It was our favorite restaurant in Cannes. The ambiance and the service were great. They have a fixed menu for 39 euros: starter + main + dessert. Everything we tried was delicious! The only downside was you need to pay with a cash, they don’t accept credit cards.

Delicious restaurant! Cocktails and wine were great, the crudo and chocolate mousse were outstanding, highly recommend. 39€ three course menu with good options and good variety of meat vs. seafood options.

Fantastic dinner. Excellent and friendly service. Pricing is great. I would suggest to have more wine specially at glass or small bottles. Also the cheese plate could be improved by adding either honey or jam and explaining the different type of cheese. Other than that I loved being there.

I love this place! I keep on bringing my friends and family as it is sooo good. I took the grilled “fenouil” as an appetizer. Very original, well prepared and very tasty. I continued with the fish with seasoned vegetables; again very pleased with my choices. Always fresh and tasty. And why not finish with a sumptuous dessert…. Feuilleté praline. A delight! The staff is always top - Laura and Ugo are always smiling and can give you the best advice based on your taste. Never a disappointment or a dull moment. This is the place to go if you want to enjoy a homemade real Mediterranean meal made with fresh items (I saw them being picked up from the market 😉). Go try it out, you won’t be disappointed!!

Cosy, intimate, family-run bistro skillfully presenting local produce at their best. If we were living in Cannes or Nice, this restaurant would be one of the very few places we would visit monthly. Thank you for a great lunch!

Pulling up to Aux Bons Enfants is exactly what I was hoping for (as a tourist in the south of France). Cute and narrow winding cobblestone streets and pretty little storefronts. The restaurant packed very quickly. Everything is a 3-course prix fixed menu set at 39€ per person, and you have the choice of approx 5 options of starters, main and dessert. We started with both the tuna tartare on stracciatella, and the cheesey artichoke terrine- both were fantastic but the terrine was my favourite. For mains, we shared the beef tataki and the beef tongue with sauce gribiche. Again both were fantastic. The tataki was cold, refreshing and delicious. The beef tongue was crispy, warm and comforting. For dessert we got the mango pavlova and the strawberries and hibiscus dish - both were similar in their profile. Service was polite, fast and attentive, and the only reason why we have the atmosphere a 4-star is the table outside was a little too small to hold two plates, water (and glasses), wine and bread. It would have been fine but the ice bags (a plastic bag version of an ice bucket) had handles that stick out and really got in the way of the small amount of table real estate you have. Fantastic place - highly recommended.

Delicious delicious and delicious. We came here for lunch and had a great time. It reminded us of why we fell in love with regional cuisines when we came to France the first time. Simple yet complex, lovely and homely. In my partner’s words, it’s like what you would have when your granny knows what you love and cook with love and care. We loved it. We got the house wines with our meal and they were yummy too. We could see everything was selected with care and attention. As for the cash only thing mentioned in a lot of reviews, it’s not so hard to get some cash out before coming. The meal was well worth the effort.

Lovely little place with great, simple and delicious food. We had 3 courses for €36, which was a bargain in the area. Highly recommend to foodies who want to have good experience, but don't necessarily want to spend a fortune.

Outstanding renditions of classic Provence and French Riviera fare. Intimate setting (i.e. small closely arranged tables) and rather minimal service which the quality of the food more than makes up for. Do note the their CASH ONLY policy so as not to be surprised at the end of your meal. Highly recommend.

Homey comfort food that is authentic Provence. Not a bad option if you're looking for the real thing at reasonable prices. The calf liver was great if you're into that sort of thing. The stuffed vegetables were classic though nothing special.

This was by far the best meal I had in Cannes. A tiny main dining room with a little kitchen that puts out amazing rustic French food. It's a pre-fixe menu of 29€ per person and you get an appetizer, main with side dishes and dessert. We had a great bottle of Bordeaux for 39€ The menu is entirely in French so I had to rely on my friend and our waiter to translate. We decided upon the chopped artichoke and foie gras salad topped with arugula and figs - amazing. Also had the warm roasted apples with figs topped with a Camembert foam - delicious and close to nothing I've ever experienced. I opted for beef filet topped with onions cooked in red wine. My friend the veal kidney. Both were perfectly executed. They bring the sides family style - these were outstanding - pumpkin risotto that was just outrageous, fried sliced eggplant, potato gratin, creamed spinach. For dessert we went with the rum baba topped with chantilly cream (not my favorite) and what the waiter described as chocolate cake with vanilla icecream but it was warm chocolate molten cake that was the perfect ending to this meal. Our waiter was a pro - he remembered my friend who ate there two nights before to the point where he remembered what he and his co-diner tried - that's incredible service. The locals eat here and they are cash only - no bar - wine only. If you have one meal in Cannes, have it here.

Slow service and made us pay cash only without any warning at the time of reservation or sitting down. Food was decent but a bit greasy and heavy.
