"A new chef and a change of tone for this small place established some time between the 15C and 16C, halfway between the cathedral and the Maine. Nowadays chef Thony Pohu creates cuisine that is more in tune with the zeitgeist and the seasons, favouring vegetable-only dishes as starters. And there is still a fine selection of wines – available by the glass – sourced from local wine-makers." - Michelin Inspector

"A fine-dining destination where chef Jérémie Baron composes an ever-changing menu driven by the day's market haul, designed to be paired with local vintages." - Emma John
We had a magical Friday lunch at this understated but remarkable little restaurant. We particularly enjoyed an asparagus entrée that combined a surprising set of ingredients and techniques to achieve a delicious and visually striking effect. And the wines were more than equal to the level set by the food and service.

If you want a fancy french dinner, this is the place. Not a verry big menu. But big enough for everyone's taste.
