Authentique has the COOLEST stuff. I always find something unexpected. The permanent jewelry is quality, and Kimberly stands behind her work. A great place to find a unique gift, or something for yourself. Worth stopping in!

Authentique is a boutique gift shop. They have a variety of items to select from. I was there and it was decorated for Christmas and they also had items related to the holidays among other things such as incense. soap, flameless candles, regular locally made candles, wall decor, body care products etc too many things to name. The store is beautiful and it makes you want to linger and look at everything. The owners are warm and inviting and made the visit to their store a good experience. I definitely will be returning. Whether you're buying for yourself or looking for a gift for someone please stop in there you will definitely enjoy your shopping experience there.

Such an amazing little store!!! I could spend hours going in circles seeing new things I didn't notice the first time around. I am in love! I purchased this little find the last time I was in. I put strong magnets on the back and use as my grocery list and note taker :) The staff is so much fun and always willing to help. I went in with pictures of a purse that I knew Authentique carried the brand and Kim ordered it for me that day and it came in later that week. Absolutely love this store!!! Unique gifts for everyone.

I love this store! The staff is super welcoming and helpful. I love the uniqueness of all the items in the store and how they are always bringing in new products, which is why I try to stop in once a week! Also, where else can you sip a mimosa while you shop on a Saturday?!?! If you are local, definitely stop in and check it out, or take a peek online at all they have to offer, you won't be disappointed!

This store is so cute..the merch is unique and they even have unique food and beverage, we have to stop every time we drive to Kenosha!

Cute place, turnover of gifts to keep it fresh. A little pricey but unique items so it is worth the trip. It does not have an overwhelming amount of stock of items but that is okay. It what makes it unique. Enjoyed the experience.

I love Authentique! It is such an elegant yet warm boutique filled with a wide array of lovely gifts. Everything is on display beautifully but still easily accessible. The young man and woman that were there, we super friendly and helpful. They were so personable and took time to explain the background of many items. I especially appreciated the vast array of Kenosha or Wisconsin specific items since I grew up in Kenosha but live out of town. This is the perfect shop for a special gift. I also bought something for myself. I will certainly keep Authentique in mind for any gift giving occasion or if I want something cute for my home!

Bought a gift the lady at store grabbed it off table and wrapped it for me in bubble wrap and a box. The person I gave it to opened it and it was cracked. They made us pay to send it back and have a new one shipped. Then, my husband bought me a gift there, asked about return policy and was told it could be returned. We went to return it because it didn't fit for wall space we had and they said in-store credit only! It cost almost $200 and the stuff they had was over priced poor quality candles, off brand cosmetics and some miscellaneous. Will never ever shop there again! We asked owner to make exception because my husband was misled, she said NOPE!

Unless you like the "money-no-taste" look, just say no, no, no to this place. Better stuff at Walmart.

Overpriced. I believe in paying for quality, but items in this store are not worth the price.

If you love the trailer trash look, this store is for you!! Everything is as gaudy and tacky as the owner. Even thrift stores have nicer home decor. Tacky! It's worth driving to Milwaukee or Chicago for nicer things.

Their items are overpriced, they don't respond to product inquiries, and their whole vibe is pretentious. Not to mention they don't believe in protecting the safety of their customers by wearing a mask during a pandemic. If you're looking for unique items to purchase, save yourself the hassle (and possible COVID) and head to Etsy.

Staff do not wear masks during a pandemic... I love to shop small but I will never shop here again and will never recommend it to anyone. The girl working there didn't have a mask on when I entered and didn't put one on when four more people entered. I messaged the business regarding this and they could care less.

My favorite gift shop in the area. Beautiful handmade and unique offerings. Yes some of their store fixtures and decor aren't for sale, but that's typical of most gift shops I've frequented. Best of all staff is helpful and you are served bubbly when you walk in and they will gift wrap. This place is a true gem and I will patronize as much as I can to make sure they stay in business. We need more businesses like this downtown.

Love all of the unique items and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Because it's up to each business whether or not they require masks, I have no problem that the staff does not wear masks. And for those who do have a problem with a business not enforcing something that's not a law, you probably shouldn't be out in public anyway.

Wonderful new giftable store in downtown. I purchased a birthday gift for a friend and the staff was so very helpful! They offered up several options in different price ranges. So many unique soaps, lotions, candles and home decor items to choose from. Enjoyed my 'personal shopper' experience. Staff gift wrapped my choices beautifully. A nice touch was a follow up thank you for shopping there. I'll definitely be back.

Enjoyed the wine and vintage walk last night hosted by Against the Grain. Authentique was part of the event. The shop carries beautiful things but unfortunately 50% of things are NOT FOR SALE! Come on, don't put things in a shop if you do not want to sell them. I found it frustrating and annoying. If you want to showcase your pretty things, open a museum, not a shop. Found it all a bit pretentious.

My go-to gift shop in Kenosha! The shop has very unique items, from artwork to jewelry to soaps and lotions, and their assortment is always changing. (I love that they carry Beekman 1802 products.) Plus their staff is tons of fun and knows so much about their wares. Love Authentique!
