"This little place, the origins of which date back to some time between the 15C and 16C, stands halfway between the cathedral and the Maine River. Chef Thony Pohu turns out generous and flavoursome cuisine that is in tune with the times and the seasons and has a strong emphasis on plants. The high-quality ingredients are sourced locally, and the suppliers are featured prominently on the menu. The wine list boasts over 300 labels, mostly organic and natural." - Michelin Inspector

"A fine-dining destination where chef Jérémie Baron composes an ever-changing menu driven by the day's market haul, designed to be paired with local vintages." - Emma John
We had a magical Friday lunch at this understated but remarkable little restaurant. We particularly enjoyed an asparagus entrée that combined a surprising set of ingredients and techniques to achieve a delicious and visually striking effect. And the wines were more than equal to the level set by the food and service.

Gorgeous food, excellent service, staff were super friendly. Worth a visit if you're Angers. Booking would be advisable as its quite small.
