Fantastic area right on river of Brooklyn.

The doorman is not professional and has a serious attitude problem. If the job is not for him he should get a different job. Very nasty and blew me off. I was making a flower delivery and he said the wrong name so I corrected him. My job is to deliver the flowers to the right person and he totally blew me off and said leave it there. He should be fired. Because for an upscale residence like that they should have proper employees.

Door man Saulo he a good doorman he noticed me standing outside in the cold . And let me in . He a good person have a good heart.

Wonderful full service condo bulding with very friendly staff, super cool location cllose to everythin and beautiful views of the East River and Manhattan.

It is a nice place next to the East River(Water front)with beautiful apartment.👍

I love this building. An architectural gem among the surrounding monoliths and ordinary structures.
