When driving in you’d think the place was closed. But when you come inside it’s a vibrant esthetic. The restaurant is beautiful. The color scheme is unique with green sofas and gold chairs. Even the dinnerware was gold. The hookah is perfect… we ordered cocktails which was tipsy juice. The food was scrumptious. We ordered the crab cake, shrimp, wings and the snapper. Everything was great. The chef is definitely cheffing! Our server was kind, checked on us often, and made sure we enjoyed our visit. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. It’s a whole vibe!

On a Thursday, we made a reservation for a group of 12 people for that following Monday at 7:30p. We were told to call ahead of time to ensure our reservation was... secure, I guess. Monday comes, we call about our reservation all day long, no one answers the phone. Monday evening comes, we arrive at 7p. The parking lot was empty, save for one car. The venue is open. We find out the only staff there is a female bartender and the cook. She had been there since 11a, and no other staff came in. She was supposed to be relieved at 7p... but no one came. There was no owner and no manager on site. She also knew nothing about our reservation. Needles to say, we left and went elsewhere. The venue itself is beautiful, very posh. They did an amazing job renovating the space because it use to be a club. Idk what has happened internally, but they need to get it together.

Okay, so let me start by saying I WANT THIS BUSINESS TO THRIVE and this is a LOVING critique. With that said, I was disappointed with the meal we got here. It was our anniversary and we figured we'd give this place a try, as we live a few blocks away. This location, which I knew as the clubs, Marko's and DejaVu , has been renovated and it is lovely, but rather dark. Venue is a great event space with two bars, stage and VIP areas. The food? While seasoned well (a bit heavy, but I liked it), I was bothered that we ordered a NY strip and a ribeye and it looks like I was given two skirt syeaks for a NY strip and not sure about the rib eye. You only get one side and the portions were small. The drinks? Weak. I had a margaritas with 1800 tequila. My husband wanted Barcardi light, they were out. They also were out of baked potatoes, so I got the broccoli. Nothing special. We spent about $120 for two and for that price, I expected at least Longhorn or Chili's kinda quality. It wasn't. The crab fingers? We've had them in Florida before and expected a platter of them for $20. We gor six claws that were basically stuffed and fried. Seasoning was stoke level HEAVY and I expected a bit more for the price. I MIGHT give them another try in the future, but was not impressed by our visit and disappointed our anniversary meal wasn't as special as I wanted it to be. No complaints on service. I need this establishment to do better; I was so excited to see it open.

We decided to check out this new restaurant for dinner on Saturday evening around 8pm. There was no wait to be seated in the bar area, but if you have a larger rear end-please find other seating the bar stools are super tiny. I ordered a pomegranate lemon drop, received a pineapple one, sent it back, got a dirty glass with red all on the inside, then the 3rd drink was a peach lemondrop....I decided to keep it or I would still be there trying to get what I ordered. The silverware was all spotted and some appeared to be dirty. The owner came over and we told him our grievances, he kind of apologized but made excuses. The lamb was good, although we didnt know there was going to be sauce all over them as the menu doesn't say they will. The mac n cheese had some kind of strong seasoning almost seafood-like such as old bay, was not good at all. I don't know why, but I then ordered a key lime cake, I was given lemon instead. We had told the owner earlier that is was my birthday, so he sent a chocolate cake which was very good and red velvet that I didn't taste because I was just ready to go by this time. There is much room for improvement and ownership of the mistakes carelessly being made.

At first glance honestly I was confused! Saw the video below & thought "Something aint right about this scene!" but me being the adventurous individual i am i stopped by... Totally impressed, the taste of the food was game changing. I'm only writing this review cause i went back a second time to try the steak and it was mind blowing not to mention the staff was A1 on point the entire time! Great job Authentic

When you first arrive the place looks a little deserted but when you go in it’s nice and quaint. The setup is spacious but NOBODY there to greet you and there is a sign that says please wait to be seated (hummmm still took about 20 mins before someone came to acknowledge us). Now the atmosphere was nice. The food was good (the lamb chops & wings…both from the appetizer menu, so no sides….a lil on the pricy side due to no sides not even celery or carrots with the wings…but again they both were delicious). The menu said steak tips and gravy with grits…. 😂 😂 nope it turned out to be teriyaki steak tips on top of mash potatoes with sautéed bell peppers and onions…although it was good I was a lil disappointed because I had my mouth set for grits…didn’t realize til I got home because I ordered that dish to go for me and my cousin for breakfast. Also if you do decide to go the KITCHEN closes at 10:30pm on the dot. Now the service was horrible (no name dropping) but our server was the worst. She kept walking past us not acknowledging us, I had to call her a few times to take our order before the kitchen closed, just to keep being told one second and which turned into 5 additional minutes. Then she didn’t bring any eating utensils or napkins until 5 mins after our food arrived. The drink I had was weak AF…and I’m not even a drinker (social), so when I say it was weak it was weak and she put in the wrong drink order for my sister. Now I know yall asking why I didn’t just leave, I was there celebrating one of my sisters birthday, which she placed a reservation over a month ago and they didn’t even have it recorded so the staff knew nothing about it, she had to call up there several times just to get an answer and then to just be thrown somewhere. 1 out of 10 I would recommend but only if you just going in to chill but definitely not for a party and order the LAMBCHOPS.

This spot has the potential to be a thriving business on the Southside! I was excited to visit here on December 28, 2024....I grew up in this area, so I wanted to support. The decor is OK ...they have sofas on one side of the table and chairs on the other side. The sofas are kinda low. This was a girls night out ..we exchanged gifts, had dinner and drinks. So let me get started: The drinks were on point! I had the Georgia Peach and Crown Apple & Sprite both were good. My friends also enjoyed their lemon drops. The majority of us ordered steaks with different sides...all except 1 person steak was cooked right. The sauteed spinach is very good, mashed potatoes were just ok(baked potato mashed up). The service was not good!! Our Waitress took our drink orders and it took her a minute to take our food orders. When it was time for our checks, the Waitress had them screwed up. I hope Management reads this review. Please do some type of advertisement...it was too empty in there for a Saturday night. Get proper staffing. I want to see this establishment do well! I will give this spot another try in a few months. The kinks should already be worked out because you've been open for a couple months.
