The must-watch College Football games of Week 24 | Eater

"A role-reversal weekend in which Washington enters as the favorite despite a recent scare; the Huskies are one upset away from strengthening a Pac-12 title push, while the Ducks — who dropped a tight game to Stanford and then dominated Cal — seek to get back on track. Oregon’s attack centers on RB CJ Verdell and QB Just Herbert, the latter of whom has been playing at a level that invites Heisman discussion." - Vox Creative

Have been going to games the last 2 years and can't wait for this year's game. It's not great if u have a problem with stairs like me. The last 2 years me and my brother sat on the oregon side in section 14 really good view overall but u sit on a metal bench no back support. This year we are gonna sit on the opposite side of the field in seats cant wait to see the difference will update after the trip. GO DUCKS

One of the nations loudest stadiums. The Duck people are literally FANatics. There is construction going on because new practice fields are being made. You can still get to Autzen, Duck store & Mariota/Duck Football museum.

Went for the festival of bands, great experience. Plenty of seating, and a nice big concert from the rain over about a sixth of the whole stadium. Very well lit even at night and great sound. Had a blast watching this concert even from the top rows. The big Jumbotrons really help to see the soloists up close. Nice big bathroom facilities with plenty of stalls and urinals so it doesn’t take long. Pretty clean. Great place overall, would recommend going if you have the ability. Does cost to enter, as most places do. Got to see the Oregon marching band play, an incredible experience. Go ducks.

Autzen Stadium is an absolute must-visit for any college football fan! The atmosphere on game day is electric—from the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy pulsing through the crowd. The fans are passionate, the music is loud, and the entire stadium feels alive with excitement. The staff is friendly and well-organized, helping make your experience smooth from entry to exit. Whether you’re seated at midfield or up in the stands, there’s not a bad seat in the house. The view of the field is great, and the crowd participation keeps you engaged throughout the game. If you’re a football lover or just want to experience a true college game day, Autzen delivers. Highly recommend catching a Ducks game here, you won’t forget it. GO DUCKS!!! 🦆🏈💚💛

Google
Stadium atmosphere is very high energy. It's built very much like a coliseum. Seating rows are tight which can be a pain at times, but it was enjoyable. Luckily we were on the home side and beer venue was close behind us. Restrooms are spread out sparsly though so plan ahead before rushes during breaks in the action. Was easy to leave the stadium after the game since you're only fighting against 60k people max. Large ramps and exits make that easier. Welcome to the big ten Ducks.. we'll see you at least one more time this year!

Google
I was in town as an Ohio State fan and really loved the stadium. For only having 60K seats, the place rocks like it has 100K. The mountains in the background was quite the scenery. Fans were gracious to us Buckeye fans. Can't wait to come back

Google
The stadium is ginormous and beautifully sculpted. It in itself, even with being concrete, is very naturally feeling, and you can very easily find seat covers that are comfy. A nice generous shade is given by an overhead Oregon timber plateau, absolutely stunning.

Google
Good to see where the Ducks play and also the adjacent Hall of fame. The hall of fame really needs good sign to be able to find it. It was a maze to find but amazing things/memorabilias/records/history in display. Thanks to a staff who we found that was kind enough to walk us to where the entrance was. Lovely, excellent staff and it is free. Kids may even be lucky to get a duck T-shirt

Yelp
Can't believe I made it to an Oregon football game here in Eugene, OR. Hitting the done button and purchasing my ticket for just $15 on TickPick, it was a surreal experience knowing I'd get to watch a game at one of the most reputable college football schools in the country. Although it was the first game of the season and the Ducks were playing an inferior opponent and favored by 43 points against the University of Idaho, just to be in the stands witnessing the game live was good enough for me. I'm surprised Autzen Stadium only holds 54,000 seats. That's pretty small for a major college football program. For instance, Michigan's stadium holds over 100,000 fans. But still, Oregon and Autzen Stadium is well known for being one of the most loud and energetic stadiums in the country. According to what I read, Autzen Stadium is designed like an amphitheater, and it's this type of arena setting that really encloses the crowd noise and makes it difficult on opponents to communicate and gives the home Ducks a big advantage. I would say for this game against Idaho, although almost every seat was occupied, I was anticipating some intense energy at least at the beginning of the game, (before the anticipated blowout, lol). In actuality, Oregon fans may not like me for saying this...but I wanted more. I wanted rowdier. I wanted to feel chills from insane crowd cheers. Instead, I felt a little underwhelmed. That could have been because their opponent, Idaho, is a small school that no one respects. Maybe if the opponent were a familiar foe or rival, things could have been different. Like I said at the beginning, regardless of how the game played out, I was on Cloud 9 just to be watching an Oregon game in real time. Extra details... - For parking, I paid $8 on Ticketmaster (without any extra fees) to take a shuttle bus over to Autzen Stadium from the VRC - Valley River Center Mall. Yellow school buses departed from the backside section of the mall. Autzen Stadium is 2.5 miles away and the ride takes 10 - 15 minutes. They drop you off right in front of the entrance gates. - My seat was in Section 16 on the home side of Autzen Stadium. This was parallel to sitting in one of the end zones. But here's the thing...for a 4pm game on the last day of August, the sun was brutal, and it was staring me straight in the eyes. Plus with it being 95 degrees outside, I decided to sit somewhere else. I noticed there were a few open spots with good vantage points from the last rows in Section 36 which was on the opposite side from the sun. I walked around to Section 36 which was a 10x better viewing spot with the sun at my back. Plus, from the last couple of rows, the looks down onto the field were fantastic. I suggest Section 36. - Unless you purchased a premium ticket, most of Autzen Stadium is sitting on benches, not actual individual seats, but that's typical of college athletics. - Here was the best part to attending the game...when it ended, the play by play stadium host announced over the loudspeaker that fans were allowed onto the field! What??? Yes!!! Anyone and everyone could walk onto the actual playing field! This was a dream come true for me! Did I take a photo touching the legendary O in the middle of the field??? Of course I did! What a way to end a wonderful college football game day experience. - Btw, although Oregon was a 43 point favorite against Idaho, yet it was actually competitive with the final score being 24 - 14 win for the Ducks. It was not a blowout and fans stuck around till the final plays. - One poor aspect was...since I decided to hang out on the field afterwards, when I returned to the shuttle bus line to go back to the mall, I must have waited 75 minutes to finally board an unoccupied bus. Wish they could have done better about the insane line. Overall, I am so thankful for the opportunity to be at an Oregon football game. It was my first time in Eugene. And it was Oregon's first game as a member of the Big 10. Thank you for having me and Go Ducks.

Yelp
It never rains in Autzen... I was here for a very special persons graduation commencement. Hudson Stadium showcases the Oregon ducks football team on the grand scale, but the season is over that used for things such as this. They had the commencement start at 9 AM. The only place to get anything was the general food stands that you would imagine at any sporting events with coffee, soda, hotdog pretzels, etc. Parking coming in, was very easy for the event. It was a well put on commencement. On the way out if you were looking to drive away quickly, there really wasn't an opportunity for that but shuttles were provided to get parents and students to their next graduation spot if need be. We opted to walk over the bridge and come back later for the car. All in all well in event and beautiful stadium as always. SCO Ducks! Congratulations Ally, you have a great future ahead.

Yelp
What an experience! My first game at Autzen! Love my ducks, what a fun experience. Go ducks all day! Hope to see you soon duckies!

Yelp
I love visiting Eugene and Autzen! Never a bad trip, made all the better with a win over a ranked opponent. Till my next visit... Go Ducks!

Yelp
This is a great venue for a college stadium. It gets pretty loud for how small it is. The fans are always cheering. One of the saying is "it never rains in Autzen Stadium."

Yelp
It is impressive to see how far our tuition payments go. Beautiful stadium and very well kept. Parking is not convenient.

Yelp
I was a husky fan at the husky vs ducks game, overall a bad experience. We went tailgating 3-ish hours before the game started And that was somewhat fun! Until we got cursed out by a 60 ish year old fat guy but we eventually got him kicked out. At halftime, even some Oregon fans were complementing us on getting him out because even they said they didn't like him, and these were the expensive seats too for season ticket holders. He whistled really loud right next to me and in a ten-ish year olds ear. The reason it's not getting a 1 star is because security and police. They were kind and listened to our requests.

Yelp
Absolutely incredible spot to watch a football game--a must if you have a college football stadium bucket list (even if you're not a Ducks fan). The Ducks have some fun in-stadium traditions like the Coming Home lights show (1st quarter break) and Shout (3rd quarter break) that are great for everyone, even kids. Pro tip: download your tickets and the Go Ducks app before getting to the stadium. The in-stadium cell service is BRUTAL.

Yelp
Best stadium in the country, crowd is electric and fans are amazing! Everything about it is great

Yelp
Went to this amazing University of Oregon(home of the ducks) stadium to watch a baseball game. Everything was beautiful and a very, very large stadium at that. I even met puddles and took my photo with him.

Yelp
Our First Duck's Game. Our First Civil War Game. Luckily, were both Duck's Fans. Our friend that bought our tickets is a Beavers fan. Ick. Not really but, ick. We left late as is our friends M.O. for life, but we managed to find a spot nearby the stadium for $50.00 in a members spot that didn't show up. Their loss, our expensive score. We all made it to our seats in plenty of time before Kickoff. I was, I thought. Dressed for the weather. Oh how I was wrong. It was colder than I imagined. I kept moving and stood the whole time which helped, cuz "Boy Howdy." "It Was Cold." Of course the food and drinks were super expensive but not more than any other venue. We bought two 16oz. Waters for $10.00. It was that or drink from the sink. No. The game was awesome because The Duck's Won. It was a quiet ride home but that was o.k because our team won. lol. We can't wait to see another game here.

Yelp
This is the most disorganized embarrassment of a stadium. This is in serious need of an upgrade. As a duck fan I am hugely disappointed. I had trouble getting to my seat because the autzen sells standing room only tickets and the concessions interfere with the foot traffic. The vehicle traffic in and out is a disgrace. The concessions don't sell beer at the majority of the vendors. Only saving Grace was the ducks wins!
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing environment, good energy, and great sports culture. I definitely think that everyone should enjoy a game here.

Yelp
Oh Autzen. Man oh man do I have some fond memories here. As much as I love supporting my ducks the stadium itself is not my fav. I mean, it's a college sports stadium, it's going to be pretty much what you would expect: over priced hotdogs and beer. But that's not why I gave them 3 stars. First of all, each concession stand is a little different. And since the stadium is so big it can be kind of a toss up making the decision to walk all of the way around for the food you're craving when "shout" can come on any second. If you're sitting near the student section, get your adult beverages before the game starts because they are no where to be found on that side! The next star I knocked off is because the rules can be all over the place. I'm all for clear bags to keep everyone safe but when I'm searching for my pants with the biggest pockets before the game and I walk in and see a frat boy with a backpack with a whole 30 rack in it I get a little annoyed. That being said even though it's a little annoying or inconvenient it's what I expect when I go to most sporting events at Autzen or not. In fact, I don't know if I would even bother writing this review if my tuition dollars paying for the stadium weren't so high:)

Yelp
Growing up, this was probably the stadium that I went to the most football games. Home to the Oregon Ducks and plenty of HS Football championships there were plenty of options to check events out here. Really the ultimate home court advantage, I know everyone thinks that their stadium is an ultimate home court advantage, but for the PAC12 it is definitely on a level all to itself. Now, for comparison, if you haven't ever been out of the PAC12 and experienced SEC football, well that's a whole different level - I hate to say it, but it just is. For the Pacific Northwest though, this field is pretty awesome. They literally are standing room capacity for some of the larger rivalries. The place is rocking like no other when the crowd gets behind their team. If you ever get a chance to check out some Oregon football, I would highly recommend making a day of this one, it's well worth the time spent. No disrespect Oregon, you do have a great facility, but I do have to end this review with a big Roll Tide!

Yelp
I went to my first Oregon Ducks game. It was the day after Thanksgiving. Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers. It was amazing!. We took the bus from the fairgrounds. Very easy, no concerns. Great trip back and forth. I enjoyed the food vendors and the drinks. We had a perfect view. We were in section 13. Thank you both teams for a wonderful evening. Go Ducks !

Yelp
There is no better place than Autzen on game day! I love football games here. It's a relatively small stadium, but it's got a cozy feel to it. The crowd is always fun and random conversations with strangers are everywhere. Nothing like the love of Oregon football to make a quick bond. Staff is always friendly and helpful. There's Eugene police everywhere, and oddly enough, they are helpful too. I've never encountered a rude or nasty person here. I love the fact you can bring outside food in. Drinks are fine if they are in a sealed container. My husband and I stop at Subway to grab sandwiches. We just make sure our sodas are in bottles and not opened until we get inside. I always say that to the security person checking bags, that we bought it at Subway and they're still sealed. They have no problem with this, usually happy that we know the rules and are abiding by them. I've never encountered someone rude in this situation. They do offsite parking and shuttles from multiple places in town, such as Symantec and many others, which is totally free to use. I've used it before when I had pulled a tendon in my knee and couldn't walk far. Otherwise my husband and I typically walk to the games from our house. Cell phone reception has significantly improved this last year. It used to be a black hole for service. I like that I can post pics and status updates to Facebook much easier now. It's insanely loud here. Which is part of the fun, honestly. It's deafening. I can hear it at my house, which is about two miles away without a problem. There's really nowhere like Autzen on game day!

Yelp
I'm a Bruin. UCLA blue and gold all the way. When my son chose Oregon for his undergraduate studies, though, I could not be prouder. When it comes to football, loyalties are challenged. After attending maybe 30 games at the Rose Bowl with me, he is no longer a Bruin fan. That little bastard has the audacity to jump ship and sleep with the enemy? OK, dad. Back off the legal weed pipe (hey, when in Eugene...) Parents weekend is here and the remaining family flew to the Northwest to visit and take in a game, along with filling his belly with non-cafeteria food and stocking his pantry with snacks from Safeway. Autzen Stadium is beyond cool. It is big and grand, although it only seats 56,000. Coming from the Rose Bowl, where it seats 98,000 and seems strangely empty when we have "only" 56,000 fans show up. Good food selection, decent bathroom capacity, excellent video board, good sight lines, and next to campus (seems obvious but you may not be able to walk from Westwood to Pasadena). It's kind of a hassle to walk from OU to the stadium, but I was doing this while drunk, in the rain and at night. Typically, it's a gorgeous walk over the Willamette River on a gorgeous fall day. I am really jealous of a place like like this. I am now a loyal Duck fan, except when playing my Bruins.

Yelp
"It never rains in Autzen Stadium" or so goes the famous saying. Well, leave it to me to watch a game during a 3-hour downpour. Even before we reached halftime, water was running down my legs and into my shoes. But, it didn't diminish my enjoyment of the game. I was envious of the better prepared fans, who looked like a motley collection of Gorton's fishermen. Even the cheerleaders were wearing pants. You know things are bad when the cheerleaders cover up! What an amazing venue: **Great announcer **Good food - boy do I miss my 20-year old metabolism! **Devoted fans - enthusiastic, but respectful towards those of us cheering the visiting team. **Fun mascot - Goofy antics including arriving to the game on the back of a Harley, doing pushups after every score and taking a chainsaw to a Stanford 'tree' (hey buddy, what did that ficus ever do to you?!?) **And boy was it loud! It was the 60th consecutive sell out so I felt lucky to get tickets and experience a little college football insanity Oregon style.

Yelp
Autzen represents for the city of Eugene as much as it does for the world of college football as one of its most famous and historically significant stadiums. This is one of the focal points that make Eugene tick as a college city and has been rated by The Sporting News and Sports Illustrated as one of the nation's most intimidating places to play. The stadium itself had gone through a renovation and makeover a few years ago, expanding to nearly 60,000 in capacity. While that may be pennies next to the mega stadiums of the Big 12 / Big 10 / SEC, its still one of the loudest in the nation. The noise is deafening and is a problem for many visiting teams who come to Eugene in hopes of conquering the mighty Oregon Ducks. The tailgating here on game day is not as strong as it could be, because of the limitation on space and land surrounding Autzen. Thus, there are crazy traffic jams, countless tickets for illegal parking, and a lots of out of towners crowding this section of Centennial/MLK Jr. Blvd. While this may all sound very negative, it doesn't stop any Duck fan from doing all they can to get into Autzen. College football fans who know Autzen as one of the toughest stadiums in the nation are unlikely to be impressed with the stadium on its own, but rather at the people of University of Oregon who make it roar. ESPN's Rod Gilmore called the stadium the "scariest place to play" for opposing teams and a couple of years ago the Sporting News named it the "#1 most intimidating stadium." It was certainly loud enough for Michigan coach Lloyd Carr to declare Autzen as the "loudest stadium" that he's ever been in. And that's coming from a guy who's home stadium is called the Big House with 107,000 people.

Yelp
Just got back from Oregon playing Washington State. What a stadium and what a crowd. Just a great experience all around. Parking was easy. I will say that the seating is very crowded but that is part of the experience. It was loud. Go Ducks!

Yelp
Beautiful Stadium & grounds. The stadium is well layed out & offers many places to buy food and drinks. The bathrooms are setup for high traffic, and are kept clean. The shuttle system is great, and well organized. But... The football fans were super rude, so rude that my family will not revisit this place. We went to support the visiting team, which was a huge mistake!! Duck fans (Yes Multiple fans and occasions) yelled profanities at my 13 yr old, staright up telling him to F-Off! This was his frist time attending a College game, Very Unfortunate. Also what kind of team sings a song about kicking the Sh*T out of the other team? We did get asked by a few fans about how we were being treated and seemed to genuinely care about our well being. Unfortunately we left Autzen very sour and emotionally depleated.

Yelp
We came here to see the Ducks play and we were impressed at all the aspects of the venue. I'm under the impression that if I'm going to see a perennial Rose Bowl contender play, I was going to be shaken down for money at every opportunity. Fortunately I was totally wrong! Admittedly, Eugene isn't a huge town and probably wasn't designed to accommodate for 50K+ people and their cars in one locale. But we found parking just fine! They have a shuttle system (the Autzen Express) that provides free off-campus parking. The shuttle itself is about 5 bucks for a round trip to the stadium and back. I can't even park in downtown Portland for that cheap! The next thing I noticed was the moshofsky center. It's a great place to chill out before the game. What was news to me was that the ducks have a tradition called the "march to victory" where all the players come out and you could high five the duck mascot and virtually every player on the team as they make their way to the stadium in order to suit up. It's not a big deal for me, but I would imagine that it would ABSOLUTELY MAKE any kid (especially a ducks fan) BONKERS if they got to see and high five their favorite players on their favorite team. Huge props for being accessible to the fans. The actual stadium itself was wonderful. Our seats were easy to get to, and from what I saw there really wasn't a bad seat in the area. Everything was clean and the Duck fans were very respectful. It really did have a family atmosphere! The bathrooms were also clean and relatively easy to use. I did my thing before the game started and made sure not to drink too much water so as to not be part of the half time bathroom rush. Lastly the stadium food was... exactly what I expected for stadium food. The quality of the food wasn't particularly noteworthy one way or another but at the same time the prices were very reasonable! I didn't feel like I was being bled for money for trying to enjoy a hotdog. Great job Ducks and Duck Fans! Please keep it up.

Yelp
Autzen used to be a great place to watch a game. Since they have allowed alcohol in the bowl, it has been horrible. It is more important to the school to generate booze money that to protect patrons that pay a premium to see a game. Alcohol shouldn't even be served at a college event, but if you must allow it, limit it outside of the seating area for crying out loud! My girlfriend and I had season tickets last year. Never again getting them. First of all, you could buy tickets weekly for 40% cheaper than the cost of the seats we got for every game. There is literally NO advantage to getting season tickets when you can buy tickets in the same area for so much less individually every week. Additionally, week 1 some moron sitting next to us spilled almost an entire beer on a BABY sitting in front of him. Guy was tipsy to begin with and wasn't being careful. Those parents had to leave early because their child was covered in booze. Week 2, several drunk morons on the other side of us got into a fight. After the fight, several people were removed and almost the entire row in front of us was cleared out. Week 3, the moron from week 1 keeps creepy in an underage girl in the seat in front of him. That family changes seats to get the dad in front of drunkie and dad has to tell the guy to quit touching his daughter or he will knock his lights out. Drunkie again spills his booze, this time on my girlfriend. A couple weeks later, after an Oregon TD, my girlfriend and I stand up and cheer and she suddenly stops. Drunkie, who was sitting next to my girlfriend the entire time, is suddenly staring off the other direction. Apparently, he decided to grab her ass when she stood up. I traded her spots and told him if he touched me or her I would deck him. Drunkie's friend, who was sitting behind him, told me to mind my business and I told Drunkie's buddy that I would put him on the floor if he didn't F off. Drunkie spilled some of his booze on my pants because he can barely stand. Why he was even still being served, I have no idea. Drunkie ended up throwing up later right next to me and left the game in the 3rd quarter. One other game Drunkie wasn't there, so that went great. But after having my girlfriend groped and dealing with drunks in 4 out of 5 games, we didn't go back. We didn"t renew our season tickets. And we won't go see another game. Autzen has made it clear that they care more about BOOZE MONEY than SAFTEY. Seeing a game live used to be fun. It used to be safe. Now it is a constant barrage of drunkards, fights, and creepers. It is easy to fix, but they want money instead. Combined with season tickets 40% more than buying tickets every week, there is NO value in buying several games up front (which, by the way, it the whole point of buying things in bulk), there is just no reason to go to Autzen for a game.

Yelp
Very cool stadium to watch a game from. A group of us came heer from AZ to watch the the Ducks play Cal (let me explain). We all live in AZ, there was a couple Cal grads, a Cal dad, and a couple Oregon grads (or are also Eugene natives). Like others have mentioned, what makes this stadium so unique is that is truly does feel (a lot) bigger than it really is, It gets loud, and it seems like one of those stadiums where there really isn't a bad seat. We had bought tickets through Cal (I'm a season ticket holder), and we had really good seats. We had ate (and drank) quite a bit before entering the stadium so other that some kettle corn (which was good) we didn't have any concessions, but I noticed they did have some local places and not just generic stadium food. They also had a Dutch Bros! The stadium workers all seemed friendly. We got there late, but left near the end of the game when most people were leaving and things were orderly leaving the stadium. Also, the home crowd was very respectful to opposing fans. Like I said, we were in the visitors section but right near a lot of Duck fans and there were no issues. Of course, Cal got killed so maybe they were taking pity on us :)

Yelp
This place is off the hook!! I'm a huge football fan and I attended both NFL and college games every year. I never miss a chance to go to a game at Autzen! Bare minimum 2 games a year. The tailgating is more profession than several NFL stadiums I have attended (Blows Seattle out) stretching nearly 3 miles long, there is a coed party every 12'. Inside, it's clean and open. The fans are rabid, so you better be ready to YellO!!!! the only downside is no beer served inside ( college game ) You can go back to your tailgate at any time, just hold on to your ticket and get a stamp so you can come back in. Go Ducks!!

Yelp
The best place to see a football game in the state! The most fun and well organized pre-game area of any venue and so much fun with great sight-lines no matter where you sit. They do a great job letting you see the players enter and exit in different area and parking is easy. A great place for gameday!

Yelp
What a great venue to see a game. Every seat in the house has a view. Concessions towns move fairly quickly and the people are friendly. Lots of bathrooms and at convenient locations They do have stair that you would need to take to get to any level you are sitting at.

Yelp
The BF and I have a good friend that is a huge (legit HUGE) Ducks fan. So, needless to say, that when he found out we were coming to Eugene he said Autzen Stadium had to be on our must see list. Unfortunately, as we approached the entrance we found out that we weren't able to go see the field, because it was closed for a private event. Bummer! The woman working the gate was kind enough to let us step about ten feet in to snap a couple pictures. That was nice of her, but we were still a bit disappointed. The stadium appears to be very well maintained (at least the outside). Autzen Stadium seems to have very limited parking immediately near the stadium itself. There is a trail that takes you over the Willamette to the Oregon University campus. With my mother being a transplant to Eugene; I'm sure I will have many opportunities to come back to check out the stadium and walk the trail from Oregon University.

Yelp
LTD does a great job getting you here! I never thought I would be riding the bus again, but it really is the best way to get there and there are several assembly areas in the area to catch the bus (Valley River Center, South Eugene High, Symantec etc). The facility at Autzen is nice and the last time I was here was in 2004 when the company I work for had a sky box (now those are really cool!). Seats were comfortable, fans loud (and a number drunk and in one case, vomiting). Other than that, a pretty cool feel to the place and most people around us brought the youngsters and that was neat to see. Concessions were a bit spendy but worth it as it gave me an excuse to dry off and stand in a covered area. On days like last Saturday's Cal vs. Oregon game, it would be nice to have had a retractable roof as it was monsoon-like. Tickets were spendy but, again, worth it.

Yelp
There's not much more to add to all the good stuff that has been written about Autzen! I can add that they are good hosts when my kids have performed at halftime! (Grants Pass High School Marching Band and Auxiliary REPRESENT!). Duck football has been a staple in our lives for the past eight years, the kiddos now have season tix and the party, inside and outside Autzen, is great!

Yelp
Autzen is heaven if you are a Duck, and hell if you aren't. Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit agree that Autzen is as loud and as intimidating as any stadium in the NCAA. It's hard to beat walking from campus, across the Willamette (will-AM-it) Footbridge http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/PF8O-ASUFie_FlBXMes8Kw?select=fcI0ck_sD8UZgj1TM0r-oA , through the woods, and into the parking lot on game day. Biased? Yes I am. Hi Bella! Check out this pic too! http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/PF8O-ASUFie_FlBXMes8Kw?select=ici3oKYS3WiaYMCB6x_zNw

Yelp
All hail for the mighty Oregon Ducks! Watching the opening game where the Ducks butchered the Huskies at this spectacular and gorgeous venue was one of the best Labor Day Weekends spent...ever! At over 58,000 attending (consistently more than official capacity for quite some time), the crowd noise was nearly deafening. However, the loud cheers from the fans all around was exciting. Everyone loved football here and everyone, it seemed, loved the Ducks here. The energy was just absolutely addicting! Bottom line...this has got to be the BEST place to watch college football!

Yelp
Fun place to watch a college football game.. even when the Ducks cream your visiting team by 20 pts. Student section is huge and loud the whole game. Probably not a bad seat in the whole place. Visitors get the section under the big screen. It gets chilly after the sun goes down. SO easy to park at one of their offsite lots (eg, South Eugene High) and shuttle in. Drops you off right in front before the game, and picks you up after just a short walk down the street.

Yelp
Autzen Stadium is... - Home to the Oregon Ducks - Most recently the home of the 2014 Pac12 and 2015 Rose Bowl CHAMPIONS! - One of the loudest stadiums in the country!! - Home to the best fan base in college football! Your experience here at this stadium will be made into memories and even history! You never know what is going to happen when Oregon takes the field. Remember... "It never rains in Autzen Stadium!" Go DUCKS!!

Yelp
H3LL YEAH! GO DUCKS! Of all the sporting venues I've ever been to, this one tops them all. It has a reputation for being loud and it is. If there is a game or a concert, you can definitely hear it throughout the valley. As far as college football goes? Super hostile to opposing teams (especially UW, we really don't like them) and one of the best college atmospheres of any university football game I've ever been to. Just to toot my own horn here, but for the alumni, I was in the student section watching Kenny Wheaton run that interception all the way back. That was awesome. I got to go to the Rose Bowl that year. That still didn't compare to Autzen. Go Ducks! Beat USC this weekend!

Yelp
The home of the Oregon Ducks football team. It's the place where great teams come to die. Sporting the best home record in college football over the last 5 years, this is a tough place for visitors, and it's due to the greatness of Autzen. While holding only 55,000, the noise level is deafening due to the shape of the stadium, which holds in sound and echoes it off the field. I love many of the traditions that have evolved here over the years, from The Duck riding out on a motorcycle with the team following behind, to the "Go" "Ducks" shouts back and forth across the stadium, to The Duck doing pushups for every point, and my favorite, the singing of Otis Day and The Knights "SHOUT" between the third and fourth quarters. Not the best place for tailgating as the parking lot has given way to other sports facilities over the years, Autzen offers an alternative pre-game experience, by turning the indoor practice facility, the Moshofsky Center, into a giant indoor party. An array of food is available, with live music, tv screens, seating for thousands, cheerleaders, and more. Whether or not you're a Duck fan, be sure to come enjoy a game here, and you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Always a great experience at Autzen! Go Ducks! The charter boxes have a complete view of the field and hard liquor can be purchased. Allowing alcohol throughout the entire stadium this season is a huge bonus.

Yelp
I searched Eugene with no title and Autzen was the first thing to pop up. So hey, I'll review it. Quite simply, one of the most electrifying, loudest and intense stadiums you can go to. What makes this? The fans!!!! We love our ducks so much, that when you pack 60,000 crazy duck fans into autzen, your bound for a earth trembling experience. I cant wait for the next football season to start!!! I LOVE MY DUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
As a duck, I love Autzen stadium. It's got a great tailgate area that surrounds the whole stadium. The phrase "it never rains at Autzen stadium" is a joke because everyone has a poncho. Food is not that good here but sodas are really cheap. Last time I got deluxe nachos my cheese wasn't even melted. For $11 it should probably be served decently. Love Autzen. GO DUCKS!!

Yelp
Not a bad seat in "The House Of Noise," the best tailgating the Pac-12 has to offer and home to college football's most electrifying offense. "It Never Rains At Autzen Stadium!" Go Ducks... Win The Day!

Yelp
This stadium seems as if it was a present from god almighty. I wish yelp would make a 6/5 star rating option so u could truly express how stunning Autzen is. When I am at Autzen is when I am truly at peace. Everything in the stadium has been strategically placed and made for perfection. Although there is not a cover on top of the stadium unlike some of the newer NFL and college stadiums it still "NEVER RAINS AT AUTZEN STADIUM!!"

Yelp
It never rains at Autzen Stadium! Except for that one one time when I didn't wear a coat. Good times. Autzen is a wonderful stadium. Memories of the raucous sounds, jeers, and spilled illicit substances in the student section haunt me to this day. Hey, go Ducks!

Yelp
They stop selling food at the beginning of the fourth quarter???? I understand cutting off alcohol sales but food?!?! C'mon man. Pathetic and idiotic for hungry fans.

Yelp
I am not a big football fan but I have to say I really enjoyed this venue when a friend took me to a game recently. Great layout, vending, security, and vibe. As they say about Autzen, every seat here is a great seat. It is true! Highly recommended!

Yelp
Consistent with what you would expect from a football field for a major university. Ticket/parking prices are very high and concessions are as costly as at many MLB/NFL/NBA/NHL stadiums. Good view though the seats are not particularly comfortable (as with many stadiums). Overall, good, but could be better with nicer seat surfaces.

Yelp
Anybody that knows me, knows how big of a Duck fan I am. I love going to games and Autzen has such a great atmosphere. It doesn't get just loud.... it gets LOUD. But that is the fun of it! I do enjoy the treats that the stadium has to offer, adding Dutch Bros. a while back was a major plus, but the Moshofsky Center is where the really good food is at. I would recommend Ron's Island Grill Huli Huli chicken or the Wild Duck Café nachos. Also, there is no bad seat in the stadium!

Yelp
Autzen is seriously one of the best sports stadiums I've ever seen a football game in. It's got a great bowl shape to it, it's LOUD as hell, the indoor Moshofsky center is attached (can you say beer garden with live band at halftime?!) and, well, as they say, it never rains at Autzen. Seriously, Oregon and its sugar daddy Phil Knight (along with all of the other boosters that contributed) has maintained Autzen as one of the classiest smaller football venues on the coast. The new addition that went in a few years ago brought capacity up to around 60K, and games have been all sold out for the last MANY seasons straight through. There are numerous food choices, including the awesome beer garden, and tailgating, while in an annoying gravel lot, is right outside the stadium. The pastoral surroundings make for amazing views if you're up in the nose-bleeds, but even up so high there are not too many bad views. You've never really seen a Pac-10 game until you've seen one at Autzen. :)

Yelp
Holy hell, you Ducks have lungs on you. Look, I'm spoiled. No one is ever going to beat the Rose Bowl in terms of tailgating, beauty and history. Tailgating on a golf course with 80,000+ other people and views of the San Gabriels in the granddaddy of them all? C'mon, don't even try. That said, I appreciate and partook in friendly smacktalking before the game. Next time I'm bringing duck confit to the picnic though. Muahahahahaha! I must say, you Ducks were very nice to the lone Bruin in your section, except for that old man who turned, glared and said "WHO SAID THAT?" after I yelled "NICE CATCH!" But it was early in the 4th quarter and the Ducks were already shellacking my poor Bruins so how mad could he be? The major issue I had with Autzen: if you've never been there, it's really hard to find your way around due to lack of signage, not to mention the coronary I almost had after we hiked to our seats, especially if you've consumed some champagne. Ok, bottles of champagne. I think I like a little history in my stadiums (Memorial Stadium at Cal comes to mind) rather than flashy ones like Autzen, even if they do come with their own quirks. The mystery to me and the SSBB - he a veteran of snotty East Coast liberal arts college "stadiums" and also UF (SEC, BOOOO!!) - where is the Nike presence, except for your more-outfits-than-a-teenager-from-Beverly-Hills uniform strategy? I expected your Dark Lord Phil to have a blimp in the shape of his profile hovering over the field.
