"The more casual sibling to Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant Kyo Ya, which looks like it’s closed permanently. Opened in 2015, it offered a French-Japanese fusion cuisine." - Serena Dai

Wow I love this place. I’ve been about 4 times and I can’t wait to come back again. The burger is insanely good and inspired. Food is awesome and flavorful, French and Japanese is such a delicious combination. The decor is beautiful, loved my coffee. The staff sweet and on point and the prices are very fair. Makes for a marvelous date spot.

Lovely little gem right by sunrise market. The small plates were delicious and the presentation was delightful. The food was so good that I forgot to take picture to share the clay pot rice dish, which was great. Recommend.

Franco-Japanese fine dining. Delicate, small portion.I ordered a Prix Fixe which is $50 per person. We were in time for happy hour which gets you $1 oysters. The waitress, though with accent, explained patiently about each dish that came to our table. Very creative dishes

Great dinner. Tasting menu only. This is a place when you have time to appreciate your food. Don't come if you need to finish dinner in 30min. They also have drinks designed by Angel's share as apparently they share the same owner. Strongly recommend for date night and special occasions.

Fun, super friendly staff who gave great recommendations on dishes and drinks we should get. Loved the food, the uni special (with chawan mushi on a fried noodle nest) was amazing, the anago clay pot rice was very flavorful, and the short rib was super tender. Lastly, the chestnut puffs was a great nostalgic end to dinner reminiscent of romantic dates in a wintery Japan.

Went for brunch on mother's day. It was quiet, with very simple but elegant decor that accurately captured the French/Japanese style. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The lobster linguini is on my top five favorite things I've ever eaten list. To complete the experience, the service was wonderful. My mom has a garlic intolerance and the waitress went above and beyond to make sure she could enjoy her meal thoroughly.
