as we check in, and was told the all the bars are open and we are free to roam around and enjoy different wine stations and little personal charcuterie cup! The staffs are super welcoming and even gave my pup a treat which made his day! The winery itself is just so beautiful and lively. But if you get a seat outside Cabanas, you almost feel like you are secluded from everything else and have the space for yourself which we love. This is for sure our favorite winery in the area and we made sure to always make a stop whenever we are back in Paso Robles!

Yelp
Overall good experience. We are wine club members and we get out there once a year. People are nice. Service is generally good. The place feels cozy. We were in the sitting area with couches. Chill time to hang out.

Yelp
Probably one of the top 3 tasting experiences I have ever had. (Not sure if the fact that I was with a wine club member influenced that or not!) The setting is beautiful, overlooking the vineyards; the cabanas are super comfortable, completely shaded with umbrellas and stocked with comfy couches and chairs you can relax in. We didn't taste a single bad wine and our hostess (wish I could remember her name!) was great and allowed us to try basically whatever we wanted. Get the effervescent Grenache (a chilled summer red) - it's truly amazing!

Yelp
The venue was very nice and barn style at first appearances. You check-in with a receptionist outside, and are immediately greeted with a warm welcome and glass of rose. We had reservations, so they immediately seated us. We were outside and celebrating a job promotion. Our area was secluded, with high greenery to give an intimate, private feel on 3 sides, with a view of the winery in front of us. There was a heater, if needed. Our server was adorable and well knowledgeable about the history of the vineyard, family estate and the delicious wine she served. We ordered their cheese box and were very happy with it! Highly recommend visiting.

Yelp
Austin hope is my favorite winery in the world. The property is gorgeous and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The patio seating is perfectly shaded and they offer space heaters and blankets if you get cold! The tasting price is more than reasonable and both times I've gone the servers have really taken care of us. The wine is to die for - I usually drink strictly white but Austin has the best reds ever. I keep bringing more friends because I love it so much! Our server this weekend was David and he was the best. If you're looking for a place with friendly people, good music, nice vibes and great wine - this is your spot!

Yelp
As soon as you arrive, you're struck by the beautiful setting, whether you're enjoying a tasting on their scenic patio overlooking the vineyards or within their tastefully designed indoor tasting room. The ambiance is both sophisticated and welcoming, making it perfect for both seasoned wine enthusiasts and those new to the world of Paso Robles wines.

Yelp
Austin Hope has these private type seating areas, all facing the vineyards. It is a non rushed, just friendly experience. Our wine pourer who tended to us was David Amodei, a local guy who was so attentive and so knowledgeable. Wonderful experience with David. Out of all the extensive wine tasting we have done in Paso, Austin Hope is the top of our list . Great wines, great ambiance, just a great relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Yelp
A group of girlfriends and I had Austin Hope as one of our stops in a wine tasting tour for our best friend's bachelorette party. Pros: We were easily able to make reservations for a Saturday for 10 people. They provided a heavy pour of a welcome glass of rosé at check-in. Our hostess was very knowledgeable and friendly and adjusted the wine tasting experience to fit our group's wants and tastes. The outdoor seating areas are intimate for your group and covered from the sun. The entire grounds are well-maintained with lots of picturesque views. Complimentary crackers and cold towels can be provided as requested. Cons: They do not have a food menu. The restrooms are quite small. Our hostess kept trying to charge us for individuals who did participate in the wine tasting.

Yelp
I received a specific recommendation to go to Austin Hope and request Clayton as our wine steward. I had heard that his service and knowledge of the wines was excellent and he lived up to every expectation. The entire experience was incredible! Highly recommend everyone visiting Paso to visit Austin Hope and request Clayton. We ended up buying three bottles of wine because of his excellent service and explanation. And we look forward to visiting again in the future!

Yelp
The tasting experience was top notch. Their outside cabanas offer an excluded experience that allowed us to enjoy the wines in privacy. Our attendant was very knowledgeable and engaging. The views were amazing! One of the better wine tasting experiences I've had over the years, and well priced at $25/person per tasting (waived for every purchase of $100 or more). We will be returning next time we are in Paso Robles.

Yelp
Had a wonderful time celebrating two of my cousins bday. We were a party of 11 and I had made reservations weeks before our visit. We were seated at a corner cabana covered with umbrellas and plants all around us. It was a very beautiful spot. Michael was friendly and helpful . It was our first time here and we loved the wine and the whole property. We also ordered charcuterie boxes to enjoy with our wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon was our most favorite. We did try other wines and got a few bottles. Overall a wonderful experience here from the moment we walked in.

Yelp
Had the best tasting at Austin Hope. We'd tried to visit them last year, at the end of the day without a booking and weren't able to experience a tasting. Be sure to book in advance. When something opened up at 11a on Sunday, I snagged it. Their cab has been one of my favorite cabs since I was introduced to it from a restaurant in Cambria when I described my taste in wine. I'd be lying if I didn't say I was a tad bit worried I may not love their other wines. Everything we tasted was outstanding! My best friend who rarely if ever drinks much thoroughly enjoyed everything Michael poured us. Perhaps him dealing with me on aux and singing in the passenger seat for 3hours caused him to really enjoy these, or maybe they're just great! I typically love big bold juicy fruit forward cabs, to know we'd be trying a set of "summer" reds if you will I didn't know how these would go over for me. Each one pleasantly surprised me. I'm not sure I can recall any tasting menu I've enjoyed one after another at. I'm not easy to please. The one tasting I didn't think was quite where I'd like it as far as my own taste/palate was the reserve cab. Michael let us do a side by side. If I were to purchase this now, I wouldn't open it just yet. That's just my own personal preference. We left with a bottle of the 25th Anniversary Treana Red Blend. I can purchase the Cab near me but their Rhône blend (I love Rhône's typically, have been a wine club member at other wineries because of my love for them), Cab Franc and Malbec were all fantastic!! You'll want these around this summer. I didn't look into their wine club but I loved everything so much, I think I'll join! Service was fantastic, we spent over two hours enjoying ourselves and chatting at a low traffic seating upstairs. Highly recommend! If you don't love them, we simply have different taste in grapes and winemakers. Austin Hope is superb!!!!
google avatar

Amanda N.

Yelp
Austin Hope has really made a name for itself especially with its famous Cabernet Sauvignon. BUT what we really fell in love with was their estate grown wines!! Oh man their Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre are GORGEOUS wines. They do 100% wines from each grape and a GSM blend. It was so unique and delicious we had to buy some bottles. Our hostess was great and answered all our questions and told us the story of Austin Hope and the family run business. We will definitely come back again when we come back to Paso.
google avatar

Dani S.

Yelp
This is definitely one of the more bougie and expensive wineries in town. We heard they had good wines so decided we to check it out. The place is super fancy, everyone is dressed to the nines. The prices are definitely a reflection of the clientele. I found the customers all very snooty and entitled, and made me rather uncomfortable. You need to be on some kind of a guest list in order to do the wine tasting. And the whole process seems like trying to get into a new nightclub. We opted instead to just get one glass of wine. The Vineyard was nice, but it wasn't anything special. The wine was good, but for someone who's not a wine snob, I didn't think it was amazing. It's nice to visit.

Yelp
Date: Sunday, July 23rd, 2023 Time: around 2:30pm Party of: 3 What: Wine Tasting Tasting ($25): waived with a $100 purchase *Austin Hope Rose v 2022 *Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon v 2021 *Austin Hope Malbec v 2021 *Austin Hope Petite Sirah Lagrein v 2021 *Treana Blanc de Blancs I had booked a tasting for 4 people at 3pm. Unfortunately one in our party had an allergic reaction at lunch so he had to head back to the hotel. This also meant we were running early. They couldn't really take us early due to staffing, so we just kinda hung around until it was time for our appointment. I adore AH's cab, so I as looking forward to this tasting. We ended up seated outside at a cute outdoor patio type of set up. Our server was sweet and poured a couple extra tastes since I wanted to grab some wines to go. Out of everything, I still ended up liking the cab the most, so we grabbed a couple bottles. I think in the end we got one tasting comped because of it. (I can't remember how many bottles we bought. Maybe we got two comped?) Definitely a must visit if in Paso. Especially if you like cabs. REVIEW #3434

Yelp
We had a great experience visiting Austin Hope. We were greeted with a welcome rose taste before being seated. We were celebrating my son's 26th Bday. When we arrived at our private cabana, there was a congratulatory sign with his name on it waiting. Really nice touch! Wine Steward, David Amodei, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, honest, attentive, personable and accommodating. He was a true gentleman and professional. David has a bright future in the industry and knows how to treat guests well. Although the Austin Hope wines weren't the best tasting or best value wines on our Central Coast exploration, they were VERY good. The combination of David's service, the relaxing setting and flexibility led us to join the club and leave with 6 bottles. The 2022 Cab Franc was a definite standout. The Cab Sauv reserves were excellent as well. David recommended the 2021 Treana Red Wine, which was excellent value. Cheers!

Yelp
So good! I've been to many wineries for tasting and this is easily one of the best. Beautiful. Great experience. And the wine is top-notch! Great service from Maddi. Can't wait to return!

Renee L.

Yelp
This one of our favorite places to go wine tasting. We are members, not only because the wines are outstanding, but because the service is so outstanding. We are always greeted with a glass of wine and a smile. There are two indoor seating areas and lots of outdoor seating. They allow you to bring snacks if you choose to have a picnic with your wine. Our server today was Maddy and she not only had a bubbly and fun personality but her knowledge of the wines and the region was very impressive. They had a Happy Birthday placard to celebrate my husband's birthday and made him feel special. They were kind enough to allow us to move our group inside when the heat became too much and let us taste wines that were not on the normal tasting menu. We always leave feeling like we spent time with old friends!
google avatar

Yelp
The wine is gorgeous, approachable, and the venue had a dog. I mean, wine and petting dogs goes hand in hand, right? Their venue has been decorated well, service is friendly, approachable, and efficient. I look forward to coming back to visit later in the sprig or for fall harvest.

Yelp
If you want to just relax with some good wine and on a more friendly budget, then you have to come here. They welcome you with some Rose, which is a lovely gesture. Our sommelier/waiter was very interactive and he modified our red flights to really bring out the history of Austin Hope and also the various wines under their label. We also order a cheese board and it was really delicious. I will definitely come back to this. They have very unique wines that is worth trying. Make sure you make a reservation and you can call out if you want to sit next to the vineyards.

Yelp
Austin Hope-The ambiance is always beautiful. The best part of our day was having David as our server. This is the second time we were fortunate to have David. He is ALWAYS upbeat, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He represents Austin Hope as a 5 . We are confident he will be promoted in time. He gives the best experience wine tasting! Thank you David

Yelp
I really enjoyed our visit to Austin Hope! The wines are delicious, as expected and the winery area is beautiful!!! Here are a few tips: - We just showed up and they had an opening. However, you should set up a reservation first to ensure a spot. -The wine experience is different than others I've had in the past. You are seated at a table, rather than up at a long bar area. Therefore... -the wine tasting experience is LONG! Almost two hours long. This allows you to chat with your partner, or fully taste the wine, or look around at the winery. -Our sommelier offered some delicious chocolates made by a local chocolatier and they were so unique and delicious! She was so kind and made the experience stand out. -$25 tasting. One of the tastings are waived with a $100 purchase.

Yelp
Great service, a great space and great wine. What more could we ask for? We weren't stuck going off the traditional tasting menu and were given samples of whatever we wanted to try for the most part. Fun to go to a place we can find the wine of back in Minnesota. I look forward to opening a glass and reminiscing of our trip there.
google avatar

Yelp
The wine tasting was just okay. I wish they would have let us pick our own drinks. Also, they kept trying to charge us for 2 tasting, but 2 people were sharing.

Yelp
Had a very enjoyable tasting experience this past weekend. Our cousin arranged a tasting on the patio overlooking their estate vineyards, beautiful and relaxing. They even brought us lap blankets as it was a bit chilly. Our server Stephanie was very knowledgeable and gave us background on each varietal. $25 to taste, waived if you spend $100. Our cousin joined the wine club so our tasting fees were waived, got 2 $56 Cab Sauv @ member price of $45.

Yelp
When in the Paso area, there are so many wineries to choose from, a visit to Austin Hope will be well worth your time and effort to make a tasting reservation. prepare for hard to choose tasting experience options of outdoor cabanas or comfy art deco lounging on the comfy couches in the indoor tasting room. Either way, It's a treat to savior the experience in class. If you're not familiar with this winery, it will become a favorite, like it is now mine. The wines were mature, special, in a class above the rest. Think Caymus, Duckhorn, Cakebread. Loved the variety of both Reds & Whites, plus A tasty Rose', (not all Rose's are all that) and even a bubbly, there's something for everyone. Don't miss tasting the Happy Accident. Can't forget to mention the staff, both at the vineyard and the tasting room, Alissa was hospitable, warm and friendly, even though we failed to make a reservation, they all went over and beyond to make our visit not wasted, absolutely memorable. The concept of superior Customer Service is not lost here. Thanks again for the sweet gesture Alissa, it brought my hubby and I to tears. We did go downtown and met Chris at the tasting room who was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me in selecting 2 awesome Whites to take home. Can't wait to go back on our annual trip to the area next year.

Was really a great experience here, cool environment, great service from Dina, always great wines, couldn't have been better.

Yelp
Service is always impeccable and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The grounds are breathtaking and I feel at peace every time we are here. Dog friendly. Kid friendly. A good experience for everyone

Yelp
This is hands-down the best wine tasting experience my husband and I have ever had, and we've done a fair number of wineries now. Stephanie was a STELLAR pourer--she went above and beyond to make our tasting feel so personal and tailored to us. You could tell she really cared about our experience and was eager to not only show us the AH brand but also get to know us. Neither of us wanted the afternoon to end!! The cabana settings are stunning in and of themselves, but people like Stephanie take the experience to another level of exemplary. Austin Hope will be one of the places we hit on the regular now because of her. Oh, and the wine is divine...one of the few wineries that do a cab franc and an effervescent grenache, both of which will have us coming back for a case. We're actually talking about joining the wine club now and we've never before felt that way about a winery.

Yelp
We decided to hit this winery after discovering their wine at the LAWineFest and hearing our friends' (who are members) high compliments. Extremely friendly and attentive staff - Our server/pourer Mo was more than willing to share knowledge. The little customized nameplate was cute and heartwarming! Our group of 7 had diverse tastes but all liked something on our tasting. The fan favorite is their popular Cab Sauv, but a couple of us really enjoyed the Petite Sirah + Legrain. Will be returning to try more next time for sure!

Yelp
What a lovely wine tasting experience! We didn't have reservations but they still got us in. We had our pup with us and he was welcome anywhere which is always a treat! He even got a cookie! We were greeted with a complimentary splash then taken to a lovely little cabana. These are sit down tastings and take some time. So wonderful. Travis our host was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and filled us in on such great information! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Great wines! Definitely considering a membership!

Yelp
"Paso Robles Defined" Our tasting/time at Austin Hope was our favorite stop in Paso Robles; We felt it truly exemplified the tight knit, warm community that Paso really is. We were greeted with a huge smile by several employees, pouring our first tasting upon arrival. We booked the outside tasting and it was private, but still open enough to not be forgotten about or feel isolated. The wine tasting was excellent, with David curating the tasting to our palettes, which was awesome because it was personalized for us and catered to what we would enjoy. All of the wines poured were tremendous! Ranging from light and fruity, to deep and rich. I'll admit, I am biased because I was already a fan of Austin Hope wines, but tasting some of the Cellar exclusives was new and didn't let me down. We bought a few bottles but I wouldn't mind joining their wine club if I were local. As far as Customer Service, David was top notch. Such a friendly dude with an eagerness to chat on whatever topics came forward. He dropped gems regarding general and niche wine knowledge, had an in depth understanding of all things Austin Hope, and entertained our conversation when things got off track. He was a great representative of the winery and reflects what the social aspect of wine is all about: good conversation, knowledge, and laughter. We will be back and we will recommend this place to all who will listen! TL;DR Amazing staff, great wine, David was great. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Austin hope is the BEST winery in the area, from the taste, the staff, and the experience. The grounds are so beautiful! They gave everyone a welcome drink. Each tasting area feels very intimate with the tall brushes to section off each area. Maddie was our server the day we came for my bf's birthday. They had two large tables for us and she went over our options for tastings. She was very knowledgeable and personable! We ended up buying a few bottles that day! They even let you bring your own food in, so stay a while and enjoy!

Yelp
If you go to just one winery in Paso, let this be the one! Everyone is so nice and so friendly , they are completely organized... there are ample spaces to sit from the outdoor umbrella at Cozy patio to the indoor winery with the stainless steel wine containers.. gorgeous rugs laid out everywhere... so impressed with how diligent and aesthetic they made everything look and feel. They have a wonderful yet small merch section. But we definitely went for the wine, Cabernet and the Chardonnay we loved them.... You can make a reservation or if you go early enough you can just walk in like we did super dog friendly, super people friendly. ( we sat at one table that was in the sun and decided to go sit under the shade and lo and behold they found us and poured us some more wine.) thank you Austin Hope for existing.

Yelp
Lovely, delicious and fun. Great wine on cool sunny day, with a very warm, hospitable, and knowledgeable host named Maddi. Having tasted Austin Hope's signature Paso Cab across the country (Chicago, New York, and Boston areas), had to come to the source. It did not disappoint. We actually loved their rose and whites (as well as Treana) so much we joined the club. So glad we were able to stop bye. Everyone we spoke to throughout our visit couldn't have been nicer. Lovely tasting experience from start to finish!

Yelp
Always a great experience..... Can't go wrong at this winery. It is a must stop for us when in the area.

Yelp
We drove all the way from Los Angeles to go here and we ordered two glasses of wine and it was partially poured and the chaucuterie board was a mess, placed in a small white cardboard box with only a few pieces of salami and cheese, on top of it -the server was not attentive. The only reason we came back was because when we went two months ago, the wine was properly poured and the chaucuterie board was nicely placed with fruits and jam, this time ours was like eating instant noodles. Was not worth $70 plus tip.
