They got our seats mixed up and we had to move farther down the bus because of their mistake and giving the same seat numbers to other people. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake and said we could wait until it was resolved but we’d delay the travel time. The air conditioning in the back was not working well and the toilet flush didn’t even work. The toilet had built up steam from the chemicals they use and could even be seen on the damaged lid. The electrical connections where we sat did not work.

Worst trip ever. I noticed out of all my trips to Mexico, I always need a blanket soon I get on. This time it felt warm. Not even 2 hours from boarding location in Waco, AC cuts off. Rode 16 more hours with no AC in 100+ degrees and no kind of consolation reimbursement was atleast offered.

Pegaso left my family out of a trip and the money used for the tickets to Mexico, but they have came through with a safe return vouch for them. I thank them in advance and will use this for future note to be there an hour early in advance to not take any chances.
