Autodesk Technology Center Boston

Had a workshop there, and they're very helpful and commited. Also went for their tour. Saw some great innovations by various companies & research students around the world.

Visited the BUILD space on tour. Amaaaaazing! The equipment and tooling here will blow your mind (and make you very jealous!).

Was told by an Autodesk employee from this location that visitors are allowed… they are not (not since pandemic anyway). Walked a decent distance to get here to look through the windows. Live and learn I guess!

Was looking for the hardware store in Drydock for a AA Battery (diabetic on an insulin pump, with the battery almost dead). Lydia was holding the door for the UPS Driver, and I asked if the store was still open (it isn't) as I needed batteries. She said what size, how many, and hang on I can help. This amazing person found some for me, and gave me two (1 more than I needed, just in case). Thank you Lydia you are the best!!

This place is really cool. If you're at all interested in technology or making things, I recommend taking the tour. You'll need to visit the web site and sign up in advance.

I toured there twice on their info sessions. Fascinating equipment and ideas, and moreover people!! There is a great vibe and energy to the place.
