Writing yet another horrible review. This complex has consistently gone downhill and has decreased in quality involving customer service, cleanliness of the complex, pest control, extra chargers for parking, safety, and so much more, yet the price steadily increases. I have called ten times a day for the past three days ranging from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. to inform the leasing office that we WILL NOT be resigning our lease, but of course, no one answers the phone, which is funny since we finally went to the front office to ask, and they were sitting and chatting while on their phones. This place is atrocious, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Half the residents are semi-friendly, but the majority are constantly smoking cigarettes and weed, letting all the smoke go into your apartment as soon as you open your door, getting evicted left and right, and leaving trash and all of their unwanted items in the parking lot, and the complex constantly has trash everywhere. Melvin, the property manager, SUCKS, and when you try to have a civil conversation to resolve your problems, he blames you, gets defensive/aggressive and gives the most bs response imaginable. Plus, after multiple break-ins, the security cameras used as props still don't work while he parks his blue charger in future residents' parking spots in front of the single camera on the property that works. Obviously, he is aware of the problem, but instead of making the residents feel safe and secure, he solely protects his property and leaves residents to fend for themselves. The place is trash, and Melvin, you suck so much. Xoxo, hope you have a bad day, Melvin
