2 Days in Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion

"A thick A4 leather binder proudly lists over 1,800 wines from France and around the globe, including about 40 regularly changing choices by the glass, while Enomatic machines let you taste exactly what you want in 3, 6, or 12 centiliter pours." - The MICHELIN Guide

Called in here after dinner. An excellent spot to try many wine types. 40 varieties in self pour Machines. A good way to taste as you can select 3 size pours. We tried some wines that we would not otherwise had the chance to try. The food looked good but we had eaten. A nice roomy atmosphere with some comfortable chairs.

This was a gem of a place. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. It’s a great way to try local wines and maybe discover ones you wouldn’t have otherwise tasted. You spend as little or as much as you want, spend as much time or as little as you’d like. Great spot in Bordeaux, you must come here!

Fantastic wine bar with an impressive and extensive wine list. You can order by the glass, which is perfect for trying different wines, or enjoy a bottle - which we happily did. The service was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. The charcuterie board we had to accompany the wine was an excellent pairing. We loved the place so much that we went back a second time during our long weekend in Bordeaux. Highly recommended!

This is honestly the coolest place in Bordeaux. We went back 3 times because of the outstanding wine list, great prices, and the food was excellent. If you want to go to a place in the city of Bordeaux as a wine lover, this must be at the top of your list! A must visit!

Great concept, ideal for wine enthusiasts who want to learn more about France wines. You get a card to try a sip, or get a glass. There’s more than 30 different wines to try by the glass. Reasonable prices.

Very fun way to do wine tasting. Lots of “vending machines” for various wines. You are given a card with credits that you use at the machine. The machines dispense 3 different volumes, one as a sip, one as a full glass and another in between the two. Small menu of tapas type foods that complement the wines well. The wine selection isn’t the best I’ve tried but nonetheless it was a lot of fun. Staff speak both French and English fluently.

Spent a lovely few hours in this authentic wine bar. The plats were very reasonably priced and generous. We had a bottle of excellent wine instead of tasting a variety. Most people were sampling and seemed to enjoy it. Staff were very professional and attentive.

A really lovely place with a great atmosphere and attentive service. Everything is clearly explained, and the staff speak English very well, which makes the experience even smoother. You can either buy bottles directly or use a prepaid card for their wine dispensers – a fun and convenient way to taste different wines. The card can be topped up as you go, and in the end you only pay for what you’ve consumed. The selection is impressive, with an excellent variety of wines from France and many other regions around the world. A fantastic experience overall – I’ll definitely be coming back!
