Cozy cafe bar. Ideal for morning coffee, lunch time meal/snack or an afternoon /late evening get together. The staff are warm and friendly. They even bring your order to the table, with a smile. I will definitely be making a return visit. ☕ 1386 Ave Greene, Westmount, Quebec H3Z 2B1

Got a cookie and a tea. They were fine, nothing exceptional. The place is well decorated. I arrived and waited to place my order for a while. There were 2 staff chatting in front of me and ignoring me. Finally, the 3rd staff member who was making a coffee for another order took my order. I got the tea and the cookie. As you can see, i ate the cookie using the wrapping paper as a plate. i noticed the couple next to me (elder) had way better service, and they were really happy, so i didn't know what to make of it, and why was i treated differently.

Great spot for coffee and a croissant. Croissants are made fresh in small batches so you'll often get a warm one. Plenty of seating inside with a small terrace. Clean chic decor. Even a couple of baby seats for those with little ones. Street parking right in front of store

After a very pleasant walk through Westmount on an absolutely beautiful summer day my wife and I needed a break so we headed over to a coffee shop named Avenue G which is located on Greene Avenue in Westmount. We ordered two refreshing iced coffees and also an Egg Sandwich on an English Muffin which was perfectly prepared and served by the friendly and helpful staff. This made our pleasant day even more pleasant. What more can I say.

Tried their smoothies which I feel can be made better. The decor is pretty nice tho. I took the blueberry smoothie which was okayish. However my husband took the mango one where they add turmeric and I could smell it with the sip I took - not my type.

The best flat whites and egg bagels! The service is top notch! My go to when in Montreal!

Ordered a small matcha latte for 9$. It just taste like warm milk?? Where’s the matcha? As you can see in the photo of the cup it’s barely green, would not recommend at all

I often go there to get coffee to-go, however you can also sit it! Service is always impeccable, all the baristas are very polite, professional and so sweet! While it is on the pricier side for a coffee shop, I always enjoy my experience, highly recommend!! Also their blueberry muffin is amazing if you re looking for a quick snack :)

Yelp
My kid and mom were exploring Greene today and we suddenly were in the mood for coffee. Mom remembered this coffee shop by the corner of Sherbrooke, across from Nick's, so there we went. What a cute little coffee shop! The display case at the front contained the most beautiful pastries, and there was a glass jar on top of the counter that contained these remarkable looking biscotti cookies unlike any I've seen (they looked more like small cheese bagels, for those of you who know what cheese bagels look like! Very UN-biscotti looking, but man, they were intriguing and everything - and I mean EVERYTHING - smelled incredible). (I'm a sucker for bakeries). My mother ordered a regular drip coffee, my kid ordered a honey cinnamon coffee concoction, and I ordered a vanilla latte. Mom's coffee was nuclear hot, just how she likes it (but rarely gets. She usually has to ask to get her coffee heated up. Not here!). My kid's and my coffees came with frothy milk hearts on top, which we liked a lot. And we both LOVED our coffees! SO SO good. Excellent lattes for sure. I liked the intimate layout of the coffeehouse interior and the fireplace in the center of the cozy room. Also appreciated was the free wifi (and the fact that they post the password prominently by the entry, so you don't have to go and ask anyone for the info. Why don't more places do this?). On the way out, my mother got a blueberry muffin to go, which she had an hour later. She said it was fantastic, and super fresh. Great place.

Yelp
I've been to Avenue G many times and I just love the typical local cafe atmosphere, the food & drinks are very tasty as well! Very friendly staff, they always ask you how you're doing & act really nice to every customer.

Yelp
Location: In Westmount on the corner of Greene and Sherbrooke. Street parking is available but metered. There's also a small (paying) lot next door. The up side is that meter rates are a lot more reasonable in Westmount than the rest of the island. The place: Average-sized café with seating indoors and outdoors. The goods: I had the Avenue G bagel sandwich without actually knowing what was in it - I was feeling adventurous this morning, I guess. It was great - egg, bacon and some spices mayo. I asked for no cheese. The portion was quite big, too! I also ordered a Mocha. It was good though not so mocha-y. Service: Great - the person who took my order was really friendly. Pretty quick to receive my order as well. Price point: A little steep at $15. This is a great neighbourhood spot and I'd certainly stop in again.

Yelp
Stopped in here quickly for a coffee after a long walk on the mountain. They let us walk in with our little dogs no problem. They have great protections up for the staff and clear marking for guest to stand. Coffee was really good. We got each got a latte and honestly might be some of the better ones we've had in the city. The two girls behind the counter were very friendly and served us super quickly. They also have a nice selection of little breakfast Sandwiches, muffins, muffins and those fancy breakfast bread things. Will definitely be our new coffee stop on our walks.

Yelp
New locally owned and locally sourced coffee shop recently opened on corner of Greene and Sherbrooke at the site of a former Second Cup. Same decor with the addition of some original local artwork. Good coffee and friendly service. Nice selection of baked goods and sandwiches, including some gluten free and vegan options.
