I love this Flower Shop the most. The customer service is first class. The floral designers do beautiful creative work. Avant Garden also has a bunch of great gifts. This unique shop is also so fun to visit, as they create an incredible in-store experience. It is such a special jewel box.

I love working with Avant Garden! Every time I visit the store, I am always greeted with a warm welcome & the team is happy to help me with any floral needs I have. Their floral designs are always stunning and creative. I personally love receiving flowers from Avant Garden, but I have also enjoyed sending them to friends & family to brighten their day.

Excellent customer service. I'll start this review by saying - they missed the original delivery date, which was for our wedding anniversary - my husband wanted to surprise me at work with the arrangement and was disappointed when it didn't arrive. (Splurges like flowers are a big deal to us!) Not only did they proactively reach out regarding the missed date, but they sent the arrangement directly to our home - gratis - with a lovely note. I was so moved! I will be a repeat customer for sure and try to pay that kindness forward!

Do not recommend. $70 for literally 7 flowers wrapped in cellophane and a ribbon. The customer service was nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. Just very overpriced.

Update: When they heard I had a poor experience, they offered to send another arrangement. Still wish it had been right the first time, but very pleased with the customer service! So disappointed. Ordered for Valentine’s Day. So pretty when they arrived but already drooping after less than 24 hours. Expected better quality for such an expensive arrangement.

We needed to send an arrangement to our friends who live in Dallas. Called Avant Garden, and they delivered in every way. Superb customer service, easy ordering, and the arrangement was stunning.

The flowers were droopy, had brown edges and look like they have been in fridge for a while. Very sad looking. Also, the water from the vase had spilled everywhere and created a huge mess in the cellophane. Customer service did not respond.

I order from Avant Garden for all special occasions for my wife! She's always thrilled with what she receives and the staff is friendly and helpful and make ordering so easy for me. I will never go anywhere else. My wife and I are BIG fans! Highly recommend.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I called from out of state to have an arrangement made for a friend of mine there. Let's be honest, I know zero about flowers, but the person who took my call was so knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction. The personalized service was amazing. I received a call later that my friend LOVED, LOVED LOVED what was made for her!!! I will forever use this place when I need something in the area.

We needed something special for a friend going. Through breast cancer, and Mariah created an amazing masterpiece that brought a lot of joy to our friend. Beautiful arrangement!!

Avant Garden is absolutely amazing! We were in Dallas visiting a precious friend sent flowers to our hotel to welcome us to town. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and they lasted through our weekend and even traveling 5 hours back home and through the following week!!! I would highly recommend Avant Garden to anyone and will be using them in the future!

Incredible design work. I have received many an arrangement from this floral shop and each and everyone is a work of art and breathtaking. Flowers are fresh and unique. Service is professional and helpful. My go to and my guys go to. Just incredible!

Wow, what a disappointment! I called from out of town, excited to get an arrangement of Easter blooms for my daughter in Dallas, and the woman who answered the phone Friday morning sounded as though she couldn't believe she had to talk to me about flowers! She told me they would not "know what we are going to have" for another few hours, so I asked her to call me back then. When she did not I decided to try again, got the same woman and this time she sounded downright pissed off to be on the phone with me... I'm sorry, is there something I'm not getting about this business? Is it a tax loss front or something? Anyway, I hung up and called DIRT flowers, where they treated me awesomely and made a spectacular $200 bouquet for my daughter and delivered it the next day.

I did not purchase these flowers, however, one of my students purchased them for me for School Nurse day! These flowers were beautiful!!! I loved them so much that I took the time to put them in the fridge every night, this is day 4 and they literally look the exact same as the day I got them! I have a feeling these will last an extremely long time! I found my new favorite florist shop

Normally Avant Gardens has phenomenal flowers, fresh and lasting. Had a bad experience last time with poor quality flowers that did not last. When I called to describe their condition, the girl said that was to be expected, not once but twice. The customer service is poor as if this date. Even the grocery stores will replace bad flowers.

Outrageous, I can get 10 roses at wholesfood for $20 instead of $60. What a rip off, nothing special no arrangement, nothing. Wow I won't be back for sure

Sent my wife a tulip arrangement and it was AWESOME. Cool vase and beautiful flowers. Talked to Sarah there and she was great. Don't let old reviews scare you - these folks know what they are doing!

LOVE what their designers can style and create! They stay on top of traditional and unique designs incorporating diverse elements! Staff is friendly and so helpful! Gorgeous flowers, containers and they carry unique gifts as well! This place will jump through hoops to make your vision come to life, give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

DO NOT, I repeat DO Not use these folks. I have had their arrangements for Valentine's Day for the past 8 years - yes, I said 8 years. In 2013, I was disappointed with the flowers and called them and they came out with a new arrangement the next day. That was good - okay - we'll keep using them. Keep in mind, these are no inexpensive arrangements - $225+. So fast forward to 2015, I arrived home today to find my Valentine's arrangement and I was again disappointed. First, of all there was no card at all and second the flowers looked on the verge on dying. I called Avant Garden- only to be told that the flowers they had in the shop wouldn't look any better than the ones I had and there wasn't any way that they would bring a new arrangement out today. It would be Wednesday before they got in any new flowers. Then the person I was speaking to told me that I was being mean to her (!) when I told her that they had kinda put a damper on my V-Day. She put the manager on the phone who was so rude and told me that they didn't have to talk me and hung up 8 years at $225+ per arrangement - you do the math. I will NEVER do business with these people again and I would advise ANYONE who reads this to run, not walk, to a different florist.

Valentines Day 2012, I purchase an orchid plant and vase...$150, as a gift for my wife. Not the most expensive or cheapest item in the store, but a significant amount of money nontheless. I was extremely disappointed when the saleswoman brings the plant down and hands it to me. Nothing was done for presentation, it wasn't in a box, wrapped in selifan or anything. I wasn't even offered a card. When I asked for it to be made ready for the ride home in my car, it was put into a ratty old shipping box...the kind from someplace in china with old tape and stampings from it's shipments all over it...along with some cheap brown tissue paper. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I'll consider someplace else in the future.

Amazing quality! The best in Dallas! The entire staff is easy to work with, and above all wants you to love the experience you get from their floral. I've bought from them independently and they decorated my wedding. Their pieces are organic with a touch of modern.
