I had a reverse tummy tuck, abdominal tissue correction, and a breast lift with nipple correction done at Austin-Weston. It has now been over 3 months, and I have not seen much improvement. The areas that were supposed to be corrected still remain problematic. The reverse tummy tuck made almost no difference in the size of my tummy, and the breast lift left visible scars from the opening and leakage under my breasts . In addition, the stitches on the sides were not done properly, leaving small raised bumps along the edges. My breasts also appear to keep dropping outward and down now, leaving them without the natural curved shape they should have. One breast in particular looks misshapen—almost like an upside-down heart—where the leaked spot under the breast has sunk in. Overall, I am very unhappy with the results. When I asked about a revision, I was told the outcome was due to damage I caused myself, and that the corrections could not be improved further. The only adjustment they agreed to make was to fix a small piece on the edge of one breast. I can only hope this won’t result in further unevenness. Why put all that time, take off from work, drive far and pay all that if the results are not gonna be much different and the corrections are not going to fix anything.

My surgery was as flawless as can be, and my results are exactly what I wanted. I truly felt so comfortable and every single person I interacted with here is so so kind. 10/10!

I went to the Austin-Weston open house because I wanted to learn about the tummy tuck process. I was 8 months postpartum from having twins; I experienced major weight gain (and then loss), severe stretch marks and had major swelling. I am a physician and looked at several locations to schedule plastic surgery. I was impressed with communication, ease of scheduling and knowledge of all staff members at Austin-Weston. The nursing staff was excellent and contributed alot to my comfort with the process. They also effectively helped me figure out what was right for me. Dr. Kochuba did an excellent job not only on the surgery itself but in explaining care before and after, what to expect, why they offer certain options and not others and ensuring I had a fantastic experience. Their process for day of surgery and follow up afterward made me very comfortable and I have had a smooth and easy recovery. After 5 childbirths, some serious trauma with one of my children (which brought weight gain) and then losing 80 lbs, a tummy tuck was in order but I was super nervous. I did a lot of research and consulted with multiple doctors, ultimately landing at Austin-Weston with Dr. Kochuba. He and his staff did an amazing job putting my fears to rest and encouraging me along the way. They were transparent and informative, and Christine, his assistant, spent a ton of time with me going through photos of Dr. Kochuba's work to help build my confidence, which worked! I am 3 months out from an extended tummy tuck, muscle repair, lipo to flanks/mons, and the difference has been night and day. The entire experience has been life changing for me. I have a new sense of confidence I never knew could exist. I have never felt good in my skin, and now I do. I can wear the cutest clothes now and tuck in my shirts!!! If you have an apron tummy, you know what this means to be able to attractively tuck in your shirts. It's everything. Having a doctor that took the time to personally call me/my husband on the night of my surgery and check on me, spoke volumes. Not only that but when I had concerns, I broke the rules and personally texted him, and he texted me back each time with an informed and thoughtful response, putting my mind at ease 100%. This was the big one for me!! The fact that he knew I was nervous about something and didn't make me go back through proper post-op channels, showed how much he cared. I only did that twice, out of respect for their processes (once I realized I was supposed to contact someone else lol) but he never said anything to me about it, and he never made me feel like I couldn't reach out if I needed to. Also- the support staff at Austin-Weston, specifically Christine, Yvette, Katrina, and even Dayton, were beyond amazing. I never felt awkward or uncomfortable there. They always remembered me when I came in, even after 2 months, and always greeted me with smiles and kind words, which can sometimes be hard to come by these days. I went to Dr Kochuba for skin mole removal. The service was quick and painless, the whole procedure to remove two skin moles took about 20 mins if not less. His bedside demeanor is beyond fantastic. He is friendly, polite and truly cares about your health as well as expectations as a cosmetic surgeon. His staff listened to all my questions and concerns with a smile. I definitely recommend this practice, especially Dr Kochuba. If I could give a 10 stars review I would!

Recently I returned to the Austin Weston center for a Mommy makeover. Dr Weston had performed a rhinoplasty on me back in 1993 and I knew he was the person I needed to help me feel more like myself. I was warned by friends that a tummy tuck was a major procedure and I'd have a lot of pain. But I've got to tell you, I never had to take anything stronger than Tylenol or Ibuprofen along with gabapentin. He and his staff were phenomenal and I had no complications as i thoroughly followed the post op instructions. I'm extremely pleased with the results. So yes you'll have a scar, but it's completely hidden by your undies. And it's completely worth it. I highly recommend Dr Weston and the staff at the Austin Weston center!

It is difficult to find a doctor that wants to come clean up somebody else's mess. But he took on the challenge and the result was better than I hoped for. Several years later he did my nose, under eyes, cheeks and neck ( these were not all done at the same time and all had better than expected post treatment results) . After one of those surgeries I had complications. The risks were explained to me prior to surgery and I was fully aware of any potential risks and side effects and still elected to go forward, Most times when things go wrong you read a negative review and the patient blames the doctor or the team afterwards for the way the situation was handled. Not the case here. I developed a hematoma either during or after surgery a nose job, the next morning at my post op when my bandages were removed the nurse noted that I had developed swelling and bleeding behind the skin ( hematoma) and the doctor came in and they very quickly assessed me and came up with a plan that had me on the operating table within an hour or two with temporary drains placed in to relive the pressure and allow the blood to drain. This did not affect my surgical results or recovery time and this happened as a result of the way my body responded to the surgery and not as a result of the surgeon himself. Nobody really wants to talk about what happens when something goes wrong, in the stack of consent forms it tells you anything that could happen including death and infection, it is a very real possibility and most of us still sign and pay and accept the possibility and almost always everything is fine. I have heard horror stories of people that were completely on their own or in an emergency room with strangers, none of that here, just an overly competent team of doctors, nurses and anesthesiologist giving EXCELLENT cosmetic and non cosmetic surgery. The way the team pulled together during the not so pretty times of surgeries that make you pretty just really created such a feeling of complete trust in their ability to keep me safe and really follow through with such amazing post op care. The after hours team was always available and the post op nurses on phone duty quickly responded to questions and concerns. Thank you Dr. Poindexter I also see Shima for Lasers, and peels and Morpheous. Shima, gives amazing treatments. There is discomfort with some of these treatments, lasers can sting, again you have to have a realistic expectation. What's nice about passing the time during a slightly uncomfortable treatment is the personality of the provider, the temperature of the room, the dim lighting, the spa music, it's a whole vibe to make you as comfortable as possible. Shima, is well educated on current industry technology and application. She is able to give a realistic expectation on level of discomfort of treatments, downtime, cost, and long term skincare goals and appropriate skincare products for my skin type. There have been times when she was booked solid for weeks but was able to accommodate me because I had an event or something going on in my life. Shima, is the go to for the tri state area for skincare, rock star!! Thank you for all you do for me. Sarah, is a newer relationship but so far can say nothing but great things, my Dysport is always on point, forehead frozen and pouty lips just the way I like it, Thank you Sarah!! I can't thank you all enough, this whole team, for over a decade of great service. I appreciate you all more than you know, and will continue to drive over two hours round trip to keep my body and my face in tip top shape. I get compliments sometimes on how good I look for my age, I am attaching a picture of myself to show their work on me.

I was so, so nervous about having plastic surgery, but Dr. Sigal was absolutely fantastic. I came in with printouts of research on complication statistics and he answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and patiently. I consulted with a few different plastic surgery groups before making my decision, but Austin-Weston was so far above the rest that there was just no comparison. As for the surgery itself - yes, it hurt, but I've had a number of surgeries for medical problems in the last few years, and in contrast with those, this was like a vacation. The doctors and staff are all so helpful, professional, and kind. The facility is more like a spa than a hospital. Finally, the results are amazing! All my concern about looking "fake" was completely unfounded. Everything looks and feels natural and is perfectly in proportion.

I've been a client at Austin Weston since 2019. I used to get my Botox and fillers done at another place in DC. When I went for another procedure, Dr. Weston noticed that my fillers weren't done correctly. I started going to him for my Botox and fillers and he began making me look so much better. One time he was not available, and I want to go see Emily Taylor. I love Dr. Weston but Emily is also amazing. She is a beauty expert. She's very skilled and she's always doing continuing education to make sure she is abreast of the latest information on the science of making us look beautiful. She has an awesome personality, listens and will be very clear about what you do and don't need. I completely trust her. I'm also an esthetician, so I really appreciate her expertise from that perspective. Botox and filler is definitely a science and she has it down pat.

I am a busy mother of four (thus the need for the Mommy Makeover), it cost money that I didn't want to take from my family selfishly, and I didn't think I was close enough to my goal weight. Did it take longer than I expected? Yep. Was it worth it to me? Oh yeah!! I am now 6 months removed. My scars are barely visible, and some of the "scary" things post-surgery have normalized. For instance, my belly button looked unusually long. I was stressing over that, but now it has loosened to a perfectly cute belly button. There is simply not a single objection to the procedure, and I cannot say enough how thankful I am that I went to the professional environment at Austin-Westin and that I had Dr. Westin to perform this surgery. He is a rock star!! Thank you for my new car!!

I went to Dr. Westin 20 years ago when I got my breast augmentation. When I was ready to get them upgraded and a tummy tuck, I knew exactly where I was going. And Dr. Westin did it again. A fantastic job. You can't even see the scar on my breast's. They look natural, you can't even tell. I'm a huge fan of Dr. Westin and his practice. The whole staff is wonderful. I have been coming to Austin-Weston for the past 3 years and have referred family and friends because Shima and all of the doctors are amazing. Shima is very thorough on her skin consultations and each treatment that she recommends is tailored to the specific client. I highly recommend making an appointment with Shima, you will have amazing results and will not regret it.

I had a very small procedure done by Dr Weston and it didn't turn out as expected. No fault of his really, you just never know how your body will respond. He did his best to remedy the situation and had me follow up with Shima for BBL treatment. She is very kind and patient and was lovely to work with. I'm still trying to get the results I'm hoping for, but Shima let me know that she'd work with me as much as she can. I would definitely recommend her and the office in general as I think they do the best they can for their patients.

Shout out to Shima Karimi, LE! Ms. Karimi is a Board Certified Medical Aesthetician at the Austin-Weston Center and I highly recommend her! I had a facial peel and was apprehensive about doing the procedure. Ms. Karimi explained step-by-step of what to expect. She has a very calming personality with a soothing voice so I relaxed and let her do her thing. I have to tell you that the results are wonderful and I have already scheduled my next appointment for the next peel. I look forward to seeing Ms. Karimi again and let her work her magic!

Where do I even begin?!? I contemplated this procedure for about 5 years before making my consult. I had my consult late July and got on the books for surgery in beginning of November. I am now almost one year post op for my breast augmentation and I'm truly left speechless with my results. Dr. Sigal is absolutely phenomenal. His consult, surgical nurses and staff are so friendly and attentive. They answered all my questions never left me feeling uneasy. Dr. Sigal has amazing bedside manner. He truly listened to everything I wanted and I never felt forced to do anything extra. He really delivered. I will continue to go there for all my cosmetic needs.

Dr. Robert Sigal has a Midas touch. I had a lower eyelid lift and mid face lift 3 months ago and he did a great job.Dr. Sigal explains everything and answers all your questions kindly and clearly.He is the BEST. His staff and nurses are very kind and very helpful. I have done other procedures with him previously and his job was always great.

I'm not sure how you review someone that changed your life, but I'm going to try! First of note, the second I walked into Austin-Weston, I knew it was the place for my breast reduction. Reviews of course are stellar, but the space is comfortable and tasteful without being overdone or sterile, and every person I dealt with was incredibly professional and sweet. Meeting Dr. Knotts is what sealed the deal. He's so personable and honest, I was instantly at ease. He addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and kindly with a welcome sense of humor, and I knew absolutely he was the doctor to remedy this 20 year thorn in my 'side.' From beginning to end my choosing Dr. Knotts was validated, with many of the staff having had the same procedure done by his skilled hand. And skilled it is! It's like surgeon meets artist - I just can't FATHOM having a better, more natural result. He gave all the right advice and guidance, resolved all the fears I presented, and gave me results that literally caused tears of joy. I haven't felt this confident in decades, and I owe it all to Dr. Knotts. I'll definitely return for procedures in the future, and recommend him to everyone I know; he really is unbelievable, don't bother 'shopping around.' If you're reading this, you've found the best.

Just got home from having surgery with Dr Sigal. I just want to express my gratitude to him and all staff here. Everyone there was awesome from start to finish! Dr. Sigal- A modern day Michelangelo-An artist, a sculpture a true genius!!! This surgeon has been supremely gifted. I felt a sense of confidence right from the beginning. I was put to ease the second i met him. He is a patient listener. He has excellent bedside manners. He explained the procedure to me and went over the post operative course. I went into Austin Weston Center to get my gynecomastia corrected. I have been wanting to get this done for almost 20 years. I am glad i finally went in here. The staff at Austin Weston were very attentive. They were great!! The day of the surgery Dr. Sigal took his time and worked on me. Jill was in charge of anesthesia. She was awesome. I had a pain free experience. Shawny was in the OR with Dr. Sigal doing my surgery. She really knows her stuff and wham bam i was done in no time. I am told that some of the techniques he uses are often employed by modern day well trained plastic surgeons. Being a Harvard graduate he is so well versed, that his work is nothing short of perfection. I am 3 weeks out and am absolutely thrilled by the outcome. I feel truly blessed. Emily Taylor is amazing. She's warm, welcoming and a perfectionist, which you want in your injector! I saw her for Botox treatments and absolutely love the results. Very natural and soft! I have hooded eyelids and she managed to open them up in such a natural way - they look great! Her bedside manner is amazing and she's very gentle - no pain! If you're considering Botox or any other injectables I highly recommend Emily! You won't be disappointed!

I had a facial with Shima karimi today. It was a wonderful experience. Shima was very helpful recommending what my skin needed. She was very thorough & did an excellent job. Had a breast reduction 5 years ago and still angry with the way I look. Was a size F cup and wanted a D, What I got was a C at best with one breast small than the other. Hate it! Now looking for a doctor for an enlargement and balance. Once real, now putting something artificial in my body.

Well how do I start....... I came here to get lip injections to have fuller lips. Check in went well, the nurse that was helping doctor Knotts was very nice. The process was different. Every place does things differently. This place here use dental block to numb me. Which I guess I was like okay whatever. The whole procedure wasn't very comfortable. As people know dental block is used for numbing. I don't know why some would think this is good but yes it did help with the pain level but it also swells the area up a little. Which means if you injection some areas more then others then the area with more will be more swollen. I was a little confused when I look in a mirror while waiting and seen my mouth area was swollen and one side was more swollen then the other side of my lip. Now how do you even try to see how to make my lips proportional when clearly the dental block got some areas more swollen then other areas? So I guess he was just playing the guessing game. As he begin to start he had his finger holding the side he was doing and I guess some docs does it this way cuz I seen a few on YouTube that does this. Anyways after everything is done I felt it in my soul this wasn't going to be what I expected. I had a bad feeling and damn I was right. It's been a few days now and I'm unhappy with my results. My top left lip is bigger then my right tip side, my bottom right side of my is definitely way bigger then my bottom right side. Very uneven and it's very noticeable. Even standing afar you can clearly see how it's messed up and one side is longer then the other and one side is way fuller the the other. I thought I did my research and I been looking at this place for about six months now. I decided to look again at google reviews as well as yelp reviews and damn I damn sure didn't see much of lip injections done here. I definitely don't recommend anyone that wants their lips done here with lip injections. Now spending $675 was a waste and having now to wait again to get in with a different place to get my lips done again. This is a learning lesson for me and I should stick to where I was going and just being patient instead of rushing to get this done. Only because the girl that was helping him was very nice she deserved a five star but the work itself deserves 0.

Working with Austin-Weston has been nothing less than a pleasure. All the staff, from the front desk to the doctors, have made me feel especially comfortable and taken well care of.
