My only personal experience with Autotap was on 2/19/2024, when I watched one of their drivers roll through a stop sign forcing a scooter driver to lay down and roll down the street. I helped the guy up while the Autotap driver finished driving across the street, parked, got out to say it wasn't his fault, and then just drove away with no regard for the injured man and the fact that he was fleeing the scene. Judging from other reviews I''ve read of these folks it pretty much checks all of the boxes for how horrible they are as a business and people in general. Oh, btw the guy had long blonde hair, white, mid to late 40's, and here's the picture I got of his truck when he got out to say it wasn't his fault before driving away.

So unprofessional and disrespectful! Don’t know how to run a BUISNESS with the workers being disrespectful as well they will hire anybody.lack of communication,supervisors are very nasty,then you have a coworker a named mika and supervisors stealing boxes from inside the shop one name Sean and one name Jose.BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!

Unprofessional, irresponsible and cowardly. It's a one man ran operation and his mother does his dirty work/paper work. I sold my business and it's been over 3 mos since I informed Dave of this and my deposit has still not been sent to me. I've contacted him time and time again and finally , he had his MOTHER email me asking for my address, the same address I gave HIM 3 months ago. Bottom line is when it comes to getting paid he has no problem taking your money. But when it's time for him to pay back, he gives you the run around. Grimy individual. He forwarded me emails showcasing supposedly that he attempted to solve the issue.. but the date of supposed emails was today! The day I sent the 4th email inquiring about my check! How disrespectful and insulting. Garbage. Unprofessional. Unethical.

I have to say it is a pleasure to talk to the owner Ron every time he calls. They distribute my product and when we had a price issue, we worked it out quickly and reasonably.

The worst company, no one answer calls or emails , I dont know how this company still running!!! Dave and the people working for him are so unprofessional and disrespectful.

Impossible to talk to any employee from this company, we been trying to get in touch with anyone for few days but NOBODY answers no line or extension.

Bad customer service.
